This sit was truly wonderful! I stayed with the bird crew: Aikido and Nim + the chickens, and the fish. While I didn't watch the dogs, I briefly met them and they are very sweet. Kate and Mark were so kind from start to finish, and their home is a really special place. They are pros at hosting - clear directions, very reasonable expectations, and always quick to answer any questions I had. There was easy care for the pets which gave me lots of time to enjoy the house and explore the area. I spent a lot of time in their beautiful backyard. Fresh eggs, strawberries, a hot tub, and great sunsets - it was hard to leave! Downtown Carson City is charming and it is an easy drive to tons of adventures, especially Lake Tahoe. Highly recommend and I hope to return!
Tom is a good soul, calm and friendly and no trouble to look after. The house is quiet and comfortable with a lovely view of the estuary and amazing sunsets. I spent a lot of time watching all the birds on the estuary, and enjoyed watching all the waves of gulls flying silently over in the twilight. Sarah and Darren were friendly and generous hosts. Karen & Marc warmly welcomed me into their beautiful home the evening before our sit began. They showed me around, made us dinner, & we watched some shows together…& it felt like I had known them for years! Sheba, Jacob, Katniss, & Nachum are all sweet kitties, & it was a joy to care for them while also caring for their lovely place & property. It’s quite a wonderland complete with a gorgeous waterway in back of their home, pool in the front, parrots to feed, butterflies to watch, & mango trees to enjoy. All of this in the middle of an excellent location in Miami Beach…close to all, but also so private & peaceful. Marc & Karen were great hosts to communicate with, & I felt appreciated from start to finish. Highly recommend all!
Darby was a really sweet girl. She took a day of getting used to me, but after that no issues. She was so great to walk on leash. She’s also eager to take the medication, so there’s no problem with it. Maureen was great to communicate with.
We had such a comfortable stay in Laurie's beautiful home. The location is fantastic as it has the best of both worlds: quiet and tranquil off the main street, and yet plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Punch and Shmoo are a joy to care for. Punch is super cuddly and playful and will quickly wiggle his way into your heart. Shmoo is independent, but still very affectionate. He spends most of his day lounging away, but he'll come out every now and then for some pets and for his latest attempt to breakout into the outside world (we kept him inside as instructed :) ). We'd happily return any chance we get, and recommend this sit to our fellow petsitters.
Kathy and Mark are very nice people. Their home is immaculate, they are proud of it and it shows. Home security is understandably of utmost importance. They left detailed instructions on pet care for their two beautiful and well-loved cats which was so appreciated. Pinot and Tango might be related to each other but you wouldn’t know it. It was fun getting to know their different personalities. The area of Calgary where Kathy and Mark live is easily accessible to downtown by car but everything you might need or want is 5 to 10 minutes away by walking. Recommended.

They took the time, not only to reassure us that he was going to be well taken care of, but to also make sure that our dog felt comfortable with them as well before we left. They proved to be very adept at handling our pitbull. We received daily updates and pictures of Max. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Paws All Out has been a great place so far. My whole family has brought three different dogs there and each time I've had a great experience. The owners and staff always seem to take a personal interest to make sure your dog is happy. Definitely excited to keep bringing my pup here!

Super friendly staff! My girls first time staying at a boarding facility, she came home happy. I would have liked some pictures of her over her 3 day stay but other than that no complaints!
My puppy Rhubarb has been coming here since she was 7 months old and it is her favorite place on Earth! She gets so excited to play with her friends and loves the staff. They take great care of her and always let me know when I pick her up if she had a good day or if they have any concerns.
Super thankful for Tyler and paws all out. Brought our Boston terrier penny there while we visited with my inlaws for a week. Nice clean facility ,the staff is very friendly and quick to answer any emails or text. We will def take penny back here when we are in need of boarding or sitting services!

