We highly recommend Rachel if you are looking for an excellent petsitter. She is the first pet sitting service we used for our 2 cats. We typically just relied on our family and friends so we were a bit nervous using a service, especially since we were going to be out of the country. The minute we met Rachel at the meet and greet we knew we made a good choice. She has such a calm and patient demeanor and you can tell she really loves animals. She was reliable and kept in constant contact with us during our vacation and sent us updates everyday. We felt so relaxed knowing our boys were under such great care back at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again!
Rachel is great! Knowledgeable and caring pet care. I know my special needs (medical and behavior) dogs are in good hands
My doodle Oakley absolutely adores paw print inn. It’s his favorite place in the entire world, he adores the staff and literally wiggles with excitement the second we walk through the door. He has so much fun everytime he’s there. I also …
Lisa is kind and caring as a groomer. She does a great job on Grace who is very frisky. When you check in you are greeted in a professional and friendly matter. Hats off to the Paw Print Inn!. We love them! Today August 21st Lisa did an outstanding job! We were greeted in a friendly manner at the desk. Grace and I love The Paw Print Inn!
I needed to find a place to board my girl Tessa over the holidays and Paw Print Inn had availability. They were easy to book with and communicate processes over the phone or online. Drop off was simple and pick up also went smoothly. Tessa seemed to enjoy her time and we're looking forward to her next visit. - I've been making the drive to board here since our first visit. I still find the processes easy and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. They also communicate well to clients with information all throughout the lobby. I always seem to forget the drop off and pickup times and staff have been patient every time I've called to verify. My only critique is that I wish they would use the Gingr app instead of Yourgi as our profiles (and everything on the internal backend) are in Gingr.
My poor baby. He’s only 20weeks old :( We just wanted a summer cut.
I have been taking my dogs to Paw Print Inn for several years. I use to have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. However, my interaction with the onsite staff manager today had me so uneasy I will NEVER take any of my pets here again. I went to drop my dog off for daycare today and was reprimanded for scheduling his daycare appointment the night before(mind you the request was approved this morning prior to me dropping him off). There is nothing on the website saying there’s a cutoff time to make a reservation and the system allows you to still make the request. I understand you have to wait for the request to be approved, but mine was approved prior to me dropping my dog off. I couldn’t seem to understand why I was being spoken down to and reprimanded for making the request. To make matters worse she not only treated me poorly she treated my 8 month old puppy poorly by yelling at him before they took him back. I called back after drop off to speak to the manager about my interaction I had this morning only to find out the woman who reprimanded me was the onsite manager! Her manner towards me and how she treated my dog in front of me left me so uneasy it makes me wonder how she treats him behind closed doors, and the fact that it was coming from management made everything so much worse. I left work within a half hour from dropping him off to pick him up because I was that uncomfortable with his treatment.I will never bring one of my dogs here again. So I leave this review as a cautionary tale. When you leave your furry family members you expect that they’ll be taken care of and treated properly that is not the case at the Paw Print Inn.
I have brought my terrier to Paw Print Inn for boarding and grooming for a few years now. Coming to Novi is inconvenient and out of the way for me but I would not trust another boarding company as much. The professionalism and welcome starts upon entry from all the staff & ends the same way. I would highly recommend either boarding or grooming here.
Pretty impressed by our visit to Paw Print. Our little man, Elvis, was quite a mess going in but came out looking super handsome. The staff were very friendly, prices were reasonable, and I look forward to heading back there for our next grooming.
Thank you so much to Sara for taking such great care of my feisty little Cupcake. I appreciate your kindness and extra efforts to ensure Cici had a low stress experience with her heart condition. Thank you again!!!
Left my 6 months old golden doodle for 3 nights and the experience was horrible: -no camera access and I doubt they made him play much -they said he wasn’t neutered so they couldn’t keep him with a female dog but their west coast room was completely empty plus they could have switched the female dog with my puppy once in a while -there is no one at the center after 7 PM, no one on rounds to give the dogs what they want -they were literally out of business even a day before Memorial Day weekend.. if you must book this place, advance booking will not be needed -Try canine college, my dog loves the attention there plus their checkin / checkout times are flexible. This place is not worth the $10/ less they take for 24 hours
My dog Lacey goes to daycare and (when needed) is also boarded at the Paw Print Inn when I vacation. She enjoys playtime with the other dogs and recognizes the drive there by whining as we get closer 😄. I also have her groomed there and she’s a pretty girl when I pick her up 😊. I used the Paw Print Inn for my previous dog (who has since passed away), so I knew Lacey would do well there too.
