This was a wonderful petsit. The communication was on point and the cats were all so sweet. We had everything we needed and the home was lovely. We enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and exploring the area. It was nice to be able to let the cats enjoy the outside with you on the screened porch while enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We loved getting to know each cat and their personalities. Bug definitely stole the show and gave you all the attention ..... but Bean stole our hearts..she loved Sean and always wanted to be on your lap. Owen was my quiet yet curious partner in crime, he was sweet and loved to watch me do a puzzle and then later sweep it off the table 🤣. And finally there was Gus, when he would allow us to hang out with him, he was such a gentle boy and eventually let you have some petting time. We will miss these lovely cats. Sitting for Tricia and Michael and taking care of there girls was great. Micha and Bean were a delight to care for. Both were laid back and easy to watch. They LOVE to chase their toys in the front yard. Absolutely no problems at all. It may take a few days for Micha to warm up to you but you will wind up with "kisses from both of them. Tricia's and Michael's house was lovely and comfortable. The view from the deck was great. The girls will join you there to bask in the sun. Tricia provided great instructions for feeding the dogs and on their routine which made the sit easy. I will definitely sit for the girl's again, if asked.

Ham Sandwich was possibly the SWEETEST cat you will ever meet- friendly (loves to be petted) but never needy. I’ve never met a tortoise like Captain Ahab- so much personality! The apartment was so comfortable, clean, and cozy. Alex was a great communicator as well as a kind and attentive host! If the stars align we would love to sit many times over.
I was made to feel very welcome at Ruth and David’s house , which was a quiet , very private house surrounded by trees and woodland . Leon was housebound at this time through injury so I guess I didn’t see him in his usual element ,off and about in the woods coming in for occasional snacks, he adapted as graciously as he could to his situation , and enjoyed regular times of playing and stroking n just hanging out . There’s lovely woods and meadows all around the immediate area for walks and the sights of Bristol are a bus ride away . It is a bit of a walk to the bus and local food shops though , which was something to be aware of if you’re not coming by car , but it’s doable . The house is comfortable and cosy , with plenty of books and films to watch and I was left a lot of fruit n veg , bread etc to use ,which was very kind of Ruth n David , really nice folk .
Such a fantastic sit! Poppy and Badger are both truly the cutest, chillest cats. Very low maintenance and love a cuddle, making them great companions for relaxing in Hannah’s cozy home. The house is well situated for transit and all of the cool spots in Capitol Hill! Hannah was easy and clear to communicate with. Thank you again for a great time!
