I can't say enough positive things about Rachel! Rachel took care of my dog, Zola, who is a bit skiddish and timid. But Zola thrived with Rachel, playing and taking longer walks than she's usually comfortable with. Rachel checked in and sent lots of pics, and my apartment was in tip top shape when I got back. I would 100% use Rachel again and felt my dog was in amazing care the entire time.

Lauren was the ideal house and pet sitter in every way! From the first contact, I clicked with her kind and warm personality. I enjoyed my time away so much more knowing my home and my cat were in good hands. Lauren kept me updated on Pixelle and sent very cute photos. My cat clearly responded very well to her and was well loved and well cared for. Lauren was very respectful of my home, checking with me when she was not sure about anything, and she left my home spotless. She was flexible regarding some date changes, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Lauren and would welcome her to house sit for me again in a heartbeat!

I was a little worried leaving Geeta (my sr dog) this time - nothing to do with Debbi, but the older Geeta gets, the more stressed she becomes with change. Debbi took great care of her - all text and photo updates indicated Geeta was behaving normally, and when I got home it was clear she had made a new friend! Overall, I would have Debbi back again - this despite some remote hand-holding I had to do while on vacation regarding the operation of some amenities, and more post-sit cleaning, mostly in the kitchen and 2nd bathroom, than I’m used to. If you’re better at providing instructions/setting expectations than I am, or the little stuff doesn’t bother you, then don’t hesitate to choose Debbi!

Cevia was such a fantastic sitter. We had connected for a previous sit that did not work out, but kept in touch for future sits and I am so glad we were able to make this one happen. She sent me pictures and videos of my cats and it was great to be away without a worry. I came back to a clean house and happy kittens. Thank you, Cevia!

Alexander and Lisa are very polite, nice people which suits my southern sensibilities so much. My family and I were away for 2.5 weeks so it was really important to find people we trusted with our home and fur children. After meeting them, I knew I could stop the interviews. We have a demanding household with a lot of pets and requirements and they handled my picky requests very well and even administered meds to two finicky cats. They took our dog to the beach and walked him daily, scooped the multiple litter boxes, kept the house tidy and armed our alarm. Alex and Lisa were very open and receptive to all feedback and messages I'd send them at random hours of the day considering the time difference. We returned to a clean, tidy home (fresh clean sheets) and healthy pets which is all I could ask for. Alex even replaced our dead avocado tree and tidied our neglected planters which was a very sweet surprise considering I have a black thumb and no time these days to garden. They are also always on time which is so refreshing in LA. I'd welcome these two back anytime and wish them the best!

Jay was OUTSTANDING. Five-star everything. He took great care of our two cats and our needy plants for three whole weeks while we were gone. Great communicator, great guy. Scout had a fantastic time with her exploring the many walks around the village and sampling the local cafes.
He has been incredibly well looked after and he loved her company. I received loads of updates and Joanne is such a lovely person. I really hope we meet again, Scout will definitely miss her! Gold star recommendation from us :)
