This is the second time Kerstin has sat for me. She is an outstanding sitter! My cat likes her more than she likes me….Kerstin absolutely spoiled her with attention and bought her a new teaser toy which she loves. I received numerous photos and videos of my big girl during the two months that I was gone. As for the house, it was cleaner than when I left…and I left it clean. In fact it was cleaner than my housekeeper leaves it. All of the sheets and towels were laundered and put up, the house was sparkling clean and Kerstin left a new candle on my coffee table. I felt like I was walking into a model home. It seriously made me cry. The yard and plants were green after a severe heat streak while I was gone. She took amazing care of my plants and even brought a Japanese Maple back to life that I thought had died after the drip line fell out of the pot. Kerstin put up the patio furniture cushions when it rained, and also communicated with me about a power outage while I was gone. Kerstin took care of my house, yard, and cat as if they were her own. I was gone for two months and never once worried about anything as I knew Kerstin was in charge. She is the best and I hope she will be available for future sits. One more thing: I sent a private invite to Kerstin while she was living in Germany at the time. I gave her the dates and she immediately booked her flight and confirmed. She also asked why my dog Bobae was no longer on the profile. When I told her that Bobae had passed, she sent me a memorial video with music, of all the photos and videos she had taken during her previous stay. I couldn’t believe she had saved them and the video was amazing and really tugged at my heartstrings. Of course I saved it. Kerstin is an angel! Kerstin, I cannot thank you enough for the care you provided. I know it was a lot of work and I sincerely appreciate it and feel as though I’ve made a life long friend.
Vanissar took care of our elderly dog for 8 days. She is everything you could want in an excellent pet sitter. She truly cares about animals and that for me is #1. She was easy to get in touch with, sent us pictures of our dog everyday (by our request), a clear communicator, and tidy.
