The moment Echo (dog) and I looked into each others eyes, we became best friends. And any petsitter in the future will too. I am grateful I got the opportunity to petsit for Jaclyn because spending time with Echo, and the 2 cats (Lulou & Hunny) was super chill and memorable. Her house is beautiful, and there is a huge backyard for Echo to roam around, and for the petsitter to just chill and think. One of my favorite moments with Echo, besides the various times playing tug of war, and chase echo with something in his mouth, was when we just chilled in the backyard at night. I sat on the steps, and he was sitting on the floor besides me, and we were just enjoying the night time looking into the darkness. Not even looking at each other. Kind of like how best friends who've known each other for a very long time. Don't have to say anything, just enjoying each others company. There was a nice breeze on that calm night. Jaclyn was very detailed and thorough in her instructions so I knew exactly how to care for the pets and for the home. She was very responsive to any questions, even though she was in a different time zone. She nailed it. The gardening watering schedule was actually very fun too. I kept a log in my notebook and would look forward to following the schedule for the next day. It was very satisfying on the last day, knowing I did a great job with it. I would recommend any serious and committed petsitter to apply for Jaclyn's petsit opportunities in the future.
We had a wonderful time house/dog sitting in Sachiko's lovely home in Cambridge. Sachiko was warm, friendly and laid-back and so was the rest of her family. Instructions were clear and she was incredibly responsive when we had questions. G.G., their dog, was a real sweetheart, easy to love and easy to care for -- she took us on many walks around the leafy neighborhood. Highly recommend Sachiko (and G.G.) for a great house/dogsitting experience!!
Wonderful sit, Danny and Libby were really kind and great communicators. Opie and Lady were very sweet and we loved hanging out with them. Beautiful home and very comfortable guest room and bed!
This was our first sit on TH so we didn't know what to expect, but we are happy to report a great experience! CJ was friendly, easy-going and responsive. They made sure all our questions were answered and we had everything we needed before departure. The home is charming and comfortable with a large backyard. Luna was a pleasure to care for! She is friendly, quiet and well-behaved. Just give her some love and play some fetch and she is happy! Thank you CJ for trusting us with your home and Luna, we had a great time and hope to do it again sometime!
D and Paul have a lovely and welcoming home! D made communication easy and kept the sit very organized. Mal and Gambit are simply a treat to be around! Gambit is very well behaved and warmed right up to both of us. Their home is beautiful and backs up to a nature area with a dog park very close by. Our time at the dog park was our favorite part of this sit. We were in heaven getting to see all the other dogs, all playing with each other. The cuddles and walks around the neighborhood made our stay fly by. We look forward to sitting for D and Paul again!

Could not recommend Little Paws of Hope more!!! My 6 month old havanese Hudson began daycare and boarding when he was 4 months. I was very hesitant at first sending him to daycare but now It is definitely a second home thanks to Hope and her staff. Raising a puppy is super stressful but having Little Paws as a safe, fun place for my puppy is very reassuring. He has made so many furry friends and I am so pleased with how happy he comes home everyday and am so grateful for everyone there. Thank you to hope and her staff you guys are the best!!!! 🐶🐶❤️❤️
We used LPOH for puppy daycare for our little Yorkies, brother and sister (Max and Daisy). They were always well taken care of and seemed to enjoy their time there. They have a good outdoor setup for the pups and they have cameras in all locations so you can see your puppers. Would recommend them for daycare and boarding! They also had a great trainer we used for a few sessions.
I have been taking my 10lbs. Shorkie to LPH for years. I love that they cater to smaller dogs. Hope and her team have been amazing to work with, caring, accommodating, always available to answer texts and send pictures of our pup throughout her stay. Not to mention that I can see her on their live camera feed. So grateful to be able to go away without worrying about our girl.
