Giselle and Cody did a great job taking care of our three cats and house. Responsive, organized and clean, and we really enjoyed getting to know them both. We’re happy that they’re coming back for another week later this month! Highly recommended!

Hanna & Andrew

Hanna (and Andrew) were the perfect cat and housesitters. They are extremely friendly and communicative. They arrived the evening before and we had a lovely dinner together. We left very early for the airport the next day, so despite our house being a bit less organised than usual, they were flexible and super helpful. I would strongly recommend them for any sit. Not at the least because they told me that Andrew is a dog person and Hanna is a cat person So, the perfect combination. I hope to meet them again!

Louise was great! She was a great communicator and updated me a lot while I was gone and sent pictures as well! She even came into town the night before since I had an early morning flight so me and the kitties could meet her. Came home to a clean apartment and some happy kitties - would definitely recommend her to anyone!

David and Ann did a wonderful job of caring for Buddy and our home while we were away. Buddy was happy and tired when we got home! I would highly recommend David and Ann for a sit. They kept my herbs alive during a heat wave and left my kitchen sparkling and in better shape than I had left it. They will take good care of your pets and your home. I would highly recommend them.

Jey

Jeyani was easy to communicate with before, during, and after the sit. She immediately sat down to greet our dogs and we knew she was the right choice. She took them to the dog park each day and impressed everyone there with the way our dogs responded to her. She even invented a game for them, hiding treats around the back yard when the pavement was too hot to take them for a walk. We felt very comfortable with Jeyani and would highly recommend her as a pet sitter.

Hannah

Hannah was an excellent house sitter. She took very good care of Milly, our aged cat, who requires insulin injections twice daily. She contacted us when she thought that Milly was poorly and followed instructions well. She was reliable and very personable. She looked after our house and watered my vegetables, so well that they doubled in size in the 10 days that we were away! We would definitely use Hannah again. Highly recommended.

Luce

Luce showed she was friendly and reliable from early on, as we got on a get to know video call and she had a bunch of questions prepared to get to know me, my cat and my apartment. We unfortunately got off to a rough start due to public transport issues which caused her to reach my place 24h later than intended (nothing to do with Luce), but after the initial stress, I got sweet pictures and videos daily and she reached out if she was not sure about something. I came home to a tidy apartment, and a happy kitty 😍 I recommend Luce!

Sarah was an excellent sitter: easy communication and organisation, the house was spotless and the cats were relaxed when we returned. Highly recommend!

Amanda

Amanda was very organized, reliable and easy to coordinate with. She took great care of our three dogs, cat, fish and chickens - which is not the easiest task! We really appreciated not having to worry about the house and the animals while we were away as we felt very confident in Amanda.

Luke

I don’t have words for Monika’s sit at my home!! So I’ll ramble a bit.. Monika is the most thoughtful human in the universe. She completely vibed with my doggo and took her to a chillax concert in the park and to visit her dad. Of course she checked in first to see that Aris would be ok in the car and at the event, and I got to see pics. It was kind of like seeing pics of your kids at summer camp having the times of their life and NOT missing mom! Heart warming to say the least. Monika and Aris spent hours in the yard soaking in the sun and hanging out- I got videos and pics all along the way which I LOVED. I also received so many pics of the cats…I could see that Simba approved immediately of the new human, and I was so happy to see Zazu warmed up pretty fast too. (Zazu is a weirdo but he knows good people- Monika is good people). I also cannot believe Monika’s attention to my yard and garden. I mean ..I knew she had the interest and experience, and I gave her free reign because I definitely have a jungle to work with…but I was pleasantly surprised a few times with little videos of things she recommended to make certain plants or trees grow better and reports on bits of trimming she did. It was my first year with a veggie garden- so I learned a few things there too. I got a redecorated set of window boxes in my pool shed, a new wreath for the fall, and a bouquet from my garden when I returned home - all stuff from mu jungle yard - who knew my jungle could become so beautiful♥️ Overall, 5 stars is not enough and I would be more than happy to have Monika back. Aris, Zazu and Simba all thank you for a wonderful week Monika!! PS I already gave that baby blue more sun... I want her to grow faster too!

Nadia

This is our fourth time having Nadia sit for us. Thanks to Nadia, We had a worry free holiday. She gave us regular updates on Treasure and of the house, even sending pictures. She contacted us right away when there was an issue with our watering system and help solve the problem. Nadia has had our car on two separate sits, both for a month, without any issues. She even dropped us off and picked us up at the airport. We came home to a happy pup, a clean house and homemade soup!! What more could you ask for? We highly recommend Nadia and wouldn’t hesitate to have her come back .

Our petsitting experience for Ingrid and Edward was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Their organization, kindness and effective communication made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

Joe stole our hearts with his colorful personality. Every day brought new surprises as he engaged with us, seeking attention and surprising us with new quirks and charms. Ziggy was a joy to care for, she was well-behaved, calm, loving and always by our side. We loved how she lit up when it was treat time. Leaving them behind tugged at our heartstrings, and we'll miss them dearly.

The location of the home was truly spectacular. Situated in a safe and leafy area close to the center of Hermanus, we were able to explore the top attractions without ever leaving the pets for too long. We were enchanted by the beautiful cliff path along the ocean's edge and enjoyed the overall vibrant atmosphere of the town.

The house itself was just perfect – beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed.
 
Thank you again Ingrid and Edward for entrusting us with your home and pets. It was an experience we will cherish, and we look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

This was our first pet-sit using this site and we had such a good experience! Dakota is the happiest little dog that just wants to play, cuddle, and just be around you. Molly keeps more to herself but will cuddle up with you in the morning (if you want her to). The house was great, had everything we needed plus a nice big backyard. Laura and Kevin were super nice and easy to communicate with. We would come back here!

Shaun and Jane were flexible, warm, and welcoming homeowners, and Poppy was like a cuddly little teddy bear you never want to let go.  Jane was kind, considerate and generous in her responses to my texts and inquiries, and went above and beyond, becoming more like an advisor, comrade or friend over the month or more of our conversations. I couldn't have done it without her guidance and support!  The home is in a lovely seaside location, clean and well maintained, and I couldn't have asked for a better situation.  If I ever get a dog again, it will be just like Poppy!
