Throughout Alyssa was friendly, polite, cheerful, understanding and straightforward in communication. Left the house as tidy as when she arrived. She sent photos of the cats while I was away and clearly enjoyed spending time with them and also watered plants for me. The cats were happy and calm when I returned which tells me they were well looked after. If you get the chance to have Alyssa look after your house and pets, don't hesitate. From the start Meredith communicated well and was very organised . The sit was easy to arrange and went well. Meredith sent us regular updates on Scooby who was contented in Meredith care. Shahzeb is an engaging and interesting person who loves cats and knows how to take care of them. He communicated well about LilBit, and it was clear when I returned that he had taken good care of her. My only concern is that he rushed out and did not leave my apartment in the same condition I had left it in when I left.

Courtney recently looked after our three dogs, and we couldn't be more pleased with her service.
