It was absolutely excellent to have Libbie and Steve stay in our home with our cat, Joko and snake, Maryland. She was super communicative if she had any questions, and shared photos and anecdotes of Joko during her stay, I must admit to a wee bit of jealously considering how quickly Joko warmed up to she and Steve, easily overcome, because that is what we want! The house was in great shape when we returned and everything was clean. We really couldn't have hoped for a better sitter. I have every hope that Libbie and Steve will be able to return in the future, it was a pleasure to have them here, knowing that everything was looked after with aplomb.
Jim and Daria were among the best people I've ever found on this website. They were quickly responsive and had excellent communication from the beginning, easy to make plans with and flexible with unforeseen changes. They took wonderful care of my cat while I was away, kept me informed with messages and photos, and I returned to a happy animal who barely noticed I had been gone. My house was spotless and they were even considerate enough to replace a broken dish, an unnecessary but thoughtful gesture. I will happily invite them back and would recommend them without reservations.
It’s been an absolute pleasure to look after Cleo. She’s not only gorgeous to look at but also a funny character who you can have cat chats with and share an afternoon nap with. She’s very easy going. Just like her parents Juliette and Calvin. From the very first contact with them, I could sense their warm and genuine nature. They’re just great people and easy to communicate with. Other than that, the house is very comfy with all the things you’ll need in a part of Melbourne that’s vibrant, yet chilled.
