We were SO happy with the lion’s cut given to our long-haired cat Junie by groomer Jen. This was our first time taking her to get groomed and we will definitely be back when it’s time! Junie was quite nervous on the car ride over and we weren’t sure how she’d do. Jen said she did great and on the car ride home, she was so calm and content! That made my heart happy. And of course, the little bow on her head sealed the deal on the adorableness factor. Thank you so much, Jen!

I have been taking my dog to Spa Paw & Tail for a few months now for daycare and grooming. All of the staff are so nice and knowledgeable. Lilly is always so excited when we arrive and greeted by staff by name. I love that I can see pics they post on their Facebook daily. I feel so at ease when I leave her there for the day. The groomers do an amazing job too! Pricing for daycare and grooming is very reasonably priced as well. Lilly & I highly recommend their services!

I love Spa Paw and Tail and so do my girls. We have a standing daycare reservation every Monday and Phoebe and Piper run to get inside and have a fun day with their friends. It really helps getting all their energy out on my longest work day. Ive also used SPT for boarding and love all the options for my dogs.

I really wanted to give Spa Paw & Tail 5 stars, until my dog woke up today with a horrible eye infection. I boarded my Black Lab Moose last Thursday to Monday. Initially every thing went fine I believed. Recap - Within the first few hours after drop off we got a call that another dog tried to nip at him, but neither were injured. Ok, dogs play and he’s fine. Next I noticed he wasn’t really eating his meals (we paid a whopping $65/day for the VIP suite with a camera to keep an eye on him). Ok, not the kennels fault, Moose tends get nervous and goes on food strikes when not in his normal habitat. Lastly he came home a bit sneezy and kept scratching and pawing at his face / eyes. Ok, maybe allergies. Now again, today I woke up and noticed Moose could hardly open his eye! When he could it was extremely red and had puss coming out of it. $300 later from the vet and another check up scheduled for next week, he has a bacterial infection in his eye. I’m a bit disappointed as this has to have been contracted from Spa Paw & Tail. My dog was not sick and never gets eye infections. I am unsure what their standards are for cleanliness, but i’m frustrated. I put a ton of trust in this place to take care of my pup. What are the chances he’s sick if I board him there again? The staff were all nice and I really wanted to rate this place good. I just think more effort needs to go into sanitization and cleanliness. Especially for your VIPs! Update as of 11/25 - Took Moose in for a vet follow up. Eye is looking better but unfortunately he has been sneezing a coughing. Vet has now prescribed him oral antibiotics for kennel cough. Another $200 and another follow up appointment scheduled. Mind you he is up to date on his shots... so disappointing.

Our Riggins is 10 and a half years old and this was the first time he’s been professionally groomed. Prior to today, all baths and haircuts were done at home. He tends to be anxious so I was a little concerned about how he’d do. HE DID AWESOME!! From the minute he walked in we could tell he wasn’t afraid at all. The groomer did an amazing job, far better than anything we’ve ever done or could do!! Because he did so well with the grooming we may try boarding for a weekend in the future. I highly recommend Spa, Paw and Tail! As you can see from the before pics he was an absolute mess! Now he’s back to his handsome self!

Every time I work with Spa Paw & Tail, I am always so assured they care about my dog as much as I do. The daily photos are so reassuring that my baby girl is playing and safe all day long. They have so many customizable options to ensure your pet has the experience best suited to them. My dog was constant running and other dogs only with. My parents’ dogs was zero animal interaction and walks/pets only - they accommodate all. I hate having to leave my dog behind, but trust them implicitly to care for her until I return.

I have a very elderly frail dog (15 year old shitzu- Maltese mix) with multiple health issues which require medication multiple times a day. We planned a family vacation and needed to board him while we were away. To say I was a bit apprehensive would be an understatement. But Spa Paw and Tail took excellent care of my baby boy. I called to check on him and was happy with his care. I will definitely board him there again and would highly recommend them to others

Murray has always been very well taken care of and has been going there since we adopted him about 12 years ago - We love Spa Paw & Tail & so does he! He loves going to daycare - He goes for grooming - He's been there for boarding - All are outstanding! ❤️🐶

My dog has been going to Spa, Paw and Tail for day care for the past two plus years. He loves it!!! Everyone there is top notch - friendly, helpful, and amazing with my dog. I have also used them for boarding when I was going out of town. I trust them to always take extra special care of him. On top of that, their prices are lower than most other companies in the area who provide the same services. I highly recommend them!!

