This was the most beautiful, peaceful and relaxing sit. The woods, streams, bridges, lake, waterfalls, lanes and other dwellings in this sprawling hamlet were all a joy to the eye and just across the road. The dogs were easy and adorable, the cats were no problem at all.

The house was charming and well designed, and the wood burner was enough to heat the house.

Totally recommended.

Clara
I would recommend this sit to anyone and enjoyed my visit!

Clara’s apartment in Chicago was comfortable and had everything I needed. I was especially glad for free parking right around the corner. And I greatly appreciated all of Clara’s preparation for the sit, including detailed instructions and post-it’s around the home to help ID what was where. Super helpful plus she was very responsive while she was away.

Juno is an energetic pup. She likes long walks and will pull on the leash when you encounter rabbits or squirrels, which she sometimes saw before I did, so keep a strong hold on the leash at all times. She has rain and snow gear and I was super impressed with how patient she was as I got used to how things went on, such a good girl!

Ollie is a very chill cat and easy to care for. He and Juno are at odds sometimes so I just made sure Ollie got dedicated petting time in his corner area where his bed is and kept them distanced when occasionally needed.

We had the wonderful opportunity to take care of Java and Sage in a beautiful home in Boston. Chelsea neighborhood was amazing, with picturesquare views to the bridge and the city. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The pets were an absolute delight and low maintenance. Sage was affectionate and fluffy, while Java was calm and patient. It was a pleasure to care for them.

Selena was a great host, I can't say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, her communication was exceptional regarding the duties of the pets and home. Also, she is friendly and warm, she's a way of making you feel comfortable. We would like to repet this experience.

I could not recommend this housesit highly enough - the house and pets mostly take care of themselves and it was such a breeze! I was even able to work full-time when I wasn't busy exploring York and enjoying the tranquility of the area. Tom and his family were very welcoming and made the housesit so easy - the welcome guide (with hand-drawn map included) was super clear and ensured that everything went smoothly. Bryan is very low maintenance and keeps to himself and the chickens were easy with the added bonus of fresh daily eggs throughout my stay. My only regret was that we could not spend more time together! Thank you so much for a wonderful housesit and I look forward to meeting again one day!

Janice was so kind and responsive. Her house is comfortable and well located and has everything you might need during your visit. The highlight of this sit were her incredibly delightful cats. So loving, gentle, and funny, and easy to care for. We'd go back for sure.

Samantha and Ben were wonderful hosts. They were so nice and easy to communicate with while we stayed. They have a wonderful home, that is comfortable and spacious. We loved their pets Waylen and Noel! Super sweet animals, so easy watch and hang with. Would housesit for them again anytime.
