Kathryn is an amazing pet sitter and I'll continue to use her everytime I go away. I know my 2 cats are safe and being well cared for because Kathryn is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Would highly recommend.

Kathryn had the unenviable task of trying to tame our wild beast of a cocker spaniel puppy, Rupert! Kathryn was so professional and responsive and helpful, and Rupert had the best day ever - he’s now totally knackered out. We can only apologise to the other dogs Kathryn was looking after that day for having to put up with him! We would absolutely use Kathryn again and would recommend her to anyone in a heart beat.

Kathryn always takes excellent care of our two naughty hounds and they are always happy to spend the day with her. She is always friendly, flexible and accommodating to our requests and it’s clear that she really loves all animals. Kathryn is our go to sitter. Utterly reliable and passionate about animals. Tinks our cat loves her, not just a quick visit and throw some food down. Cuddles and play also feature as part of the service, and regular updates whilst you are away give us the reassurance that Tinks is fine. I have no hesitation in recommending Kathryn.

Kathryn came to my rescue when had been let down and needed someone at short notice to look after 2 dogs whilst at a wedding . Instantly i felt the dogs would be in safe hands kathryn came for a meet where we were staying and as soon as i met her that confirmed she was the right person to leave the dogs with and that they would be safe and well looked after . Which they definately were . We were kept updated throughout the day with photos and mesages to say how the dogs were . I can highly recomend kathryn to anyone looking for someone to look after their pets .

Ruth and Denis run an excellent kennels - a great 5 star hotel break for Ella, our beautiful Bearded Collie, when the occasion arises. Ella arrives with delight, tail wagging, as we drive up to the main gate - and when we come to collect her she's happy because she loves us but it's obvious that she's had a really good time in her holiday home. It's important to know that there is a place such as Joppa which you can trust to look after your dog.

Our two dogs had a brilliant time, from when we dropped the off to collection we felt safe in the knowledge that they'll be looked after. Our eldest hadn't been kennelled for over 8 years so we were a little worried he might not settle, but he had company so we didn't feel to bad. The owners made us feel welcome, easy to find. Only constructive criticism I would say is to have a buzzer on the gate and let cars in rather than park in the gate area, luckily no one was behind us as no room to park 2 cars.. Plus lane is narrow. The main thing is our dogs came back fur and healthy so all good. We'll use them again if we need to...