I took our 4 month old puppy here because of great reviews I heard about. I have a family member who takes their cats here and loves them! However when I took my dog here I did not have the same response. The welcoming staff was nice and helpful, the groomer even explained to me her first hair cut can take longer (2-3 hours) because they go over everything slowly and ease the dog into it. I loved this aspect of her trim, however I was then surprised that they called us so quickly to pick her up. Upon arrival, I was told the haircut went great, my dog just needs to learn where the edge of the table is - this isn't the dogs job, and this should be part of getting her used to it, and do they not use leashes or a harness, and so does this mean my dog fell off the table? As soon as we were in the car she cried, she cried the entire way home, every time I leave she cries now. She never cried before this. I called with my concerns and the manager said they reviewed the tape and she was wagging her tail at pick up. I am not sure what her tail has to do with this scenario, nor do I understand why the procedure video wasn't reviewed. I don't care about how she was when she was in my care, I care about what happened behind closed doors. I asked my vet if they recommend this groomer, and they said they used to but after an incident they no longer recommend this. I will not be bringing my dog back here and am only sharing this to hopefully prevent another dog from getting hurt.

Love it! Everyone is so nice there! Our pups were happy staying there for a couple of days. They sent pictures and updates of our happy puppies! They were well cared for during their stay! Awesome place! It's nice to find a place we can trust with our crazy, active puppies!

Sky dance …. Such an amazing place, Ari is the best, she is a professional grooming poodles, she does always a perfect job with my dog. I trust her. Thank you Ari for always do the best for me and my dog.

I LOVE the training program at SkyDance Pet Lodge. My Golden Retriever is very male dog aggressive and dog selective. They have helped me through his journey. I struggled so much in the beginning of having him and I wouldn’t be where I’m at without the training team. The trainers helped me muzzle train my dog (my decision as I felt more safe taking him out in public). Hudson now has his AKC Trick title Novice, Intermediate, & Advanced. He also has his CGC, CGCA, and we are now working towards our CGCU. The trainers also take the dogs out to Home Depo, Tj Maxx and other dog friendly stores to get the dogs around more distractions while training. My dog still gets to play with his girlfriends during his daycare as well. I learned along with the training team my dog needed a job. We started dock diving last summer and it helped my dogs temperament and helped build our bond together as well. Hudson loves all the trainers at SkyDance but I think he would go home with Olivia if I wasn’t there😂. They also just opened their training schedule at New Berlin Monday- Saturdays!

SkyDance is great! I have had such a good experience with them. Everyone there has been very friendly and helpful, the truly care about the dogs, and accommodate all.

Everyone here really cares about the dogs as if they were their own. I adore working at SD, I’m able to say I take pride in my job and actually mean it. I drive 40 minutes to SkyDance so my dogs Nellie and Callie can be groomed by Ari! First, she always makes extra effort to get my girls in even when she is booked out far. Second, she is extremely personable. Not just with me but also with my dogs. It gives me peace of mind leaving them in her care because I know they are being treated the way I would treat them. Thirdly, she always takes the time before their appointments to ask what I want done. At a previous groomer I was shamed for wanting my Aussie mix to have a shorter cut since her hair grows to quickly. Ari has never judged and always walks me through what I am thinking and how she can make it happen. Lastly, the work she does is AWESOME!! Her grooming skills are top notch! Not to mention my girls always leave feeling so soft and luxurious. Yesterday when I picked Nellie up Ari let me know how much Nellie has improved with her nail trims. It felt so great to hear because I know how she can be with her paws. As a pet parent I LOVE to hear that feedback and know that I am making the right choice by bringing her to SkyDance. SkyDance has been Eddie's home away from home every time I travel. The facilities are beautiful (New Berlin and Dousman have been the two he has stayed at) and I can't say enough about how great the staff is. They treat Eddie like he is their own and go above and beyond to make sure he is safe, comfortable, and has a good time. They have always been exceptionally good to him and he comes home relaxed and happy at the end of his stay. I highly recommend SkyDance for your pet boarding needs.

