Dog Sitters in Neuhausen

Vera war für uns ein absoluter Glücksfall. Sie und ihre Tochter haben sich rührend um unseren Hund und unsere Kaninchen sowie das Haus gekümmert. Als es einen Notfall im Garten gab, hat Vera das Problem souverän gelöst. Sie hat sich perfekt auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt und sogar ein kleines Geschenk für uns hinterlassen. Wir würden ihr unsere Tiere und Haus bedenkenlos erneut anvertrauen.

Andrea and René were fantastic dog and house sitters. We were able to relax on holiday in the knowledge that our pet was being well cared for. Our dog was obviously very happy and calm with them and they clearly enjoyed being with her. They had been on lots of lovely walks and taken excellent care of her. They kept us up to date with photos and information. The house was beautifully clean and tidy and Andrea had even made us some lovely granola and cookies for our return. We would have no hesitation in recommending Andrea and René. We spent an evening with them before the sit, getting to know them, and they are really lovely people. We would be delighted for them to come and stay again. Thank you Andrea and René for taking such good care of our dog and our home.

Monika was a great house-sitter who took excellent care of our animals. Everything was in order when we returned from our holiday. She is quiet and very self-sufficient and easy going.

We had a lot of very useful and practical contact with Eimear and Rory both before and during their stay here. As pet parents who had never left their cats for four years, we were very nervous about how Nexy and Preston would react but they were fine. Lots of messages with photos came our way to reassure us. Now that Eimear and Rory have gone, our young cat, Preston, has been looking for them, I’m sure. So I think we can definitely say that they would be welcome back here again. Thank you Eimear and Rory.

We've had many housesitters and Francois and Mariana are the best of the best. They are true professionals. We were so lucky to have them housesit for us and our cat and dog. They were confident, calm, and attentive with the pets from the first minute they walked in the door. It was very clear that they are extremely sensitive to animal needs and "communication", so they were closely attuned to what our pets were feeling and what they needed. For example, our dog gets agitated about us leaving and Mariana talked to her and petted her quietly as we got ready - eventually, the dog was lying down calmly as we walked out the door (this never happens!!!!) As housesitters and as people, they are also wonderful, trustworthy, and attentive. It was clear from their updates that they not only read, but thoroughly studied and understood all the instructions in our detailed welcome guide. They are also friendly, respectful people who were extremely responsive, always available when we checked in and ready with a little story about what they and the pets were up to. They were scrupulously on time to start and end the sit, even though we asked them to arrive at our place at 6 in the morning!! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the pets were happy and relaxed. Our animals were very clearly in amazing hands. The dog was well-behaved after their stay (usually she has a bit of a backslide in bad habits during extended stays with others, but not this time!) and even the cat seemed much happier than he usually does when we come back from a trip. There is no better feeling as a pet owner - that your house sitters truly understand AND care deeply about your babies. We are so happy to have had Francois and Mariana as our housesitters, and we truly hope to meet or have them sit for us again. PS They even sent us the most delightful video they had created showing the pets' adventures during the week. In short, they are the best!!

Justyna was awesome. She was even more organized than I was and super flexible. I had to leave early in the morning and she agreed to come the afternoon before for an introduction and a handover. She is super sweet and very dedicated to animals. She asked relevant questions about care of my pet and gave me updates according to my request. The house was clean and the plants taken care of as well. I would without doubt have her back.

Kerri took very good care of our boys while we were away! And also left our house really clean and tidy before she left, plus a little gift which was so sweet of her. We would definitely have her back again and can recommend her as a cat and house sitter. Thank you Kerri!

Ashley checked all the boxes, doing everything we had asked and bonding successfully and quickly with our cats (who can sometimes take extra time to bond). House was as clean as we left it and Ashley even took care of our trash/recycle containers as we had asked. Cats were happy upon our return not seeming to miss us at all :-) Would be happy to have her sit for us again.

Aina and Lara were just amazing ! They took a great care of Samy and Captain, spent time playing with them and cuddling them 😊 We had regular pictures on our trip and the 2 cats were perfectly happy when we came back ! The house was as well in a perfect state. I definitely recommand them ! Thanks a lot for your stay Aina and Lara and good continuation in your trip 🤗

It was a pleasure to have Eleanor sit for Freddie again. Freddie absolutely adores Eleanor & how she cares for him. I never have any worries when Eleanor is sitting for Freddie as she is always in contact & this time as she knew I would be busy with my friends wedding still sent me updates & told me not to worry about replying. Knowing I had those updates sat there to look at when I wasn’t so busy was so nice 🥰 Eleanor always leaves my apartment spotless for when I arrive home. I think I’ve said it before that I’m sure it’s cleaner than when I leave it!!! As always we highly recommend Eleanor to house / pet sit. She really is a huge animal lover & treats your home as if it were her own. Thank you Eleanor & see you soon Vicki & Freddie 🐾

Joh and Sof were INCREDIBLE houseguests and pet sitters. They took such good care of our apartment and the animals. They were generous and brought gifts for us. We spent our trip not worried at all about the pets. We are so grateful for them! They are welcome back any time.

Gila was an angel from the very start. She came over to meet us twice before her sit. We had some unforeseen health issues with 2 of our 3 cats and we were so worried that Gila would cancel once she heard that she would have to give the 2 cats medicine orally. She had no problem with it and she reassured us that we had nothing to worry about. She left the house clean and tidy. She even put her sheets and towels into the washing machine so all I had to do was hang them up to dry. We are so grateful that we found Gila and we highly recommend her.
