Since getting our Cat, Reuben we have struggled for a long term solution for when we are away on holiday. We have tried Catteries but Reuben always appeared so anxious on collection and he hates car journeys. These all turned into obstacles to the point where we stopped planning holidays. Having researched various companies I came across Pawtastic and it stood out with its amazing 5 star reviews. We were anxious to try it however thought it was the best option for Reuben going forward as he could stay in his home environment. Eduard and Andreea were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, they put us at ease. Their level of communication was fantastic, and they provided photos after each visit. This really put our minds at rest and allowed us to enjoy our time away. After years of restricting our travel, we now feel 100% confident leaving Reuben in the hands of Andreea and Eduard in the future. On arrival home, he was much more comfortable than he has been in the past when left in Catteries. Would 100% recommend this company! 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolute fabulous cat-sitting service. 1st time we used them. We were away for 11 days and Andreea came in twice a day to feed and check on our furry baby. She is a lovely, warm person and Bobby (very cautious and shy) loved her. We got updates and photos every time Andreea popped in and she was very honest and told us if she hadn't seen him as he was wandering outside- which concerned her but we knew was his style. He's outdoors by night and indoors by day and Andreea coped perfectly with his routine, adapting it when necessary. We also had the benefit of Andreea picking up the post and checking the house was OK which really put our minds at rest when we were so far away. Pawtastic will be the 1st number we call now when we need a sitter. Professional, warm, caring.. perfect. X

We’ve used Pawtastic twice now and they’ve been brilliant for looking after our cat whilst we’ve been away. We were initially very anxious about leaving him, but he gets on so well with Andreea, I’m sure he’s not even that bothered we’re gone. They play with our cat, and send photos to show how he’s doing and are readily available to contact if you have any concerns. Would absolutely recommend Andreaa and Eduard 100%. It can be very scary trying to find the right people to take care of your little furry family member while you're not around but rest assured that Pawtastic will take the best care of your pet! They went above and beyond in caring for our cat, Luna. They gave us updates each time they visited and sent us lots of lovely photos, which we looked forward to each day! We could tell by these photos just how excited Luna was to see the guys everyday too. We will definitely be contacting Pawtastic to help care for Luna next time we're away from home. We have been absolutely delighted with the cat sitting service provided by Ed and Andreea. They are incredibly professional and have taken great care of our three cats whilst we've been away on holiday. Communication has been excellent throughout - we received daily updates and photos, and they went above and beyond by putting our bins out and cleaning our sofas of cat hair for our return. The house was spotless when we got home! Pawtastic has exceeded our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others 💕 Ted, Milo and Roger also highly recommended them too 🐾😻

Eduard was an amazing cat sitter for my two fur babies. He was very attentive and caring to them, and very communicative the whole time. He kept me updated with pictures everyday of their food and litter box and he even took care of my parcels for me while I was away. I will definitely be using Eduard again next time I go away, he was very professional and I recommend his service 100%!!!

Absolutely brilliant service! We were very anxious about leaving our cat Phil whilst we were on holiday, and he’s too anxious for a cattery. Andreea put our minds at ease. We had brilliant communication whilst we were away and Andreea sent some brilliant photos. Phil was very well looked after and we’ll be sure to use Pawtastic again!

Andreea was fantastic from start to finish. Returned my phone calls and messages promptly and arrived at our hotel exactly as arranged then proceeded to show how wonderful she is with dogs and we left her our dog with complete confidence. She sat with her from 2.30 to 22.30 and gave me regular updates and photos throughout the night. On our return Nala was completely relaxed and well looked after. First time using a dog sitting service and when we travel up to Newcastle again l wouldn’t hesitate in using this brilliant company. Thank you so much !

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Burke’s Bark were absolutely fabulous taking care of our Dachshund Otto for 11 days! He had a great time, made loads of friends, came home a happily socialized dog! He has never been away from us before, we would happily leave him with Helen and Daragh again!

Daragh and Helen are a lovely couple and take the best care of my dog Lucky. They treat her like one of their own and she settled there straight away! They always give photo updates throughout her stays and are really accommodating for my shift times. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

I left my golden retriever, Ted and black Labrador, Millie with Daragh whilst I was on holiday for a week. Daragh was fantastic at keeping me posted with videos and photos of the dogs out and about each day. I feel at ease leaving my dogs with him and will use again!

I would recommend burke's bark to friends and family. Helen and her husband had my Archie for the first time last week and we were so pleased he had settled in with them and other dogs. We will definitely be using them again as our Archie was very happy with them they sent us videos and photos every day.