Service was great and our dog seemed happy. He was very tired by the end of the day. There was an issue which they resolved very quickly.

I have used a couple of places in the past and they were at best OK, at worst . . . well . . . the worst. I arrived a while ago with my Czech line German Shepherd. She had a few issues that no matter what I tried I never quite fixed. That all changed thanks to SkyDance Pet Lodge, New Berlin. Sasha suffered from fear aggression. As a rescue she was very cagey around people and other moving things out of the house. After a bit of an altercation with a lady with a small dog who found Sasha's barking too much and left the poor dear very frightened I left with much apologizing promising to get professional help as the situation must have been so stressful for not only the lady but my poor Sash. Well, not only did the trainer give her a complete make over in the behavioral department in a matter of weeks but she even ENJOYS attending her groom now secured for every 8 weeks. The whole kit and caboodle of staff there are brilliant with my old girl. She comes out looking like a film star (and smelling gorgeous). They get rid of all her malting undercoat and the amount of hair left behind could make another dog!!! I mean, I brushed her but these guys really get to the core. They treat her so well and know what they are doing with my very loved canine compadre. Our thanks and appreciation don't stop there either! Thank you to all at The Outpost. Wow! She was treated like British royalty when we needed to use the boarding facilities. It was wonderfully clean and such a great feel to the place. When picking her up she was so relaxed compared to the exhausted ball of stress I have picked up using other boarding care in the past. I am very happy to report that recently on a walk I met the lady Sash had frightened and she agreed to allow us to come over as I wanted to show her I had made good on my promise. She was blown away by, not only Sasha's new manners but even commented on how beautiful her coat looked. Skydance will be getting another new client! This is now THE ONLY place my girl will go to. In life I expect elite service and this place deliveries it and more.

I was a first time client to have my Golden Retriever groomed on the recommendation of my son, who takes his Golden there. Cassie came out to meet and greet and I was so pleased with the results when I picked her up. Aoife looked so cute and it was a good experience for her. They have the nicest employees and the dogs I saw coming into daycare while I waited were happy and greeted by name! I'm thrilled to have been taken as a client and will be returning.

Buddy Martinez and our family love Central Bark! We are happy with the caretakers who love Buddy and to his friends such as Molly, Oliver, Luna, and many others. Thank you for always taking care of Buddy when he is there and we are working. He gets so excited on the day of the week when he goes! Erin, Buddy's groomer is also the best from his baths to his haircuts, she is a gem and so good to him. We highly recommend Central Bark. :)

I’ve been taking my baby girl Leia to Central bark since she was 6 months old right during COVID. Their staff is amazing and knowing they take such good care of her gives me peace of mind when I travel for work and pleasure boarding her there as well. It’s seamless for her because she knows everyone and plays with her friends all day. I’m also able to use the can service, grooming and other services they provide. Highly recommend to anyone looking for day care, training, grooming or boarding services in the New Berlin area.

We absolutely love Central Bark! Our pup, Sully, started going to Central Bark’s puppy social hour when he was 3 months old. This weekly social hour was free and incredibly important for his growth and development into a friendly, socialized, and confident puppy! We then started going to Central Bark for grooming, daycare once a week, and an overnight stay. The workers are so caring and professional, we always know Sully will be loved on and safe when he goes to Central Bark. They have great rates, are always communicating what is going on, responsive when making appointments, and are easy to work with. They also do great things in the community which was very important to us. Thank you for everything Central Bark New Berlin!

Totally amazing! The staff there are fantastic! Caden has been with them since he was 9 weeks old and still going there and he is 3! He loves going and can't wait to go! They love, protect and treat your pups like their own! And their boarding is amazing! Puts my mind at ease that he is with them, protected and loved. I very highly recommend them! No other place compares!!! You won't be disappointed!! Love them!! ❤️❤️❤️

We are so happy with the Central Bark in New Berlin. Charlie looks happy after every time he spends in Central Bark. The staff are always nice and they did a great job taking care of our pup. We love daily e-mail reports every time we are away and Charlie stays in Central Bark. Very clean and professional facility. We recommend this place 100%.