Amazing, professional, caring and loving. It's hard moving to a new state with pets especially when you travel a lot. Finding a pet sitting service is nerve-racking! I can’t recommend Home Sweet Home Pets enough! My dogs have been picked up on the amazing air conditioned bus for a field trip twice now and have come back so happy and exhausted! My Australian Shepherd went on his first field trip with Home Sweet Home. It was a great experience to have him picked up and dropped off....worn out too!! The owner communicates via text(which is best for me bc of work) to let me know pick up and drop off times. Looking forward to the next field trip!!!!
Home Sweet Home was exactly the right choice recently when we went out of town for 5 days and left our senior cat Henry in their care. Every request we had was carried out with such care. Henry needs daily medication which was no problem for them, he was fed and got the attention he needs. Our mail was collected, plants watered and they showed up twice a day, as requested. Henry was happy and content when we got home. We will definitely use them again!
It’s hard to trust people with your fur babies but Home Sweet Home Pets went above and beyond! Elizabeth had great communication skills and even made a special trip to meet Birdie prior to the field trip to make sure she’d be comfortable on the bus. Needless to say she had a great time! We can’t wait to use them in the future for more field trips and in home care.
Liz is the absolute best with a heart of gold!! She went out of her way to make the field trip experience the greatest. Prior to my pups first trip she drove the bus to my house for a meet and greet and went over everything in precise detail. The day of the field trip Liz was able to pick up and drop off my dog Kane with no one at home(this is amazing due to my work schedule)! She communicated through text throughout the whole trip letting me know she picked him up, dropped him off, and sent pictures during/after the trip. She also spoiled Kane with some treats and a cute bandanna! Book y’all’s pets field trip now! Y’all won’t be disappointed!! 🙂 🐾

We have been nervous about letting someone other than family look after Xena but we feel confident with Home Sweet Home! Xena loved her field trip to John Chestnut park - she came back with the biggest smile ever! We were updated with photos during their trip which we felt was very thoughtful. Have boarded my beloved Alvin the Malti-Poo here twice, 3 days each time. Each time he was happy, looked healthy and well cared for. I had been boarding him elsewhere and he was obviously stressed and unhappy when I brought him home. Animal Inn is great. Animal lovers, budget friendly, and most of all, I do not ever worry about Alvin when he is there.
We needed to find a place to board our pup while we went on vacation for a week. Being new to Port Richey, I looked up reviews for places in the area. I was attracted to Animal Inn because they have outdoor play areas for their boarders. I made a reservation for my Poppy girl and decided to take her there a few days ahead of time to check the place out and so it wouldn’t be such a shock for her when we had to leave her there. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! They put us and more importantly our pup at ease! It’s very obvious that they love animals and Poppy loved them back! She did great while we were gone and ate well which is usually an issue when she boards. We absolutely recommend Animal Inn for your fur baby!! 😊
Overall I had a good experience and I would definitely go back in the future, if I need boarding! My only complaint is that my dog rubbed her nose creating a scratch, I wish someone would have contacted me to let me know rather than waiting until I picked her up. It was not an emergency and will heal on its own, so I understand why they did not contact me, but I would have preferred that they had. I will definitely be returning in the future, as the staff is very nice and professional, and most importantly my dog seemed to have a good time!
Friendly spends time tell about the inn and the care they will be giving ur pet..even shows where ur pet be staying they also get exercise let out daily..like I said seem to be very much in taking care of our babies while we are gone. big think I also noticed clean and doesn't smell and I was in the cat room..
My dogs love it here. They come back happier and more excited. They get to meet new friends and play with them and the staff are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My dog has been boarded here a few times already and neither of us have any complaints. She's happy, clean, nails trimmed (which is practically a miracle!), and looks good when I pick her up. She isn't the least bit nervous or hesitant when I drop her off. The staff know her and like her a lot. EDIT - 10/3/24.... After booking our dog for another stay for 10/4, I attempted to call several times to confirm. No calls back. My wife finally got a hold of someone today and was told there is no booking! I get it, big hurricane came through. But that's why I was calling to make sure we were still good to go. The least someone could have done was return a phone call. I took back 4 of the 5 stars I originally gave. Answer your phone messages!

The staff here are so friendly and caring for our fur babies. The price is right, and we like the fact that the dogs don’t intermingle in the yard. They each have their own dedicated time to play. With the respiratory virus that is harming dogs nationwide right now we feel The Animal Inn is our safest option.

When we first brought our dogs here, I had a question that forgot to ask when we dropped them off, and the owner was quick, responsive and professional. Both of our dogs actually enjoy coming here!! The first time, they were a bit off when they came home (It is to be expected) but then 2 weeks later, we brought them back and we couldn't even say bye to them bc our dogs wanted to go in so bad lol. My Husband picked them up and he was telling me how our little guy saw him, ran back inside and then finally decided to come out 🤣 To us, that tells us they are treated well, and enjoy their time there! Definitely will keep bringing our dogs here for when we have to go out of town! Thank you Animal Inn for taking good care of our dogs while we were away!!