Amazing service! After a last minute work schedule change Daragh was more than happy to walk our dog Buddy! Lots of updates throughout the walk to keep us in the loop with how Buddy is getting on. We have continued with Burke’s Bark and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Took such care of my dog Naomi, she had a fantastic time and even feels like this is her second home. Sent me regular updates with pictures and looked after Naomi like their own baby. They are my main pet sitters and I regularly book with them whenever I’m not able to be home I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Burkes Bark Helen and Daragh are lovely and very professional! They looked after Barbie for 7 nights I was nervous leaving her as it would have been the first time; however even before I booked to go away my mind was put at ease and new she would be well looked after! And that she was, I recieved lots of pics and videos of her getting cuddles and playing with her new furry friends, as Barbie had the best holiday.. Don't hesitate if your thinking of going away and worried about your pet/s Helen and Daragh will make sure your animal is well looked after and cared for! Dawn has looked after my two boys whilst I have been on holiday. The cat sitting service has been perfect. I received updates every day which helped me keep my worries at bay. She has a genuine care for the animals which for me is exactly what I wanted and I felt like they were in good hands.

Fantastic dog walking service, would highly recommend to anyone who would their pet to be well looked after! Dawn genuinely cares for the pets she looks after and the update messages after walks are a great touch. Thankfully Dawn is not put off by mucky pups and embraces the daftness of dogs, from rolling in rotten smells to squirrel chases and ball games. The most telling recommendation comes from the pup who bursts with excitement when he hears the car pull up each day-Lucky Paws indeed!

I have been delighted with this business for over 10 years that I have used it. A totally reliable service is provided and exceeds expectations in all respects. We often have to be away from home and Lucky Paws has cared for our cats so well. The cats treat Lucky Paws as one of the family and she relates to them as distinct personalities with all their foibles!! She is meticulous in her time keeping and in her time allocation. She is totally trustworthy and reliable. I particularly enjoy the daily report she has written when I return home. I could wholeheartedly recommend Lucky Paws.

We have used Lucky Paws services for many years now. They are reliable and our cats look forward to the visits. There is peace of mind if you are away from home that the cats have some company and cuddles. They have also been able to ensure regular prescribed medication was given when needed which has been very reassuring. Regular updates are provided and communication is excellent. We left our guinea pigs with Dawn at relatively short notice. They're two years old and haven't spent more than a night away from us so far, so we were particularly anxious to ensure that they would have all they needed when we were away. We needn't have worried- Dawn was reassuring when she came to 'meet' them, and even more so in her correspondence with us whilst we were away. We asked for regular updates, which really put our mind at ease and allowed us to enjoy ourselves, safe in the knowledge that our boys were happy, healthy and enjoying themselves at home (even if one of them was being particularly unsociable throughout). We wouldn't hesitate to use Lucky Paws again- and will feel much more able to go away with confidence in future. Thank you.

I'm the first to admit that my TigerLily is not the easiest cat to get along with so finding Dawn was a godsend. She is very professional and takes detailed notes about your pet. She also appreciates you telling the truth about your pet...Good AND bad so she knows what to expect. Dawn is very reliable and gives focussed and good quality care for very reasonable rates in my opinion. Dawn is knowledgeable on a wide range of pets, not just the furry ones. What she doesn't know, she will find out in order to give any pet the best care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dawn and Lucky Paws for any of your pet care needs. I honestly believe my TigerLily was in the best hands possible with Dawn caring for her.

Dawn is absolutely amazing, she has walked my two dogs for years. They love her so much and get excited for their walks. She really cares about their needs, my French Bulldog doesn't do well in the heat so Dawn makes sure they are walked in the morning rather than in the afternoon sun. Dawn has been walking our dog, Oscar for a number of years now and he absolutely loves his walks with Dawn. He gets very excited to see Dawn knowing the lovely walk he’s about to go on and all the hugs and attention he’ll get. Dawn is lovely and obviously cares for the dogs she walks. Millie loves Dawn and is always happy to go on her walks. I have a laugh most times when she comes home, cause she loves the water. A wet Millie collapses in a heap and falls asleep happy. Really lovely lass and would recommend her to anyone to look after their pet.

Dawn and lucky paws pet care have done the best job over the last 7 years making sure our 🐶 and 🐱 are looked after, exercised and have loads of fun with other animals. Super reliable, professional and friendly. Can’t rate the service enough.

