We had the pleasure of house sitting for Desiree and Peter, looking after their two adorable cats and chinchilla. Desiree and Peter were lovely hosts, making us feel welcome from the start. They were very communicative throughout the stay, providing clear instructions and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. Their home was a wonderful place to stay—comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with great facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a pleasure to care for their pets, and we’d be happy to house sit for them again in the future!
I had a great time at Terri's/Bryan's house! It was a last minute affair, but it all worked out and i had all the info i needed. The dogs were much fun! Kalia had to go to her planned intervention at the vet on my 3rd day with her, but she was the sweetest of them all. Luna and Osito kept me entertained with their gimmicks and the days went past way to fast. The house is comfortable, clean and the surrounding area quiet. Enjoyed the pool!
Bonnie made me welcome and had lots of clear instructions on taking care of the house and Max. Max was one of the sweetest cats I've had to chance to interact with. Recommended.
Jen and Stuart made us so welcome and their house is fab, situated in the most glorious position over looking the lake, but what made it for us were the three spaniels, they all had their own character and were really easy to look after and so much fun, especially Tilly the youngest one. Jen really cares that the HS is happy, we had plenty of time to get to know the girls and find out where to walk them as well as telling us about the house, that was as well as leaving us with some great instructions You do need to be quite fit, as it is a bit hilly, and we had a car, which you need, so were able to explore the area, which really helped. It was a pleasure for my son and I to pet sit for Cathy and Ron at their lovely home in such an amazing location. They were so kind to us. They were also great communicators and left clear instructions. Their home is full of character with old stone and wood beams, but also has all the modern conveniences, and was left very clean and well stoked with everything we could possibly need. The beds were super comfortable and the view of the countryside was awesome, with cows grazing on the hillside. We loved taking Pepper and Chester down to the river and up the trail by the local pub (the Nag's Head), which has excellent food and river front tables that we enjoyed with the dogs. They are both so sweet and they got along great with my little dog, who made herself at home with them. South Wales is an amazing part of the world -we hope to return one day...
Katharine’s house was located in a beautiful and quiet area with great transport links and various shops and cafes. It was super easy to communicate with Katharine and Martin. Both pets were super nice and easygoing. Definitely recommend for any future seaters. Many thanks for your lovely hospitality.