Although my dog Zola only goes once per week, I love that she has always come home happy. I love the care givers, the groomers and all the lovely dogs she gets to play with. Thanks so much for being there when we needed her to be in good hands.

Central Bark New Berlin is a special place. My dog has been going since he was 10 months old, and now is approaching 13 years old. They truly get to know your dog inside and out and work with them and their various personality types. My dog has anxiety and they provide my dog a positive and successful stay at doggy daycare by adapting to his personality. The staff is wonderful and flexible. I can’t say enough good things about Central Bark New Berlin!

I take my two dogs to Central Bark for grooming with Courtney. She does a fantastic job with both of them. Even the Vet at New Berlin Animal Hospital says what a great job their groomer does. You won’t be disappointed with Central Bark. They take wonderful care of your pet.

Our dog Ozzie hates grooming to the point that he gets very stressed and will bite. We heard good things about Jordyn and gave it a try. She is AMAZING!!! She has a way to keep our dog calm. Yes, for now we still give him a chill pill in advance and he is muzzled when grooming but the last visit she was able to get him all groomed and she noted he didn't seem stressed. We also love that if our dog is getting stressed she will stop and continue another day so it doesn't get to be a bad experience for the dog. We absolutely 💯 recommend her. We have two Bernese Mountain Dogs, one of whom has THICK fur, it's almost impossible to brush through it. Jordan is hands down, the BEST groomer he has ever been to. We've tried them all. Somehow she is able to work through the dense fur, clean him, make him smell amazing, then brush him out so he's a light ball of fluff. We've never had these results at any groomer, any price. After 7 years we finally found our groomer! Jordan works magic.

We have a 2 year old St. Bernard who we board with family pet boarding every time we leave town. They have always done a great job with her. They have an option to let her play with other dogs which she loves and gets lots of exercise from. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dog boarding services.

Family pet boarding boards animals and does grooming. I take my dog to Tracy for his grooming every 6 weeks or so. She is a wonderful groomer, very pleasant and knowledgeable and certainly loves dogs! I have used it for boarding as well. The ladies are very nice and took good care of my dog. They are also reasonably priced and I will use them again for sure.

My experience with Family Pet Boarding has been nothing short of phenomenal, both for boarding and daycamp. When we arrive near the building for drop off, my dog does circles in the backseat and wiggles her little nub tail so hard at the sight of any of the staff that comes to get her. While my dog is there, I often see posted Facebook pictures of her and the others smiling, playing, and looking like they couldn’t be happier. The staff is so incredibly friendly, and has always been flexible with my ever changing work schedule. Last year, I moved from Waukesha to Milwaukee and continued to take my dog the near 20 miles, twice a week because the care they give is unmatched. I know my dog is in the best hands when she is at the facility and I recommend Family Pet Boarding to any dog owner I come across.

We love Family Pet Boarding, but most important so does our dog-daughter! We travel often and I always know that my dog is getting the best care when she stays there. The staff really knows and interacts with our dog and she always joyfully greats them when we drop her off. That says a lot! Also, with the grooming service, whatever treatment or product is used makes her calloused paws super soft! We have tried other boarding places with fancy gimmicks and watched on a camera as not one staff member interacted with our dog but policed and sprayed the dogs with a water bottle and my dog sat in the corner depressed for a long weekend. Family Pet Boarding is the only place for us.

Visiting family in Waukesha & traveled with our dog but needed to board her when we arrived in Waukesha. Appreciated that they required all updated shot records in advance from my vet. Really liked the kennel tech who took the time to approach our shy lab-mix. She had a friendly voice & got our dog to wag her tail & the hand off was great. They asked about allergies with food & mentioned that if a dog doesn't eat their dry food they will try ID wet food. Also liked that a vet is across the street if there were any emergencies. We paid for the plus which included playing during the day. On our drive home, she slept most of the time so I'm guessing she played a lot. Would definitely use them again & they appeared competent.

I contacted Nikki via email and she responded within the hour. She was thorough and detailed in her responses. We set up a meet and greet so that she could see my cats and get a complete understanding of their environment and routine. We developed a schedule for her visits and I felt very comfortable that cats would be well cared for and they were. I was gone for a week with no ability to be reached, so trust was a big factor. When I returned home the cats and their environment were in great shape. I know that Nikki is a dedicated service provider that I can trust and I will be using Nikki Pet Services again!