Donna and Mark offer an amazing and reliable dog walking service. We’ve used Angels for around 2 years. I know Maggie is safe and looked after even with all her complexities and she loves to see mark walk through the door. He goes above and beyond and is so caring towards her. Can’t recommend enough!

We were so pleased to have Donna look after our reactive bedlington. She did a house sit so that we could go away for the first time in 3 years. Donna sent regular texts and videos of our dog and kept to his daily routine as much as possible. He seemed very happy and relaxed with Donna. Many thanks for a wonderful service.

Donna and Mark are absolutely fantastic, we have 3 day care and 2 afternoon walks booked every week for our border collie jax who absolutely loves both of them. They communicate well and when we have boarded with them the family thy has had jax send regular updates and we’ve had no worries at all. Lovely people and we’d be lost without them

We take our pup to doggy day care twice a week. Donna is a great business woman and very attentive with all her customers, you instantly feel at ease when dropping your little one off with her. Our puppy's confidence and social experience has grown so much since her time with Donna she has grown into a calm young lady. We met Donna through her puppy training classes and thought it would be an amazing opportunity to boost her skills and confidence further with Donna through day care.

I can’t rate Donna highly enough. Bailey did his puppy training with Donna and I’ve used her daycare facilities for about 4 months with not a single problem. Bailey has lots of fun when he spends the day with Donna and her team and he’s made lots of puppy friends. Angels Pet Care is very good value for money and she is very flexible when it comes to cancelling days or adding days at short notice. Keep up the good work!!

Can't recommend Angels petcare highly enough. Donna and her team have been a great help to us and our working cocker spaniel puppy. Very professional and friendly, they do a great job with the dogs and regularly post photo/video updates from the walks on their Facebook page. Donna visited us before the first daycare session and gave some advice on training techniques in the home, which has helped us enormously. We were able to get our puppy Daisy started at very short notice (following week) which again was really good. Very glad we contacted Donna and has been a good all round experience, in socialisation as well as the exercise, for Daisy, she seems very happy each time she goes. Thanks again!

We have 2 Dalmatians that are walked every week by Angels Pet care, I couldn't trust anyone more than Donna & her team to look after my dogs. The advice Donna also gives is next to none & I would always turn to her in terms of needing help with my dogs. Photos are constantly posted on the facebook page to show you what your dogs have been up to! We have also used to the dog sitting service with short notice & the dogs were very happy & I also received photos of how they were doing. I would definitely recommend this knowledgeable & experienced team for any of their services.

We used a previous dog walker who discontinued her dog walking service. My westie can be a little difficult at times to manage but Donna and the team have been so patient. They spent time meeting my parents with Alfie away from my house and it was clear Alfie was going to be just fine. It's good to see Alfie mixing with other dogs on his walk a too. Donna tells me Alfie is fine with all her team which is very reassuring as i was worried how he would be with strangers in the house. It also helps that Donna is an accredited dog trainer. I have had situations where I have needed last minute dog walking and Donna has always been able to help which is great.

My cockapoo puppy started attending puppy day care at Angel's pet care when she was 2.5 months old, it gave me the confidence to go to work knowing my puppy was in good hands and not alone all day since i can't get home from work to see her at lunch time. Donna and Mark are brilliant, I've noticed such a difference in the puppies behaviour since attending day care, she's much better around other dogs and humans. Quiet evenings are a testament to how much fun she has at daycare!

We have recently moved back home to Scotland after living in Newcastle for 2.5 years and if I could pick Donna and the girls up and move them it would be great. We went through a few walkers in Newcastle before finally finding Donna our bulldog Bella can be pretty stubborn and head strong as they are but they were great with her nothing was too much trouble and we felt she was improving with every walk. I am genuinely so sad that Bella won't have these walks anymore as they were so good with her and I would recommend them 100 times over especially to people who have dogs that can be a little bit mischievous. Tyne pets have been looking after our cats for 7 years and we are sincerely pleased with every aspect of their service. The care they provide is first rate and professional, even down to giving medication which can be difficult. Tony suggested different methods and tricks and actually found one that works! Makes our life much easier not having to struggle with the tablets.

Tynepets are fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. I have known Toni and John for over 12 years. During that time they have helped me care for my much loved house rabbits; young and old, big french lop pairs and singles and even a very elderly velvet-coated senior rex rabbit. Over the years many of my bunnies boarded at Tynepets in South Gosforth and were extremely happy. I now have twice daily house visits for my big bunnies and I enjoy the reassurance that my rabbits are well looked after at home whilst I am away. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Tynepets and they have made sure my rabbits receive not just the basics but also love, attention, regular medication when required. Toni is very experienced and has been a fantastic source of advice on rabbit husbandry particularly when my senior rabbit needed extra care and when I rehomed a rabbit with challenging behaviour. I will always be grateful that Toni even helped my husband arrange a surprise photograph on my wedding day with my beloved rabbit at the time. Thank you Toni and John.

