Tracie and Maureen (the Navigator Extraordinaire) were a rare treat. They are sharp, engaging, generous, and open-hearted housesitters. I enjoyed getting to know them as they arrived … to the point of almost forgetting that I needed to show them around and get out the door. We had so much in common that it was like having beloved childhood friends come for a visit. Communication was transparent, kind, and warm. They expressed genuine curiosity about the pets and me. They loved on Kona and stared lovingly at the fish, as needed. All seemed happy when I arrived home, and my house felt peaceful, clean, and relaxing. I’m so happy that Tracie and Maureen made a fun weekend of their Nashville trip, and their flexibility about my plans was appreciated. They arrived early so I could orient them And, I believe I’ve made 2 new, fun friends who love a good travel adventure like I do. I hope they find their way back to Nashville for another sit.
I really enjoyed staying with Gus and Artie. They're sweet and playful cats. Sarah's home is beautiful, very comfortable and clean. She informed me about the weather being warm during my stay and kindly put in the air conditioning units for me in case I needed them. I'd love to pet sit for her again 😺
We loved this sit. Camilla and her family are lovely, communication was always easy and the house is quite amazing. Cheese and Pickle, the cats, were an absolute delight to look after. They are very laid back, playful and love a good snuggle. The grooming comb also seemed to hit the spot for them :-) There are fantastic walks to be had along the coast path and the South Downs, all within easy reach. But it was just as wonderful for us to simply sit in the garden and enjoy the birdsong and views. We would highly recommend this sit!
Had a great stay at Nicole’s house with MacGyver. Before the stay, Nicole invited us to her house to show us around and explain utensils etc. We stayed in contact throughout the stay sending pictures of MacGyver in his happy spots dotted around the house. The minute we walked in on the first day of our stay, MacGyver introduced himself to us and warmed up to us quickly. He enjoys being in your company, lots of chin scratches and morning cuddles in bed. He is a vocal cat and very sweet. The location is brilliant. Excellent transport links 5 minutes walk from the house and close to the Victoria Market. Would recommend a stay at Nicole’s. Thank you so much for having us.
We really enjoyed this sitting! Heather was very helpful and communicated excellently. We were able to arrive a day earlier and felt truly very comfortable in her apartment. Lady the dog and Loki the cat were one of the most delightful pets we've had the pleasure of caring for. Lady has an incredibly friendly nature and is full of energy. We took her to the park and to the nearby water, where we played fetch endlessly. Her joy was infectious. Loki loved to be cuddled, and you could probably pet his belly forever. It was truly a great joy to spend these two weeks with them, and we already miss them deeply.
This was a great stay!! Robyn and Sean are amazing and welcomed us with open arms. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Their furry buddies, Woody, Rosie and Charles were so loving and provided us with lots of entertainment. They gave us snuggly hugs and many laughs too! We loved walking Woody and Rosie who got so excited for their daily walk. They were very well behaved. Charles was a real charmer and we so wanted to take him home with us! :) Thank you Robyn, Sean and family for being great hosts. We loved your beautiful home and your lovely family (including all the fur babies)!
We enjoyed caring for Luna and the cats and Anita’s home was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of parks around to take Luna to and shops nearby for what you need. Communication could be slightly better but all in all a good sit!
