Kara and Rex we’re amazing sitters Maverick was so spoiled and the he house was clean! I really appreciated the detail, communication and responsiveness! I truly hope they can sit for Maverick again!

Jace and Jazheel were great pet and house sitters. We texted back and forth about my cats and any questions they had. I came home to a tidy house and happy cats. I highly recommend Jace and Jazheel for a great house sitter experience!

I was nervous about leaving my kitties for a week, especially with my 19 year old. I should not have worried, they were all taken care of very well. She gave my elder kitty medication and took care of fussy eaters and not so fussy eaters. She washed dishes and my bed sheets so I did not have to come home to a furry bed. The guest room and bath room she used was immaculate and the bed was made. In fact when I returned home my alpha boy Jack was looking for her! If you are lucky enough to book Bailey for a sit you will be pleased.

If you have the privilege of having Michele apply for a sit, I recommend you accept immediately. She took great care of our all our many animals (horses, chickens, peacocks, ponies, dogs, goats) and followed our written instructions well. She was kind enough to do a creative social media spotlight on our family business, which we really appreciated. She came up the night before and stayed in our in-law unit so that we could do a walk through and introduce her to our animals early the next morning before we left. She stripped the bed for us and left the house the same as when she arrived. She checked in with us, asked good questions and sent us photos so we felt very comfortable enjoying ourselves while we were away. We were very grateful to have Michele at our ranch.

Debbie was professional, reliable, and caring. She communicated clearly and let us know when anything out of the ordinary came up. She is kind, relatable and is welcome at our home any time. We highly recommend her.

We were so lucky to find Lee! He's an amazing human and was a wonderful house sitter for us while we were out of country. Lee communicated well and checked in with us, but honestly I trusted him so much that I was able to relax while on vacation without any worry about our pup or home. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone needing a house sitter! We're hoping to have him back for another sit in the future.

Sarah and Bara, we’re top notch. They were great with Luna, she even let them groom her which is not her favourite thing to do. They were patient and gentle with my very fearful feral cat and I greatly appreciate that. I came home to the house the way I left it, and very happy pets. I would highly recommend both Bara and Sarah if you’re looking for great people to care for your home and animals.

I have not been looking forward to writing this review for Irene and Henry. Because I was not looking forward to be reminded of the turmoil we went through while they were sitting house for us. Irene and Henry had signed up to stay in our home and with our dogs for 9,5 weeks. They knew it was winter in Germany, one of the first things we asked them, if they knew how dark and gray it is and that it can be cold. They had no problem with that. 2 weeks into the sit they said they could not walk our dogs twice a day any more, only once - since they were too tired. They asked for help with the second walk, which we then organized from abroad. Also after two weeks they said, they would have to cut the sit short and would be leaving our home 4,5 weeks early. We should start looking for a replacement. This came as such a shock to us, that at first we refused a replacement. With time and the loving support of the zeewoi staff we started looking for a replacement. Of course there was no one there on such short notice. The hours we spent dealing with finding someone new - this is nothing anyone should have to go through. In the end a friend took our dogs when Irene and Henry left our house and their sit early. Irene and Henry sent us pictures and comments about our dogs regularly. Our house was as clean as when we left it. The plants were well. We were contemplating leaving the zeewoi Community after this painful experience. Our trust was shaken. But, we decided to stay and remember the first two perfect experiences we had with our other sitters, whom we still are in touch with and feel loving and close with.

Nelle is a super sitter - very kind, organized, thoughtful and dotes on our kitties. She is a responsible adult and takes care of everything, leaving the house spotless. We look forward to having her back again and would highly recommend her!

Karen is everything you’ll want in a pet sitter. She’s compassionate, proactive, communicative, and great with animals. My cat missed her when she left! We would invite Karen back over and over.