I have used Small Paws pet services for Boarding , Play days and Field Play times for my 2 Yorkies Frankie and Rosie . They love going there and meeting Heathers own doggy family , in fact they are treated as one of the family . I no longer worry about them going away from home . When they are there , they are well looked after and have plenty of interaction and socialisation. Heather and Michael completely understand the doggy mind and psyche and know exactly what makes our fur babies happy so they have a home from home experience. I would not take them anywhere else now .

Archie and Belle have boarded and attended day care with Heather and the gang at Small Paws and they love it! I can’t recommend it enough, the care, love and attention is second to none as they have a love of dogs which is clear from the initial greeting to the list of activities they have from playtime in a secure environment to finding hot dog sausages hidden in boxes and other toys to keep the dogs entertained. Along with really good value for money I won’t take my dogs anywhere else now . 🐾🐾

Ben was a rescue and was afraid of everything. I was worried at first to leave him but Heather was amazing. She's worked wonders with him. He's a different dog. She's helped him with his fear of noise. She's loved him and cared for him. He now runs into Small Paws and doesn't look back for me. That says it all for me. I wouldn't leave him with anyone else. Heather is one in a million. She says she's living the dream and it really shows. All the dogs there are so happy and they all love her.

Small Paws is not just home boarding, day care and special days out, they are family and treat your furry babies like their own. Chunk and Vagas have been part of the Small Paws family since they were around 12 weeks old (their nearly 4 & 5 now) and I have never been happier when I drop them off and they run straight in and don't look back. They never want to come home. Heather and her family are stars in our eyes and there's no better place than Small Paws 😍

Our dog had his first induction visit today at small paws pet services. Very friendly and professional, very welcoming to us and our dog Charlie. Visit was very relaxed for us, being kept updated with texts and received lovely photographs of Charlie exploring the fantastic outside area. Charlie will be looking forward to his holiday here.

Kairi absolutely adores Auntie Heather. Heather treats Kairi like the baby princess she is and it really shows. So reassuring when your puppy loves the person you are entrusting with your baby! You can tell Heather cares the for all our furry friends who come to play and it's great to see the little updates during the day!

One word FANTASTIC!!!! My dogs have been going to smallpaws for a number of years now and I couldn't be happier with the service. As a somewhat neurotic dog owner I used to worry if anyone could look after them as well as I do and never relaxed when I was away from them .... Well I worry no more as my dogs are so happy to go to smallpaws and see Heather and her lovely family that they don't even look back when I drop them off. The care and attention they receive is second to none and the exercise, enrichment and activities are all tailored to each individual dog to suit their needs and personality. Heather always gives regular updates, photos and videos of what they are getting up to which gives total peace of mind. From play days to walks to holidays me and my dogs recommend smallpaws every time 😁

I can’t recommend small paws enough. Rosie is our third dog that they have looked after and she really enjoys going to play with the other dogs. Thank you for taking good care of Rosie we know we never have to worry when she is with you.

We’ve had our Cavapoo Melbie in Nic’s doggy day care since she was a puppy (about 3 years now) & I recommend it to all my friends. She has pick up & drop off services if you need them and offers weekend boarding which is a lifesaver when we go away. We’ve had Christmas & Easter presents, back to school photos, and valentines cards from the dogs which are such a lovely surprise when they come back with them - plus a WhatsApp group with updates about what the dogs get up to throughout the day!

Our Cockerpoo 'Gary' has been attending Nic's stay and play doggy day care for the past two and a half years since being a pup. We have him picked up and dropped off by the daycare staff which is really convenient when me and my partner are both at work. Nic and her team have always been reliable and dependable to date. As a pup it helped Gary to socialise with other dogs in a safe and supervised environment and as a result has made him the friendly dog which he is today. I would definitely recommend Nic's stay and play doggy daycare.

My dog Merlin has thrived here for three years since he was six months old. It’s a pleasure to see him eager and happy as he pulls me into daycare. He loves all the staff, and as you know, if dogs are not cared for they sense it and refuse to go in. Merlin feels happy and relaxed enough to enjoy a nap as well as playing with other pets xx

I'm so so so glad I chose this day care for my 3 month old Max the cockapoo. He is tiny but Nic and team are making him confident with the big dogs and all the dogs are so gentle with him! The team sends me updates so I can have my heart at rase, with the cutest pictures and videos ever! Can't recommend enough honestly great place for the puppy to be when I have to go to the office and he socialises with other beautiful dogs too! Thank you to the team for being amazing!!!

