Rachel was everything you could possibly want in a sitter, she is warm, friendly and a great communicator who clearly loves animals. She took the time to come and meet our dog Desmond prior to starting the sit so he was used to her and he instantly took a liking to her. Over the few weeks they were together Rachel took him on lots of lovely hikes, and spent lots of time cuddled up with him on the sofa. She sent us lots of photos of him, updated us on how she and Desmond were forming a true bond, and communicated a slight concern that she had about his harness. She was also super flexible and easy going, there was an issue with our dishwasher while we were away and she managed to solve the immediate problem and make do with hand-washing for part of the stay. We were truly able to switch off and enjoy our wedding and honeymoon knowing that Desmond was having a fantastic time and our home was being looked after. I think our home was tidier when we got home than when we left. We would definitely use Rachel again as she was a perfect sitter, and would recommend her to anyone thinking about having her care for their pet and home!
Sidney did a great job taking care of our dog and cat over a long weekend. We got regular updates and he was very responsive.
Laura was amazing with communication from the very beginning. She sent updates of photos and videos without even being told or asked to do so. She was watching our cat and treated her like her own. Laura was also very responsive when we were trying to find a sitter for our dates and answered any and all questions we had about her experience with pets and house sitting. I would recommend her to anyone! :) and hope we can have her house sit again for us.
