Dave and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful week in sunny Florida... a beautiful home with a gorgeous pool, in a friendly neighborhood, with the sweetest, most well-behaved puppy... all just a short drive from several great beaches! (Thanks David and Sherry for the recommendations and directions to your favorite spots.) I literally felt like I was in paradise! Dave and I both fell in love with Izzy within seconds of meeting her. She is so lovable and super-easy to care for. I just love how you can point in the direction you want her to go during a walk and she immediately heads that way. She even introduced us to some of her friends in the neighborhood! We enjoyed spending some time getting to know our new friends, David and Sherry, the day before they left for their trip. They made us feel really welcome when we arrived. And after showing us around their beautiful home and familiarizing us with Izzy’s routine, they treated us to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants! This was definitely a trip that we’ll treasure always and we’ll gladly return for another sit any time we have the chance! So if you ever have the opportunity to sit for Izzy, do it. You’ll be glad you did!
I had such a great time with Mungo and Finlay. They’re wonderfully behaved dogs who are always up for a walk, game or cuddle. Helen and Simon were also really welcoming, picking me up from the station and making a delicious dinner. Their house is in a beautiful part of Devon with amazing wildlife and nature. Can’t recommend highly enough, thank you both 🙏
We had a great time in Stockwell with Joanna’s beautiful cats. We loved spending time with them - they were so friendly and playful. Joanna made us feel very welcome. She communicated efficiently. Adorable stay at Camila's house with all the comforts l could have and more! the bed made, clean towels, food in the fridge and her two wonderful loves! Korala and Bombay, she was so sweet and close who woke me up in the morning with kisses & hugs; Bombay was surly, manly and kept his distance until he forgot about it and he became affectionate haha, l adore their style! Perfect siblings! We are in contact for Camila's next trip and for the trips of Cristina, her neighbor friend, they are all divine and happy to have met them, sure thing see you soon!
