Milly was an excellent sitter and is a lovely person! Despite us being rather disorganized, she was really relaxed and flexible about arrangements. She is a good communicator and was very willing to do whatever needed to keep the house and pets happy - she sent me plenty of 'proof of life' pics (which I love) and all animals were very happy and chilled out in her care. We would love her to sit again and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
Emma was just so lovely to have as a sitter. She kept me informed along the way about how the dogs were doing. She called if there was any issue and made sure to make me feel relaxed whilst I was away on my holiday. The dogs loved their long walks and cuddles with Emma. She even went so far as to wash out sheets and replace them on our bed when she left which is always such a help after a long road trip home! I would highly recommend Emma for your pet sits. I have had bad experiences in the past with o bels but Besa Pets has been above and beyond! My dog Clove has some separation anxiety and can be high strung, every time I drop her off at Besa Pets, she is beyond excited to see the owners! She always tries to stretch over the counter to see them! She never seems super stressed when I pick her up either which is a huge relief! I would recommend Besa Pets to anyone who asks.