Nikki and Camille did an AMAZING job with my dog! Scheduling was simple, Nikki’s communication was clear and prompt, and I was always sent the best pictures of my fur baby. We are going to miss working with these two incredible humans so much! They have my highest recommendation for your pet care needs.

I haven’t been able to take a vacation in 3 years. Thanks to Donna and Fetch!, I knew my rabbit, S’more, was going to be well taken care of. She’s delicate and gets sick easily. She was happy and healthy during each visit with Donna and even let Donna pet her. They truly bonded so I will be utilizing this service just so they can hang out for an hour a month when I’m at work. Donna went above and beyond by cleaning up loose hay the day I got back so I didn’t have to worry about it when I came home. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

The management is nice and responsive. However, the retired elderly man who came in every other day to care for 2 cats was not capable. His actions led to the burglar system going off which then involved police coming over and us getting a call while we were overseas at 1am, getting us all stressed out. Upon our return he failed to attend to the litter and there were petrified cat poops all over the room. Plants were over watered and drowning. Would not hire this man again. When we had first met him he seemed nice and enthusiastic however when talking to him on return, he downplayed everything and took all his mis-steps so lightly and laughed it off. We were not laughing. Try the service but watch who you hire to take care of your dear fur babies.

I first heard about Fetch on my local news. I was so touched by the story and ironically was about to take a trip and needed someone to watch my dog. I reached out to the company and as luck would have it got to speak with one of the owners Donna. I knew from the first conversation I was going to use their service. Donna and I had so much in common I was sold on the first call. When my husband and I got to meet our sitters and Donna who wanted to meet us in person. My husband and I knew we had made the right choice. The fact that they will always pair your dog with the same people was a huge deciding factor for us. We were blessed to be paired with Becky and Milo and they both went over and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Chase liked Becky, Milo, and Donna upon the meeting. It also was nice Becky and I live in the same neighborhood so we bumped into each other one day while I was out walking Chase. I was so pleased with the updates I received while on vacation. This was our first time leaving Chase with a non-family member. The service was exceptional. On a scale of 1-10, I give them 1000. Great job and great service. If you want to be at complete ease on vacation hire Fetch you won't be disappointed.

I've had a great experience with the Fetch sitters Stephanie and Sue. They take great care of my senior beagle mix. I like that they send me updates with photos, a journal of what my dog did while they were there and a GPS map of the walking activity. It makes me feel secure to know that there are caring people looking after our sweet dog when we're not able to be home. Also their customer service is very responsive and helpful in answering any questions I have had.

Top notch service from the amazing people at Fetch! They have been incredibly accommodating, even when I book a last minute appointment. My cats that are usually timid and stand-offish to guests at the house, eagerly await the arrival of the Fetch team!! is it possible to give more than 5 stars?

This is an amazing company especially for those who work during the week. Danielle takes my goldendoodle Louie on fun hikes and adventures during his daycare. He is always happy and tired when I come home! Highly recommend!!

What started off as what seemed to be a wonderful relationship and service provider for my husky ended up revealing the dangers of unexperienced handlers. We had wonderful service with almost all of the handlers. Short walks, 1/2 day daycare, full-day daycare, boarding. All worked well and my husky was having a blast. Recently the handlers changed and thats when thing went south. 3 separate incidents all within a week of each other. Each one increasing in severity. Week 1 - covered completely in goose poop. It was clear she had been rolling in it for awhile. Where was the supervision? Week 2 - broken dewclaw with a suggestion to put baking soda on to stop the bleeding. ?!?! I took her to the ER immediately and she required surgery. Week 3 - sliced paw pad. no awareness of it when she dropped off. response? i never checked her because we didn't go to the wooded trail. ?!?! Required stitches and she is in a brace. in a lot of discomfort and on no activity for the next 2 weeks. The companies response: Maybe she cut herself after she dropped off (me; yet her paw was pink with fresh blood). Shes a Husky she gets excited around others (me: no she is shy and apprehensive thus we stopped taking her to daycare and tried this new type of service). Perhaps she should go on 1 hr walks to build repore (me: no. she did well with all other handlers. i won't be subjecting her to further harm and injury). No apology or accountability from management. All fault was directed at our dog and us. While I understand that huskies can be rambunctious and get into mischief. However, like with any service that is why there is supervision. So they don't injury themselves or others. 3 separate incidents all within 1 week of each other (please note, she only goes once a week. So basically an injury every time she was with the same handler) Please strongly interview any new handlers - request background checks / recommendations. Just because people are 'kind' doesn't mean they have the qualifications or training to provide required supervision & care. I hope the company provides better training for the handler and any future employees, so no other animals or families have to go through what we are enduring at this time.

