Cindy and David are one of the most friendly and accomodating people I've met and for sure have interesting stories to share! I stayed a few days with them before and after the sit because of the flight connections, and experienced them as very uncomplicated, warm-hearted and welcoming. The aparment was well maintained and clean, and the little zoo is well mannered and very cuddly (each in their own way which is really too adorable and funny!!). 101 on how to get them to cuddle with you: Smooch: sit or or lay in bed. Henry: sit on the couch. Doggos: just be mentally present, really ^^ How to get the ultimate love-bomb: Sit down on the floor <3 I'd absolutely recommend everyone to sit for Cindy and David, if they get the chance to <3
It was a pleasure to house and pet sit for Martin and Chris. We had not looked after such a large flock of doves, chickens and ducks, so we appreciated their trust in us. Once we got the hang of getting them all back into their “bird condo” at the end of the day, all went smoothly. Tina, Haddock and Cher are beautiful pets and easy to love. Although the pups are not allowed out of the yard, they have a huge area to run, play and swim. If your lucky, Tina will even lead you to fresh eggs hiding in the grass. Haddock is a sweet boy and we enjoyed sharing our bed with him at night :0) Cher will melt your heart with her beautiful green eyes. Martin and Chris have a gorgeous home, beautifully appointed with top of the line appliances. For those of you who enjoy coffee, their espresso machine is superb and if you are a chef, you will enjoy preparing meals on their induction stove top. The hot tub is fantastic and we “soaked” both morning and evening. Both, Chris and Martin were easy to communicate with and we appreciated Martin allowing us to come and meet the "family" a few weeks before the house sit began so they would be familiar with us. It would be our pleasure to come back in the future to take care of your furry family. All the best guys and safe travels this winter.
Alex had everything ready for me arrival at the sit. The house was clean and tidy, plenty of fuel for the log burners, and Tilly had lots of food. Tilly is the sweetest cat, very loving, though needing a little time to trust, she was on the bed for a cuddle that night. Alex was great with immediate contact while away. Highly recommended, thank you Alex.
We had a great time staying with Tabby in Chalon , the house and garden are beautiful, lovely and quiet with walks around . Everything you could want . Jane & Dick made us feel very welcome and kindly cooked us a meal the evening before they left, we had a great night , with good food, wine and company - thank you . Communication was excellent, we would love to stay again 😊

I truly could not have asked for a better experience - I felt right at home, like I was catching up with friends. And Richmond! Just the absolute most sweetest affectionate dog. He makes it so difficult to leave the couch because he is just an A+ snuggler. I would love to sit for them again anytime!
If you can do a sit for Julie, definitely do it! The location is great - convenient to the City, to the country, great neighborhood in the Bronx with restaurants, stores, etc. T is a great cat - nicely affectionate, and loves his catnaps.