It is such a peace of mind being able to schedule someone who truly cares about your pets while you go out of town, no matter if it's a vacation or an emergency. Sandra has been taking care of our pets for over 4 years. We have two dogs and two cats. They are always happy to see Sandra when she visits our house. Sandra keeps us updated as to how our pets are doing and takes good care of them. She is extremely reliable and very insightful when it comes to noticing changes in their behavior. The last time we were out of town, Sandra notified us that one of our dogs was limping. She contacted our vet and took her to the vet the next day. Fortunately, our dog only needed pain and anti inflammatory meds. We can relax while we are on vacation knowing that or pets are in good hands.

Sandra is wonderful. We have two cats, two cockatiels, and a stray cat that we like to feed. Sandra has watched our pets several times in the past few months. Sandra has a strong affinity for animals, and tries to get to know them and gain their trust. It's so nice to know that while we're out of town, all of our animals are well cared for. She also leaves hand-written logs of each visit that has occurred while you were gone. Tried out this groomer for the first time and will never go back. They cut a gash in my dog's neck that has been bleeding for days. And they didn't even tell me about it when I picked her up. UPDATE: As you can see in their reply, they are insinuating that I'm lying about this happening there instead of taking accountability and showing concern for my animal. I'm taking my dog to the vet now because of this.
You will be happy as the little doggy below. Fantastic service and your pet will love it too. I had to bring my dog in real quick before leaving for vacation. They fit me in with a smile. My dog did not want to leave and I had to drag her out she loves it there.

This is my second time taking my pup to this location. The first time was amazing. I was very pleased with the service the second time which would be this time I pick him up and this is what he looks like I will not be returning to say the least. $80 I could’ve done a better job than this. His coat is different links all over. They didn’t even touch his tail or clean his ears like the man said they were going to when I dropped him off. We had a whole discussion about it. They also did not clip all of his nails. They only clipped some of them.
I could not say enough great things about this place. Our dog is 14 and we have never boarded him before. They made us feel so comfortable and even sent updates while we were away. Everyone was great, especially Troy. He truly went above and beyond. We also had him groomed and he looks amazing! Thank you for your wonderful care, we will definitely use you again!
I cannot begin to tell you how much Simon Rascal loves coming here. He goes to the daycare many days a month. He also gets his nails trimmed and ears cleaned at the grooming side. Every single day he pouts until I ask him if he wants to go see his girlfriends at Fluties. Then he goes wild. He is very high energy. They have taught him a lot. When we are almost there he goes wild in my car every time. When I pick him up he passes out on the ride home. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. I always know he is in loving care. Today he is depressed because I’m not taking him…but they are getting brand new flooring. Simon Rascal will be so excited when they are done.

I took my 5 month old pup here for a cut and they did a great job! I was nervous to leave him with strangers but when I picked him up I was so happy to see how it turned out! Nikko will be back for future cuts with them!
My fur babies are cuter than ever. They did a great job! Dropped off each of my babies at 1pm on a Saturday. All were ready no later than 3:30. Definitely a customer for life.

We have a menagerie of rescued cats and dogs that are our children, and we have searched for a trusted petsitter who cares about our fur kids as we would. We found it in Liza's Leash. Liza is loving, kind, professional, honest, open, and everything we could hope for. Her care allows us to let go of the daily running of the 'farm' and travel and relax, knowing our kids are as comfortable as if we were there ourselves. When your pet sitter drops to the floor to get kisses from your dogs, you know something about them that an interview can't convey. And when your old cat who is afraid of anybody but you climbs right into her lap, that's all the information you need to know.
Kristen has been working with my boys for almost a year now. We have been working on basic Obedience, leash aggression, and reactivity to different stimuli. My boys are far from perfect but they have come a long way with their training. Kristen goes beyond in explaining and working out a process that works for you and your dog. She does very well in understanding the needs of each individual dog and the traits from the breeds themself.
Both of my dogs needed a social evaluation. Kristen worked with them and I'm pleased with our success 🙌 ✅️ Great job all around , stayed in contact with me and shared photos also. We will definitely be back for further fun 😁 …