WYWO is the absolutely best! They do a great job taking care of my pets. They’ve been walking my dogs for years and when I added a cat to the family this year they come and love on her and feed her when I’m out of town or have extra long work days. They give a detailed full report after every visit with tons of pictures! Tiffany, the owner, is great at keeping her business running well and truly showing she cares for the animals and their families!

WYWO is simply the best pet sitting service in Milwaukee. They are responsive, fair, flexible, and they care SO deeply about all the pets in their care. Our Labrador Beaux was too big and too high energy for not one, but two prior day care facilities. Tiffany and her team welcomed him with open arms! We have been dropping Beaux off at WYWO one day a week for nearly 3 years, and the socialization & exercise he gets there has drastically improved his quality of life, all thanks to WYWO. They accommodate travel plans, are very responsive with updates and information through their portal (including ADORABLE photos and reports of each visit), incorporate a wide variety of services (like pick up and drop off; home visits; boarding, etc), and truly care about their work. I easily recommend WYWO to any Milwaukee pet owner. We are so grateful for WYWO!!!

We use WYWO for in-home check ups for our two cats and are very happy with the service. I was initially skeptical of the 3rd party app they require (not another app! 😩) but I must say it is a great, easy to use app and it makes it super convenient to request visits, send messages to WYWO staff (they are very responsive and friendly), see pics and a summary of each visit, and pay invoices. Really couldn't ask for more from a pet-sitting service. Thanks!

While You Were Out Pet Sitting is AMAZING! I can't rate them high enough. I'd give a 10/5 if I could. I've used them to check in on my cats for two years now and have only had wonderful experiences. They're so consistently helpful and provide such cute pictures for every picture. Twice now we've had emergencies come up and they are so patient and reliable. I plan to never stop using their services. On top of their excellent service, the app they utilize is user friendly and convenient. Love them and so do my cats (even my super shy kitty)!!!

Our dog Beau has been going to WYWO since August, 2020. Since my partner and I work full time and have a busy social life, we really needed to find a reliable, friendly and flexible daycare in Milwaukee. We're happy we found Tiffany and her team. From what I've noticed, there's always plenty of workers at the house so the dogs get appropriate attention and care. While driving and we approach the daycare, Beau starts barking out the window out of excitement! He loves it there. One thing we really enjoy seeing is when they do special events with the animals. For example, take photos on holidays e.g. pictures with Santa or dress up for Cinco de Mayo. Or even do a grill out on Memorial Day and treat the pups to hot dog treats. Just fun stuff. Overall, we're super happy with WYWO and would (and have) recommend them.

I have used their services several times now and every time has been great. Our Guinea pigs are well cared for and we get adorable photos every visit. We feel better about being out of town knowing a reliable service will be taking care of our piggies.

I have been taking my dog Gilly here since Fall of 2020 and we are clients for life! Tiffany and her team are incredible. They go above and beyond for us all the time, always reassuring me that it's "never any trouble." It is very easy to see that pet care for this group of people is done out of love. Gilly attends day care services about once a week and when I turn the corner to drop her off, she goes crazy with excitement--fully body wag and happy barking! The staff always greet with such familiarity, I know she isn't a number to them at all, it's so sweet :) Highly recommend!

We have been using WYWO Pet Sitting for 3-4 years now whenever we go out of town, and I can't imagine trusting anyone else with our pet sitting needs. They worked with us during family emergencies, and communication with them while we are gone is fantastic. We recently lost one of our cats, and they have reached out with support, and love. I couldn't recommend them enough.
