Dog Sitters in New Castle, NH

Well we have met some incredibly wonderful responsible and generous people on zeewoi but I would say Anne and Tim among the best. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They took wonderful care of our 90 pound Anatolian Shepherd, but also our idiosyncratic old colonial home , including navigating the woodstove and heat pump, a house full of house plants and acre of land.

Jacque is easily the best sitter I have ever had for my cat, Bamboo, and my home! I returned to a contended Bamboo as well as a clean and tidy home. She's definitely someone whom I would love to have back again. During my time away, she sent me regular updates about Bamboo. Also, the things she did clearly showed her love for & knowledge of cats. For instance, she moved a bench next to the window so that Bamboo could view the birds outside more comfortably. I know that my cat really took to her as he was so cuddly with her, something that he hadn't shown as much with other sitters. Home-wise, Jacque took great care of my place, leaving it in a very neat and clean condition. (By the way, she also left me some homecooked stew so that I'd have something to eat after a long journey back!) She was also very gracious and helpful when my home's HVAC system broke down unexpectedly during the second week of her sit. She did not complain/grumble about not having AC - during summer time!! - for a few days before the replacement could be done. She was super helpful during the replacement work by connecting with the installers on schedule availability and by updating me of the progress.

Doria and Markus were absolutely exceptional pet sitters in every way! They are both kind, respectful people with excellent communication skills and with so much love in their hearts for our two dogs! Our home was clean and tidy when we returned and our dogs were relaxed and clearly well loved and well cared for. Our newly planted flowers were also well cared for and the instructions we left were clearly read and followed. We feel very grateful to have found such wonderful people to house/pet sit for us and definitely hope they will return! We would give them much more than five stars as they are top notch in every way, including being WONDERFUL human beings who bring great energy and joy to this planet! Thank you Doria and Markus!!!!

Karen was a good pet sitter who took care of Bagheera and kept the apartment very neat and tidy. She made sure to communicate well before the sit to know what to expect, how best to take care of Bagheera and apartment needs. She was very nice and Bagheera looked happy, and wasn't bothered by our return as his routine was kept.

Hannah and Catherine were fantastic sitters! Our pets & home were well cared after. We’d highly recommend them to anyone.

This was our second time having Samantha as a sitter, both times for several weeks. She’s absolutely excellent! Very responsible with all of the pet and home care tasks, helpful on any unexpected house-related issue, very proactive, and amazingly loving and caring for our doggo. Samantha has our trust 100% and we would have her at our home anytime. Lego already misses you, Samantha!

Judith and Jonathan are simply amazing! Truly some of the kindest folks we’ve met on TH. The kitties already miss them dearly. They were wonderful with the cats and with the house. I hope they’ll consider sitting with us again sometime!

Nancy and Gary were wonderful petsitters! They responded to all our conversations on the zeewoi website so quickly and were excellent communicators throughout the sit. They read our Welcome Guide thoroughly and had minimal questions when we first met them. Even though this was their first zeewoi sit, they were well-seasoned petsitters. Our dogs loved them right away. They really loved to walk the dogs, it wasn't a chore but something they enjoyed doing. They sent us photos of their outings and we trusted them to know if our dogs could handle longer walks. Our dogs were spoiled when we got back, but in a good way!!! We were happy to hear they enjoyed the area while they were staying at our house. It was left spotless with two happy dogs when we arrived home. We would definitely have them sit for us again. Do not hesitate to use them if they apply for your sit.

What a week we had! It was a week of extreme weather across the country and their flight arrived a day late and my flight got canceled, so we ended up spending the week together in my home and it was very enjoyable. Even though I was home, Catherine pitched in to feed the animals and walk the pup. We shared a couple of meals together and they made their own meals and the kitchen was always kept tidy. Pinkie pup really enjoyed having their company and getting up next to Stephen on the sofa for some good petting. They were very respectful of house guidelines and of my space and cleaned up the guestroom and bathroom before leaving. They even helped change a tricky outdoor lightbulb for me. We would gladly have them come sit or just visit again!

Allison was cheery and helpful and took fabulous care of all our furries winged and 4 legged! Would have her again....

Elisa was extremely accommodating. She lives nearby so our "get to know" session was in person and River immediately connected with her and we enjoyed our exchanges very much. She arrived the morning we left and asked to walk with us so she could get a feel for River. She held the leash and River seemed to bond right away. While we were gone, Elisa kept us informed with periodic photos and exchanges. River seemed totally content when we arrived home, and the house was just as we left it. Elisa is a kind, compassionate, intuitive house and dog sitter and we would certainly welcome her back in our home.

David and Doreen were exemplary house sitters. We had the privilege of a day together before we left and thoroughly enjoyed their company. They were experienced and therefore asked relevant questions and showed concern about care of house and cats. If there was a question while we were away, they asked it. The cats were eventually friendly and became confident around them - especially Bertie - and they are shy cats who need to be won over. I felt completely happy that my animals and my house were being cared for and, what is better, enjoyed. I would have them back to sit for me as many times as they cared to come!