My dog Reo loves nics stay n play doggy care in walker .Having had extreme sep/anx. nic and her team have brought him on so much .He loves all the team esp nic she has to sneak in and out or he never wants to leave her haha ,and being in the beach room is his fave .Everything is clean and lots to do for all .The dogs are very well behaved and all get well socialised when in there care .Reo being 11 /half bless him comes back shattered its a fun filled day with lots going on or even a quiet room for the older dogs to chill if needed .Best thing ever for reo makes me happy going out to work knowing he is well loved and cared in a friendly safe environment. Every week there seems to be an issue with thw pick up/drop off of my dog. In the morning I send a message trying to be as informative as I can and as helpful as I can but while not in the house I can't control whether the dog escapes from the kitchen, or the stepson answers the door or not, but every week there seems to be an issue. I feel that I am paying for a service and anything less than him being at the door waiting seems to cut into their very busy schedule. For the extra money that I am paying for him to be collected, I thought that the time taken to actually collect a dog would be taken into account. Additionally, you I have been told today that they only accept business messages between 9am and 9pm, however, as a business that seems to operate between 7am and 7pm which I find bizarre. Also, last week I was told that my dog wasn't given lunch because nothing was left for him, when the lunchbox I provided wasn't returned. As it has still not been returned after asking them, today he got sent in with another lunchbox also to not be returned. I cannot afford to send him in with a lunchbox everyday. Also, I want to point out that as far I am aware, it is a legal requirement for dogs to be restrained while in the car so as not to disturb the driver but any time we've seen him picked up/dropped off he's in a car with a bunch of dogs who are just let loose in the car. When I see Amy, she has all the time in the world for me and my dog, whereas Nicole isn't as attentative and makes me feel like I'm a pest and not worthy of her time.

A brilliant doggy daycare, our dog absolutely loves it and always comes home tired from a long day of playing with the other dogs. Nic is brilliant, communicative and responsive for bookings, and you can tell the staff really pay close care and attention to each and every dog. They go above and beyond, sending a video of what the dogs have been up to each day which is lovely to see. 10/10

Amazing doggy day care! My pup gets picked up in the morning and dropped off at night which helps us so much around work. The staff are all so lovely and accommodating, especially Nic who always replies quickly and tries to help out any way she can when we’re stuck for pup care. Our pup comes home knackered and happy at the end of each day too, which is a bonus 😊

We absolutely love this place! Nic is extremely knowledgeable and has really helped our 2 puppies soar! Her staff is so friendly and caring and our dogs absolutely love going to daycare each week. My boy loves going to Nic’s daycare he’s a very energetic lab nic has looked after him since he was a pup ,he has a lot of fun while I go to work.! The staff are so lovely and he has a great bond with them all they love him like their own, I have no doubt it’s one of his favourite days playing with all the dogs, we get lots lovely updates of photos and Video of all the fun he has. We were initially worried to leave our cat at home given that he's 15 and has both kidney disease and regular bouts of pancreatitis. Darrin was brilliant though and made us feel really confident that our cat would be well looked after in his care. When we arrived home it was clear that Whiskers had been absolutely fine all week and his food/litter needs had all been catered for perfectly. The regular emails and photos are also really great and gave us a worry free holiday! We will definitely use Happy Paws again!

What a brilliant service we recieved from Julie at Happy Paws! Julie looked after our elderly and poorly cat for the two weeks we were on holiday providing two visits a day and keeping us updated with photographs and comments on a regular basis. This helped us to feel reasured that Frank the cat was doing ok. Julie took such great care of Frank which included giving him various medication and even collecting more from our vet when it ran low. Julie did everything we asked for and more, the service provided was worth every penny and excellent value compared to a cattery and we came home to a much happier and relaxed pet! Julie and Darrin have looked after our labrador since she was a puppy. I couldn't recommend them more. They have been life savers during my maternity leave and Rosie waits at the window for them. She is more sociable, relaxed and happier dog as a result of their care.

Julie and Darrin did a fantastic job taking care of my two young cats twice a day for a week this summer. I received lots of picture updates and reassuring messages to let me know they were fine and I will definitely be using the service again!

