Cat Sitters in New Hamburg

It was great to host Tailyn and her son. They provided excellent care of our pets and update along the sit. Asked questions if needed and were just nice people to have care for our home.

Chloe and Patrick were so amazing with our animals! The house was spotless! We could barely tell anyone had been here! The animals were happy, and so were we. Communication with Chloe was easy and would highly recommend them for anyone’s sit!

Shelia is responsible and caring. She sent me updates many times each day. My pal Joey was totally enamored by her. She is punctual. She responds quickly to messages and phone calls. The apartment was left in as good if not better than when I left. SHE is welcome to visit any time she comes back to New York City.

We really enjoyed having Barb stay at our house and watch Haley and Charlie. From the moment Barb applied to the morning she left she was a great communicator and helped put our minds at ease while we were away. We came home to a clean home and happy dogs! Barb is a great choice and we’d welcome her back anytime!

Becky and Kyle were lovely, thoughtful and thorough in their care of our five pets and our house, even watering the plants. We couldn’t have asked for nicer folks and wouldn’t hesitate to invite them again.

Ginnie is a FANTASTIC sitter and I'm so glad we chose her! We are very picky pet parents, and Ginnie exceeded all expectations! Excellent communication, wonderful care of our pets while we were gone, clean, super friendly, and she even painted a portrait of our oldest dog, Ike, that we will hang on the wall and always remember her by! Don't hesitate to choose Ginnie if she applies for your sit!

There is not enough STARS to rate Heather & Chad. Not enough words to describe how fantastic they are. We were a team, we felt 100 % comfortable that we had not one worry or even felt we had to contact, we could enjoy our holiday. Of course pics back and forth when we felt like it. They left the place immaculate. We would highly recommend Heather and Chad anytime. We've become friends and will continue to keep in touch. Highly recommend having Larry and Laurie sit for your animals. Their communication prior to sitting was excellent and after I met them on the morning of my departure I felt very confident in their abilities to take care of my home and my 2 dogs and cat. Laurie was even kind enough to make a ‘scrapbook’ with photos of my pets that were taken when I was away. I returned to a clean and tidy house and happy pets.😃

We have been using zeewoi for a few years now and have lots of experience with the App and sitter selection process. In 2021 we moved to rural northern Ontario and in the fall of 2022 we moved into our new home. We jumped back into the world of zeewoi in 2023 wondering how we would do attracting sitters to our somewhat secluded location. We need not have worried! This summer marked our third posting and first summer posting for our new home, It was a pretty short notice listing and we were not expecting a taker for that reason. With just over a week to go an application came in that had me super excited. Jennifer and Ken seemed like a perfect fit for our home. I was eager to chat with them but I was travelling and not free to connect. Jennifer and Ken were fast and accommodating communicators to set up and then reschedule our video chat as I got home later than anticipated. Once we had that chat I knew that I was right to be excited and offered them the sit right away. Ken and Jennifer bring a wide range of experience that makes them an amazing fit for rural sits. They are concise effective communicators and were very easy to work with to confirm the sit and arrange the fine details. On arrival the dogs took to them immediately. I was able to leave the next morning knowing the dogs and chickens were going to be in very good hands. I got regular updates on how the things were going and it was easy to see how happy the dogs were hanging out with Jennifer and Ken. They also jumped right into chicken care, feeding and watering our fast growing “chicks”. One of the attractions of our property is our forest trail. It can come with challenges though in adverse weather. While we were away there was a high wind event that brought down a few trees and branches. Ken and Jennifer messaged asking about saws and axes and cleared off the trail and our vegetable garden area, going well above and beyond what I would have expected anyone to do. On my return home the house was spotless. The dogs were very very content which tells us how much they enjoyed spending time with Jennifer and Ken. The chickens were also well looked after. We would be happy to have Ken and Jennifer back anytime for another sit. If you are lucky enough to have them apply to look after your home and critters, I highly recommend that you jump on the chance to have them sit for you.

This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.

We would have given more stars if we could. Mary and Jeff are incredible people. They provided daily texts to let us know about our dogs which really made us at ease. While we were gone caring for our grandchildren it was a relief to know our fur babies were receiving such love and attention. Mary and Jeff were flexible enough to allow us to enjoy a leisurely drive home a day later than originally agreed. We arrived home to 2 meals and lots of extra snacks. Thank you. Our home was left in impeccable condition. Everything is so clean! Mary was so attentive with my plants. We feel so blessed to have found such wonderful people to stay in our home. Thank you for the fantastic pictures of T & T which you left for us. Remember , if you’re ever in the area, our home is always open to you.

We invited Betty-Anne for our sit in early April, 2024, as she had sat for us two years ago and we had a great experience with her. Betty-Anne has become a friend as we enjoy sharing travel stories during the visit and house orientation the afternoon before our departure. Betty-Anne provided us with regular updates on our 4 cats and we returned home to a clean house and a lovely container of homemade soup which was very much appreciated after our week away. We highly recommend Betty-Anne and would love to have her back any time to care for our cats and home.
