Emma is simply the best! She is so accommodating of our very last minute requests when needed. Our pup absolutely loves her! Emma is trustworthy and reliable and sends updates after walkies with our beloved pup. I wouldn't hesitate recommending her to anyone! She has gone above and beyond and cares for our pup like her own. We love Emma!

Emma walks our dog Peppa 4 mornings a week. Peppa loves her walks with Emma and other dogs. Nothing is too much trouble Emma, even takes Peppa to get her nails clipped. I would highly recommend Emma. You can see from the daily photos posted how well looked after the animals are , in Emma's care. Cheers Emma!

It's so nice to have found someone that we feel happy to care for our pets when we need to go away. We have had many cat sitters in the past and none have been as good as Emma. She gives us daily updates with pictures and even picks up extra supplies for us when we run out of time to get our own. Couldn't recommend more!

Recently used Emi to look after our 3 cats for the first time. We are extremely happy with the service Emi provides, the cats have never been more content on a return from a holiday. Really appreciated the pictures that Emi sent whilst we were away. Emi is a lovely genuine caring lady and we will use her in the future when we go away. Highly recommended.

We have used Emi once, but have already booked her in for several more visits! We needed someone to give our cat insulin while we were away and were really confident with all of Emi's experience and qualifications. Our cat loves her and Emi sent us a message and photo every time she visited to let us know he was ok. Would highly recommend.

Emi is just lovely. My dog loves his walks with her. She’s friendly and really good at flexing around my ever changing schedule! Highly recommended.

Affectionately known as auntie emmi to storm & luna my staffys. Auntie emmi is a fantastic caring lady that dose what's best for them. She is always available to help out with them with the correct notice rain or shine .she's a fantastic friend to both our fur baby's to the point that they love to meet auntie emmi's family and play or go out for walks . Can't fault this lady

My 3 girls absolutely love their walks with Emma, and I love the piece of mind knowing they are getting out whilst I can't. Highly recommended.

Jacques from Animals at Home Southampton is absolutely brilliant and took excellent care of my rabbits while I was away. I came to her literally two days before I was going away as someone else had let me down last minute and even though it was such short notice, she found the time to visit them for me twice a day while I was away. She saved me from having to cancel my trip and the rabbits were looked after exactly as I had asked. I was kept regularly updated so I knew what the rabbits were up to while I was away too. I highly recommend Animals at Home Southampton to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their beloved companion animals while they're away.
