I had an excellent time looking after Otis and I highly recommend house sitting here! The cat - Otis is a very handsome and affection cat. He's very playful too which is lots of fun. The house - very nicely decorated, spacious and modern. It's close to central London and there are shops and restaurants just around the corner. There's also a park and cycle route nearby. The host - Georgie was really friendly and helpful and cares a lot about her cat. There were clear instructions which were really useful. Overall, it was an ideal cat sitting experience and you will definitely enjoy looking after Otis.
A lovely sit, highly recommend! Muezza is an anxious cat so she spends alot of her time outdoors and being independent. When she is home, it'll take her a while to get used to you and she'll let you know when she wants affection. She loves having her ear scratched and eating dreamies out the palm of your hand. Annam’s home is really comfortable, well-organised and clean. There is a pool nearby too. Annam was easy to deal with and we kept in touch throughout the sit. We had a video chat beforehand although didn’t get to meet in person. Annam sent an additional document with more helpful information about her home and was responsive with any additional questions. There was easy communication throughout. Recommend this sit. Thank you Annam. Hope to sit for you and Muezza again in the future.
We had a wonderful stay in Seedorf, looking after Tigris and Whiskey. Jacqueline and Bas welcomed us very warmly with a delicious meal and gave us a thorough handover. Tigris and Whiskey are both very sweet and loved their space and time on available laps on a regular basis. Whiskey was shy for one day then was hopping up to greet us like an old friend. We will miss them. The house is lovely, clean and comfortable with beautiful far reaching views and was accompanied by the gentle soundtrack of Swiss cow bells from a distance and the village clock chimes. We had a large bedroom with lots of cupboard space and were able use the garage for parking. The garden was a great outdoor living space with lots of awnings for shade. It was very hot during our stay but the house stayed nice and cool. We watered the garden daily and cut the lawn regularly -it was relaxing and didn't take much time, thanks to the well layed-out watering system that is in place! There are some beautiful places to visit in the area, including the lake-side towns, forest trails and local viewing tower (see half of Switzerland!) Jacqueline and Bas are very hospitable and on their return we even got to enjoy an evening together over a meal and one of their many board games. Next time you won't win that easily Bas! We would highly recommend this sit and we would love to return one day.
