On my pre-sit visit, Louise gave me a tour of her home and made me feel completely at ease straight away and of course, I was introduced to Tiff and Bo. Their beautiful, well equipped home is in a rural location, but within walking distance of local conveniences and easy reach of Chester and Wrexham. There are plenty of lovely walks within the nearby nature reserve. All instructions for my visit were very detailed and comprehensive and communication with Louise at all times was excellent. Tiff and Bo were a delight to look after. They certainly enjoyed plenty of cuddles. I had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return. Thank you Louise and Patrick for allowing me this opportunity and I hope to see you again.
My frequent use of superlatives may seem a little suspicious, but it's that I've been fortunate. Here's another case. The people: Kate may have been relatively new to having a housesitter at the time, but I'd never have known it. She ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed. I also felt trusted with Benji and her home, which is particularly important to me. The place: This region is highly sought after and for good reason. It's fairly easy to get to from London, yet it feels detached in a particularly good way. The nearby parkland is amazing, while the cluster of towns are an easy trip. The pet(s): Amazing to me, I'd never really known a Dalmatian before I had the luck of looking after Benji. His energy was astounding, but he matched it by being sweet and even cuddly. The bottom line: A particularly great housesitting opportunity!
I had a lovely time looking after kitten Timmy and his Ma Ruby, who are both very good-natured and wonderful cats. Great place to be. Rachel and Kate were lovely and communicative. Would definitely recommend.
Sara's home was beautiful with a quaint garden to soak up the summer sun. It was a five minute walk from Isleworth train station so very accessible into central London and plenty of buses running to Richmond. There were several restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and local cafes within walking distance. Colin and Doris were a pleasure to sit for. They were relatively independent kittens but Colin did like the occasional bit of affection from time to time. All in all a fantastic experience, would highly recommend.
David and Nova were generous and kind hosts. David's home is beautiful and comfortable, and Nova is a really kind and gracious companion.
Beautiful home, Damon was so easy to take care of, and a great companion.