Little Paws of Hope is worthy of a five-star rating if you ask me; it was recommended to me by co-workers, friends, and acquaintances. The entire staff is so kind and considerate and works to make your dog, or in my case, in which I had more than one dog, feel right at home. I dropped them off for the first time a week ago; as a parting gift, I received a photo of my sweet and loving girls in a frame incorporating the little Paws of Hope logo, which I chose to share as a part of my review, as seen below. I received a report card with photos daily and access to live footage of when they were playing in the play areas inside and outside. It was so lovely to see my dogs in a place attending to them, similar to how I would take care of them. As opposed to the alternative instead of boarding them in a kennel. I realize that a place like that, for your dogs, might be a slight expense. But if you ask me, it is so nice to drop your beloved pet off knowing that they are taken care of significantly closer to how you were taking care of them yourself. Additionally, Initially, I was a little thrown off by the name, but I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Hope.
This is a great place for your dog. Hope and her staff are professional, friendly and you can see they really love dogs. Hope is an excellent trainer and I definitely recommend her to train any dog regardless of age or personality. The place is super secure, with 3 closed doors and webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your doggie. Our little Guy always comes back happy and relaxed. This is definitely a doggie paradise!
My dog jumps out of the car excited to see his buddies the minute we arrive at LPH. Not only is this day care so fun for little pups but they also take great care on making sure play is appropriate and dog have structure. Everyone knows my dog by name and truly know his needs and making sure he has a great day. On-site grooming is a huge plus and they are wonderful!
I got Romeo when he was 2 months old in 2016. Since he was so young and I was working, so I approached Hope for daycare and training purposes. Romeo just fell in love with Hope. Even after 4 years , her voice drives him nuts that even he forgets me. That means he feels more than home when he is with Hope. Hope and her staff are very professional and friendly. She is an awesome trainer and I definitely recommend her. The best trick she taught my Romi is "Ring a bell for nature calls " . This place is super secure and has webcams. You will get a user name & password so you can always check on your paw kid. My Romeo gets so much love here that he always comes back happy and relaxed. I attaching few pics and videos from 2016 - in one of them he looks like a prince. Also attaching one pic that was clicked this month after he had a spa day at this doggie paradise.
Our kids (two doxies, a tweenie and a mini) spend a LOT of time at Hope's, sometimes just for boarding sometimes for boarding and training; and I think we have been with Hope for nearly 9 years now. We live in NYC, so we also regularly use Hope's transport pick up and return. There is literally no other place like Little Paws. From the moment they hear the driver come up the stairs, they get HYPED. They love every second that they are there, they are truly happy and comfortable, and training with Hope and her amazing crew have led to major breakthroughs with our little nervous Nellie. We are high maintenance and Hope rides our crazy tornadoes with kindness and grace. She is attentive to the needs of every dog and employs the best staff; you never have to feel scared about the care your dog will receive. Also, her facilities are IMMACULATE. There is ROOM for the pups and things to keep them mentally and physically engaged whether it is cold or hot outside. Hope and LPH are national treasures.
I have been boarding my two rescue dachshunds with Hope for several years. They have their issues and there no ones else I trust them more with than Hope. They always comeback Happy, calm and better behaved than when we dropped them off. Hope is a true professional who understands the dogs in addition to providing a safe and FUN environment for them. She and her staff are the best!!!!
Exceptional Dog Grooming /boarding Experience I recently had the pleasure of taking my furry friend to an outstanding dog groomer and boarding and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the service provided. From start to finish, it was evident that the groomer's love and care for animals were unmatched. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the groomer, who immediately made my dog feel comfortable and at ease. The attention to detail and genuine affection shown towards my furry companion was truly heartwarming. It was clear that the groomer took the time to understand my dog's specific needs and preferences. Throughout the grooming and boarding process, I was kept informed and involved. The groomer Jamie / owner hope patiently listened to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that my dog's grooming experience was tailored to perfection. Not only did my dog come out looking absolutely fabulous, but I could also sense the genuine happiness radiating from them ( whole staff) It was evident that they had been treated with the utmost care and respect. We cannot recommend K9 Resorts enough! We have searched high and low looking for a place that was safe and fun for our pup! He has been there for daycare and boarding. Both incredible experiences. I appreciate that they consistently upload pics of the dogs on their Facebook to keep you in the know while they’re staying there. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your pup is well taken care of! The establishment is SO CLEAN and comfortable for the pups as well. I would say it’s definitely worth the price you pay. You will not be disappointed!

