Elaine is a very competent person, who knows her way around a diverse set of pets. She communicated well, and at reasonable frequency. She left the place, as neat or neater than she found it. She also left me a half gallon of milk and a loaf of bread and clean sheets and towels which was appreciated after being gone almost a month. Importantly, she enabled me to have a long relaxing vacation with confidence and lack of worry about my pets, and to come home to a clean house, healthy pets and no negative surprises. She also watered my flower bed so I came back to a regular floriferous riot. I hope that she is willing and able to care for my pets again. You will be lucky to have her care for your pets.
I had a great time in Erfurt, from the beginning the communication with Nikki was very good, for any topic and to update the doubts. Nikki'shome is very comfortable, with everything you need, and a short walk to the centre with bars and restaurants and very well connected. Rasputin is very calm, and very well patient he takes his pill without any problem. He likes to follow you around the house, and he likes to spend time playing with their toys, if he wants you to join in he lets you know, we were practicing his hide and seek skills, he is a great fly hunter and It was very funny to see him do this. Definitely a great stay.
Biscuit is the CUTEST cocker spaniel we ever did see! She’s energetic and loves a good walk, swim and session of fetch. She welcomes you in the morning with a big doggie smile and wagging tail! Awesome dog. Simon and Macha were super friendly, really welcoming and had a great communication style. Their house is lovely and clean - overall, a GREAT stay! 10/10 ⭐️
