We absolutely enjoyed sitting at Anna and Jacob's gorgeous loft apartment in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. Their two Persians, Princessa and Nonno were great to take care of. They are brother and sister and as cute as can be. Caring for them was a cinch. Their faces are to die for! Even though their expression might not give it away, they are very content and easy-going. The loft is an open floor plan (and super cool!) so there isn't a distinct bedroom. We weren't sure if they would sleep on the bed or not, but we were AOK with whatever they chose. Turns out, they might lay on the bed with us for a bit but then we'd go the whole night, undisturbed...and when we woke up, within a minute or two, one or both of them hopped up to greet us. It was an awesome way to start each day! The weather wasn't ideal when we visited, but we didn't mind staying indoors and hanging out with them most of the time. Everything in the loft was user friendly. When we did go out and about we discovered some tasty places to eat within a block or so and a cute little grocery store very close by. There are several other places we have yet to try, but we are beyond excited because we are coming back to sit starting Christmas Day and will spend another three weeks with Princessa and Nonno. We can't wait! Anna and Jacob are very sweet, kind, and accommodating. We were able to meet them ahead of time and stayed in communication with them while they were away. We'd definitely recommend sitting for them...but only if we aren't able to!!
Tula was a delightful cat to look after and Adrian & Kate were both really easy to communicate with. My entire stay was very comfortable, particularly the garden space which was nice to sit in. The home is well kept so it’s really easy to keep clean and homely. Also, it’s super close to the tube station so for sitters wanting to be able to get into central London and spend a good day out, it’s quite ideal! Also the neighbours are really friendly.
Sunil and Aparna were wonderful hosts. We got a chance to have dinner with them the night before our sit started and I’m really glad that we did. We had a wonderful time! They have a beautiful home with an amazing view. Layla was awesome! She stayed by our side the entire time and she was really well-behaved. She will stick to her schedule so she’s up when it’s time to get out of the crate at 7am and she’s ready to go to bed at 9:30p. She will relax for chunks of the day, but she’s a bundle of energy when it’s time to play, especially if you take her ball with you. Sunil and Aparna will do their due diligence to make sure you’re the right fit, but it’s worth it. I would highly recommend this sit.
Karin and James are very kind and generous people. They raised their Owen in total love and he is such an adorable little boy. I was so happy to stay in their cozy and beautiful apartment and can’t wait to do it again!
It is a pleasure to write this review. Daria & family were delightful as were their home and pets. The communication was great, I felt very comfortable in their beautiful home and Luna and Ice both stole a piece of my heart! Luna was full on in the best way and as befits a 1 year old doodle! She’s absolutely gorgeous and super intelligent and we had loads and loads of fun and cuddles. Not to be outdone, Ice certainly makes her presence felt too! She is gorgeously snuggly too with plenty of character and is no trouble at all. They are both very affectionate and I loved spending time with them. Thank you!
I LOVED my sit at Suzy and Ross’ home! Such a sweet and beautiful space only blocks from crashing ocean waves….but the BONUS?! You get to run the sandy beaches with WOODY! He is such a bright, goofy, ball of joy who, in addition to beach exploring, loves belly rubs and dental chews 🥰. I am so grateful for my time here and for the amazing communication style that Suzy and Ross maintained. WhatsApp or text…videos of explanations to where Woody’s food and treats were, updates on their travel plans, and even a warm welcome upon my (late) arrival from a nearby relative. Great public transportation system close by although I went only by foot and on a trip with a local friend.