After leaving it quite late and many places being full up, Petstay were able to find us a carer for our dog Rocco. We met with the carer and discussed needs etc and everything went smoothly meaning we could enjoy our holiday without worrying! Thank you for all your help!

I give 5 stars based more so on the fact my dog carers Lynne and Dave are genuinely lovely people who you can tell, just adore dogs. They sent me photos and messages every day to keep me informed of how Buddy’s holiday with them was going and I could see that not only was Buddy having a great time, they were too! I honestly could not have asked for a better holiday home for my little guy.

My dog Samson stayed with Claire and her daughter Alysha while we were away for a couple of days. Samson suffers from epilepsy so I was very apprehensive about leaving him, but I didn’t need to worry. Samson had a lovely time with Claire she sent me regular text messages and photos while we were away and you could see from the photos Samson was having a lovely time. Thank you so much to Claire and Alysha for the taking such good care of Samson while we were away. We’ve already booked Claire again for later in the year and don’t need to worry anymore as I know Samson will be well looked after and will have a lovely time while we are away. Copied from my website: First of all sorry this is late I went straight back into work form holidays and haven’t had a chance untill now! What can I say the whole experience was amazing Linda went out of her way to find the right family to look after my boys we visited two couples and the second were perfect. The dogs fitted right in with her huge garden and lovely friendly atmosphere I knew our worries of leaving them for the first time with non family members had gone! The process was easy and relaxed in the lead up to our holiday which is always very stressful especially when owning your own business time just isn’t sonething I have a lot of! I was I totally worried as oscar is a very nervous dog and is scared of other dogs on the lead so was concerned he would be scared of new surroundings and that when he was out he would panic. However he had an amazing no worries at all! Ollie (west highland terrier) and oscar(jack Russel/Westie mix) both had so much fun we had daily updates from Julie of what they had been upto that day with pictures! Which my partner was overjoyed with…they are his first pets so he worries a lot! When we got back from holiday Julie had gone beyond what she had needed to buying another harness as the one we had didn’t work which was great to hear. The dogs were so happy and clean when we got them back and I think a little down for days after that they were home they had so much fun on their holiday! Please please if you are nervous about it which I was as they are strangers after all book with Julie her and her husband have spoiled our boys and now whenever we go away we will be booking with her. We asked Ally to look after our two cats (and goldfish) while we away a few days. Ally did such a fantastic job last time ... so we knew that they would be in safe and capable hands. She remembered the pets from last time and our cat Jack just adores her. We received daily updates with videos and photos. I felt that Ally cared about us as much as our cats and I'd have no hesitation in recommending her. Thank you Ally!

We have been so lucky to find Ally! We bring our Cavapoo since she was a puppy - only occasionally for a week holidays or a long weekend when we can’t take her. From the first visit we knew our Betty absolutely adores Ally (she gives her loads of kisses to greet) and is always happy to go. There’s often other dogs and good buddies for her - she really seem to have a good time and we are kept updated on WhatsApp with pictures and videos which is nice. A 100% rating from us and we are just glad to have found Ally and her Purrfect 4 Pets!!

My dog has just had a four night stay with Ally. All of the dogs I met during my initial visit absolutely adored her and she them which was a great start. I had regular updates and photos throughout her stay and she even crate trained my dog out of some bad habits whilst she was there. She really put me at ease that my dog was in the best hands possible and my Frenchie had a better holiday than I did by the looks of things. I couldnt recommend and thank her enough. I will definitely be using her services again.

I've used Ally's services for two years plus now. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my gorgeous dog Winnie. The service provided is excellent, Ally is super professional and a delight to speak to, Winnie comes home a very happy girl! Would recommend 100%!

Ally has looking after our dog Billy for several years now at weekends and for longer holidays and he is a very happy dog when he is with her - in fact sometimes I think he is sad to come home as he has such a good time with her!!! Quite seriously, we know that the care he receives is absolutely first class, he is always so delighted to see her and "knocks" at her door when we drop him off. She is also absolutely scrupulous about vaccination and health records and feeds him correctly too. Billy isn't happy unless he has is made a fuss of, so we couldn't leave him in kennels, if it wasn't for Ally I don't think we would have been able to leave Billy or have holidays with complete peace of mind knowing that he is superbly well cared for. We can't recommend her highly enough ;0)

Mia loves Ally so much and I have total peace of mind when she is there. I know she is happy, brilliantly cared for and safe. Ally takes the stress out of going to work and going on holiday. She is a God Send.

Buster loved being looked after, came home happy and wagging his tail . Will definitely use again :)