My first experience boarding my pups was a little rough but I took a chance in bringing my pups back for a last minute boarding. I was very pleased they were able to accommodate especially having to check 5 frenchies. I love that the provide dos punts for additional pups which makes a difference in price. My pups came back happy and well taken care of. Smelling fresh as can be. I was happy all went well with no injuries or trips to the vet this time around. The employees are all very pleasant and friendly. You can tell they love what they do. The facility is always well maintained and clean. Nice job !! 😊
Our two dogs had such an amazing experience here! Every interaction from booking through their evaluation day was courteous and care-filled. Receiving a detailed report card and adorable pictures throughout the stay was a touch we’ve never experienced having done daycare at many facilities before. The staff really seemed to know and be able to speak about our pups in particular which made us feel even better about our choice. 110% recommend if you’re in the area! Hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made was to start bringing my dog Jake to K9 Resorts. It gives me peace of mind that I can drop him off in the morning knowing he will be well taken care of. All of the staff are professional, friendly, and devoted. You can really tell they love dogs as well as their job. They all know how quirky Jake is and greet him with enthusiasm everyday. The best part is that Jake comes home happy and tuckered out from playing all day with his friends. K9 Resorts goes above and beyond to take care of and create cute themed days for the dogs to enjoy. I highly recommend their daycare and boarding.
We just boarded our two dogs for a weekend, and they were so happy and well taken care of. I had a bad experience at another daycare, but my dogs came home from K9 Resorts with smiling faces and wagging tails. Would highly recommend them to any pet parents out there! It was such a great experience for my little snoopy. The staffs are so great and patient. My snoopy had so much fun at the daycare. He was so exhausted by the time he got home.. Look what he is doing now.
I am a first time dog mom and I want to best for my pup and K9 resorts garden city is just that and more. The friendly staff that go the extra mile to accommodate even my late reservations. The clean and secure facility. My pup Sky has so much energy and my family keeps a busy schedule, so when she comes home I know she has had a wonderful time there and ready to relax.
I recently brought my dogs to k9 resorts and, unfortunately, it didn’t go as I’d hoped. One of our rescue dog has unique needs and can be fearful/shy/aggressive with new people, but I was hopeful this resort could provide a good environment. After an hour and a half, however, she still hadn’t warmed up to the handlers, and I was informed she wouldn’t be able to stay. I understand that safety and comfort are the staff's priorities, so I respect their decision. However, I believe the business and establishments' priorities are to make money with "well behaved dogs" (probably not adopted dogs with complex histories and trauma and "liabilities" that harm the business), and I can see that with their very limited evaluation policies. Through no fault of the staff members, who were all very sweet and friendly. 5 stars for the workers, 2 or even 1 star for the business owners/establishment. Lastly, the communal play area seemed quite small, with limited natural light, which created a rather dark atmosphere. The fake grass/yard dogs get let out too seemed sad right next to the free way. I was also concerned that the dogs were just left to bark continuously without any visible enrichment activities. Dogs thrive with mental stimulation, and I felt the space and structure here didn’t meet those needs. The cheapest kennels as well, though much cleaner than a shelter, also just looks like a typical shelter/mass dog management situation. The more expensive rooms are still not stimulating or enriching, just dogs locked behind doors (full of scratches) barking at people walking by, wanting to leave and go home probably. I appreciate that K9 resort is staffed by people who clearly care about the dogs’ well-being. I hope the resort considers adding more stimulating activities or even a quieter, larger space for dogs. Take some hits with those profit margins maybe to treat these animals with respect and dignity (a novel idea for "dog owners" especially those in wealthy suburban neighborhoods). For now, it may be a better fit for highly social, "well behaved" dogs who acclimate quickly to new environments.
