I've been using Jon and his team for a long time now, just for a couple of walks a week. My dog absolutely adores them. I recently needed overnight care and booked their house-sitting service. Toni stayed and gave my dog wonderful care and plenty of walks. She was so much happier staying in her own home rather than going into kennels. I had total peace of mind and didn't worry at all. I was completely confident that everything would be fine - and it was. Highly recommended.
We booked Jon to look after our cat for a week when our previous cat sitter retired so we were a bit apprehensive. We needn’t have worried. It’s clear to see that Jon cares about the animals that he looks after & our cat took a shine to him when she met him for the first time. On each visit, he would send us photos of our cat to put our minds at ease which our previous cat sitter never did. Needless to say, we will be booking Jon again when we are away on holiday in the future. Highly recommended
We used Pet Sitting Broxbourne while we were away. We had the 'Let out' service. As we had friends staying over already but as they work we didn't want Betsy our shih tzu being alone all day. The team came twice a day and let Betsy out and played with her for around 20-30 minutes, they also made sure she had food and water too. We got daily pictures of our girl to which we really liked. Great service
Jon is an incredible loving and caring guy. We have a dog who lived him and 2 cats one was a wild cat we adopted and who runs away from strangers. Incredibly he took to Jon. Jon sent me pictures if the animals every day. He even put complimentary bread and milk in the fridge as he knew u was coming home late at night. I could not recommend him more highly.
After reading the great reviews online I contacted Petsitting and arranged a day for a home visit . Jon and Gill popped over to meet my Cat Max and I and straight away I felt confident leaving Max in their care for a few days whilst I was away. Whilst away I received a few pics of my fluffy boy which was lovely . I am so happy with the service I have asked for them to keep the keys incase I need them to ever collect Max from the vets as he is a regular visitor! Definitely a 5 star service and I would recommend !
I can't recommend Jon, Gill & Michael enough! From the start, they were prompt and friendly with all communication and came round for a no-obligations visit/meeting. Our 2 (fussy) cats warmed to them immediately, as did we! They looked after our fur babies with such love, that the cats were a bit indifferent when we got home from holiday! 😸 We will be using their service every time we go away now from now on! Thanks again!
