Jack has been an absolute dream as a (repeat) housesitter, this time taking care of our home for about ten days. From the moment we left, we knew everything was in the best possible hands. Jack was incredibly attentive to all the needs of our home, plants, and animals, and his dedication showed in every detail. One of the standout things this time around was how well he took care of our garden. We had recently planted a few new things, including a pumpkin patch, and Jack watered everything with such care. It’s clear he has a green thumb, as everything was thriving when we got back. Jack kept the garden in great shape—especially our nascent pumpkin patch. It's not easy keeping up with new plantings, but Jack did an incredible job. He was also flexible when our travel plans were disrupted. When our flights got delayed and rescheduled, Jack didn’t hesitate to adjust to our return schedule. He graciously extended his stay, ensuring that everything at home continued running smoothly until we got back. His flexibility was such a relief during a stressful time, and we’re so grateful for that. On top of all that, the house was immaculate when we returned. Jack left everything in perfect condition, even better than we left it! He went above and beyond, leaving us a thoughtful gift of pumpkin spice coffee, which was such a warm welcome home. Our chickens grew a lot under his care, and both Ollie, our dog, and Belle, our cat, absolutely adore him. They were happy and content when we got home, which speaks volumes about the love and attention Jack gives them. It's clear that Ollie and Belle feel safe and comfortable with him. Jack's regular check-ins were great, giving us peace of mind, but he’s also incredibly self-sufficient, which meant we could truly relax while we were away. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better housesitter, and we feel so lucky to have Jack looking after everything when we're away. We’ll absolutely be having him back and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and thoughtful housesitter.

Lynne and Regan are a great couple. They made us feel very welcome in their lovely home. The cats are pretty self sufficient and Lynne left detailed instructions as to how the cats needed to be cared for and fed. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this stay without hesitation.

Charlie
Nico and I deeply enjoyed our stay at Charlie and Tina's. We loved spending time with their dog Joey and the horses. Their home is in a beautiful peaceful location, it feels very grounding. Grocery store is 10 minutes away, wifi works well, clean organized house, and comfy bed in guest room. We really enjoyed waking up in the morning to feed the horses, and let them out into the pasture. Charlie and Tina helped us feel welcomed, appreciated, and comfortable in their home. They set us up with all the information we could need to take care of their home and their animals with love. If you have a chance to house sit here, we would highly recommend.

Jaqui
We had an amazing time staying at Jaqui’s house with Boris & Murphy. Jaqui was really easy to communicate with before and during the housesit. She was organised for our arrival with a Welcome Guide & instructions, and we also got to meet her friend Jackie who lived nearby and was around to help us during the housesit if we needed her.
We had been travelling for several months prior to the housesit, and we needed to make a few doctors / dentist / opticians appointments in Paphos whilst we there. Jaqui was kind enough to make recommendations for these and even made some appointments for us.
Since we had arrived in Paphos a few days before the start of the sit, we popped in to meet Jaqui & Boris. Sadly, poor Murphy was at the vets, and had needed some fairly urgent knee surgery.
We started the housesit the day after Murphy came home from the vets. His poor leg was all stitched up and we had to keep his movements very limited. Jaqui had bought a child’s playpen for him which was a great idea. He was such a good patient & he made it really easy for us to look after him. After the 6 week check-up at the vets, he was given the all clear to return to normal life, and so that’s when the fun really started to begin!!
Boris & Murphy are a complete bundle of energy & fun. They start each day with such excitement, so happy to be up and playing and running in the garden. They are so full of love, always wanting a kiss or cuddle or a treat! During the day they loved their walks, and at night they’re really happy to be on the sofa with you, curled up with a movie. Our time with them was fabulous & we completely fell in love them.
Jaqui has a lovely home. It is very comfortable & cosy (we stayed through one of the coldest ever winters in Cyprus)! Jaqui had made sure we had plenty of gas tanks for the fire and had left us some money for any extra ones we might need to buy. Her kitchen was well stocked and she was happy for us to sue whatever we wanted. She was very kind in letting us use her spare car, before & after the housesit so we could explore some other areas and towns in Cyprus. It is a truly beautiful Island.
We would not hesitate to housesit for Jaqui again & we have really missed Boris & Murphy’s company since we left.

Kevin and Anita
We spent over three weeks keeping an eye on Ava and enjoyed a wonderful time with her next to our site. We loved going on a walk with her, noticing her twirles and the adorable way she joined us for our TV series evenings in the living room.

Kevin and Anita are a lovely couple we sadly didn’t got to meet for a longer time. The house is situated in a wonderful location on Bribie Island. Shops, restaurants as well as various sandy beaches are part of the island and thanks to the car we could use during our house-sit, we could explore various of them.

Leaving Ava at the end of the stay was a sad moment for us, as she really got a place in our heart and it was hard to say goodbye to the good girl.

Looking after Tassie & Bali was an absolute delight. They’re such curious, smart little kitties and will amuse you for hours. They even both use the toilet so no need to worry about a litter tray.
Amy is super friendly and helpful. Her home is well organised with everything you need and easy access to a great area of the city and close to the BTS.
Would love to come and look after Bali and Tassie again.

Hestor and Simon were wonderfully welcoming, as were their cats Mynxy and Tigris! Hestor and Simon made it very easy for us to provide the best care possible for their gorgeous, affectionate furballs. We met them before the sit started, had a cuppa, and they made us feel very relaxed and comfortable in their space which in turn made us feel great about staying and looking after their pets. It was also a chance to get up close to Mynxy and Tigris, have a play with them and find out what they did / did not like. When we turned up again to do the sit they recognised us and it was a smoother transition for all of us. Hestor and Simon left us a comprehensive guidebook to caring for our feline friends, as well as recommendations for the best eateries, transport and supermarkets. Both cats are very intelligent which made them a lot of fun to hang out with. Mynxy is a laidback cat who loved being close by and rewarded us with lots of rubs and affection. Tigris is more active and needs more stimulus, but is still very affectionate. They have beautiful natures: even when really excited and chasing a feather toy etc., they kept their claws retracted (which we really appreciated!). Hestor and Simon have a beautiful home in a quiet, safe, cul-de-sac. It's close to Chiswick mainline station and the tube is a short walk away. The Thames is only a 10-minute walk away! There are lots of green areas, parks and historic sites in the general area. We would highly recommend this sit to any petsitter.
