Charlotte and Jeffrey were amazing sitters! They are the nicest couple, and I cannot have been any happier with the care they provided to our pets and home. They asked many great questions about Meridian and Enca's habits and routines, to make sure that they would be comfortable while we were away. They took Meridian out on many excursions; she got into great shape! They even left me the most amazing dinner for my return, which was very much appreciated. I will definitely reach out to them next time I need a sitter!
Tess was a great host, friendly and communicative, and left everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Terry is a lovely cat, very affectionate, and I was sad to say goodbye! The house is a cosy end of terrace with trees on all sides so you don't feel overlooked. Very near the Barlow Moor tram stop for a quick journey into the middle of Manchester.
Michelle is one of the nicest people I've yet to sit for - she was super kind and helpful, lives in one of the nicest places I've been, and has some well trained and adorable pets. Harley and Peppa were super loveable and enjoyed their walks around the garden, and were very well behaved. Harley was great even when going for longer walks along the road, and loved to cuddle up on the couch or bed in the evening. Peppa liked to do her own thing but looked sooo cute she made the best photo model when she stood still. They were both great at coming home alone even after wondering off in to woods or fields without me. Austin is also very affectionate and laid back, loving to sit on your lap and wriggle around, or just play outside on his own, but generally very low maintenance. The property was amazingly beautiful outside, and had plenty of large space inside with everything you could need. It's close enough to central Dorchester to walk there in around 40 minutes for multiple grocery stores, sports fields and events, or just explore the local roads and fields. Michelle kept in touch constantly, and was very easy to deal with. I'd highly recommend sitting for her and the animals as you'll certainly get a lot out of the experience.
This sit was an absolute gift! Luna and Sunny are adorable and it was lovely meeting Donald. I felt welcome and at home right from the start. The home itself is just stunning - I felt like I was on a week-long zen retreat that I didn’t want to end. The trail, the sauna, the home gym - the whole place is a beautiful oasis. Luna and Sunny have their own “catio” to enjoy the outdoors and also love their toys - it was great getting to know their personalities and my heart just melted when they shifted into cuddle mode. This was easily one of my favorite sits to date - six stars! :)
What an amazing stay we had at this beautiful & cozy spot in SD! Ollie is the absolute best. He quickly became besties with us on night one. He's so well trained, goofy and fun to hang out with. We really enjoyed taking him to the dog park & the beaches (he's so great off the leash). The location is amazing, so close to San Diego's main beaches and loads of restaurants. Hunter and Alena were so welcoming and communicative. I also could not get over how well designed their place is-goals! Overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to be back!!
Housesitting for Louise at her wonderful property was a fantastic experience. Louise is a lovely person who made sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. Lola, Banjo, and Jess are incredibly friendly and well-behaved, each with a unique personality, making them a joy to look after. The sheep and cows are really easy to take care of, and if you are lucky, Ollie will come to say hi and let you pet her. We also had the pleasure of seeing a few sheep give birth to lambs, which was a memorable experience. The farm is in a perfect location, with stunning waterfalls and scenic sights to visit. We would recommend this sit to anyone looking for some relaxation time on a beautiful farm.
We truly feel blessed to have had the opportunity to spend 5 days with Lizzy. She is super sweet, extremely intelligent, playful, cheerful, guardian, companion, she behaves like a queen on the street, and the list of positive words about her would be endless. We´ll always remember our days with Lizzy, she has left a mark in our hearts! The house is gorgeous, as well as the neighborhood, surrounded by greenery, nature and peace. We had a lot of fun playing with Lizzy in the garden. John is a SuperHost! We can't thank you enough for your kindness and for making us feel at home. As we have told you in person, you and Lizzy are so lucky to have each other. It has been a pleasure to meet you!
