Dog Sitters in Newell, NC

While we had a video call with Lindsey after we received her application, I felt immediately that she was the perfect sitter for us. And she really was! Lindsey is a sweet and caring person with a lot of experience as it comes to pet sitting. She offered to come early on the day we left, which gave us time to show her our house and the cat’s routines. She was flexible on the last day, so she was able to give the kitties their evening meal before we got home. Lindsey kept us posted with updates and pictures, which I always love. We got home in a clean and tidy house with a sweet “thank you” card. Above all, she took great care of our kiddies. You’ll be very lucky to have Lindsey as your sitter!

We couldn’t have asked for better cat sitters for our two kitties. They took great care of our house and our pets, and they were communicative and tidy. We’d have them back any time — and we’d highly recommend them!

We have just returned from a 9 night trip and left our pup Chester in Meghan's very capable hands. Communication in advance of the sit was always replied to quickly and she messaged me regularly on her arrival day to keep me updated on her journey. On arrival Chester and I both warmed to her immediately and she made a big fuss of him, which he loved. I showed her the house and a quick tour of our local area and had full confidence that both Chester and our home were in good hands. Throughout our trip Meghan sent us updates and photos which were lovely to see and on our return, our house was immaculate and she had even left both us and Chester a small gift which was so kind of her. We would welcome Meghan back any time, and in fact have already asked if she would like to come back for our next holiday! :)

Baylee & Kincaid were totally reliable and it wasn't an easy sit since Kodi was rocking a cone of shame and needed meds. Watered plants, cleaned house and communicated well. Would definitely invite them back.

Margaret and her boyfriend stayed at my house while I was out of the country for 3 weeks. It seemed like a good fit but was booked very last minute because the sitters originally scheduled had a medical emergency and had to cancel. My welcome document in zeewoi is very detailed and I have had only phenomenal experiences with past sitters. I let them know my Golden is a food hound and will eat any food left out (we have tried training... he's very sweet but is a counter surfer). I received a text in the middle of the night that he ate an entire pizza they left on the counter and were not sure what to do, so they took him to the ER and incurred a $700 bill (which I paid). I am a veterinarian. He did not need to go to an ER. But moving on about a week or so later - very few updates in 2 weeks until I received another middle of the night text that she would need to leave to meet her boyfriend (who had already left) in FL because his Grandfather was ill. She said she arranged for my mother (whose phone number she had) to take over caring for the dogs. I asked her to let me know when she would be leaving so I could make arrangements for a petsitter because my Mom was not the best choice. Then I came to find out from my Mom that she called her AFTER leaving my pets at home on her way to the airport in an Uber!!!! She literally abandoned my pets and home, called my Mom after leaving hoping she would take over AND THEN texted me in the middle of the night in a foreign country!!!! She failed to respond to any of the messages sent by Zeewoi to explain herself. As if that wasn't bad enough, when my Mom did arrive to walk my dogs my house was a total mess! Dirty linens, the floor hadn't been vacuumed at all and dog hair was everywhere, there were dirty dishes in the sink and dishwasher... I left her a SPOTLESS home and she left my house dirty, my dogs uncared for and cost me a $700 vet bill and another housekeeping visit. I sincerely hope she will never be allowed to accept another sit with this organization or any other.

I could not have asked for more. They were responsible, dependable and had fun with Beau. Ann and Alan were terrific and took great care of Beau and the house. It was immaculate with everything in its place, don't know how they did that. They would be our first choice for our next trip and hope they are available. If you get a chance you can't go wrong with Ann and Alan. They are wonderful sitters and people.

Sarah was so kind and loving towards Peanut and we would love to have her again! She was self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and sent us the sweetest pictures. It felt so nice knowing Peanut was getting so much attention and care while we were away.

Kim and Jon were delightful! They treated my home well and communicated with me when needed regarding any concerns or questions about my cat. I recommend them as house/pet sitters.

We feel very fortunate to have found Sam for a long 3-week housesit. Most importantly, Sam communicated regularly with photos and videos of our pets, which made me especially happy to see them so comfortable with her. She followed all our directions and left our home spotless including washing all linens and towels. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Kathy was wonderful from our very first conversation. She was very communicative and always quick to respond. My directions were followed to a T, she wasn't afraid to ask questions, and my babies were happy and healthy when I returned. Our home was clean and tidy! We really appreciated that after a trip away. We hope she'll sit for us again, we'd welcome her back anytime!

Melinda and Ward were fantastic sitters. They were proactive, organized and communicative. They clearly love animals. I highly recommend either of them.
