We throughly enjoyed our stay and living the British lifestyle for two weeks! Huk was just a beautiful dog and so well behaved. Duke was happy to turn up for his cuddles and food when he chose and then bask in the winter sunshine for the rest of the day. Stacey and Dave were wonderful hosts and even left us some beer and wine which was much appreciated! Stacey checked in from time to time to ensure that all was well. Wonderful hosts👍

I had a great time taking care of Pluto! I was grateful that Nora allowed me to sit with my dog Puglo and the two dogs got along great. He’s super well behaved and loves to adventure - Nora left lots of suggestions for places to go off leash which was so helpful. Their home is super cute and in a great neighborhood!
We had the incredible opportunity to pet sit Sparky, a shy, adventurous, and endearing cat, and it was an experience that left a lasting impression on us. Under the care of Karmina and her husband Van, Sparky's pet parents, we discovered a truly remarkable feline companion and witnessed the genuine love and dedication of his owners. Taking care of her was a breeze, and she was a shy but incredibly sweet girl. Sparky, with his timid nature, captured our heart from the moment we met her. She is very beautiful, her eyes are stunning! She loves to explore around! Despite her initial shyness, it was evident that she possessed a gentle and affectionate soul. Her soft purrs and gentle head nudges were a testament to the trust she had developed over time, we loved to see that day by day. Karmina and Van are truly exceptional individuals. Their warmth and kindness extended not only to Sparky but also to me and Thamires as their pet sitters. Staying at Karmina's home was a delightful experience, as we felt warmly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. We are grateful for the opportunity to care for Sparky in Karmina's well-organized and inviting house. They provided us with all the necessary information about Sparky's routine, preferences, and any special care she required. To be honest she is very very easy to care! We need to say thank you for Van (he comes to pick up us around there in Seattle) and they provided us a lot of GREAT FOOD, maybe they are the mostly foodie people we ever met! That inspired us to explore more new things! All the place inspired us, all the environment is great and inspirational! Throughout our stay, Karmina and Van were very accessible and gave us all the privacy, always being nice and great. They made sure we had everything we needed and took the time to explain the intricacies of their home, making us feel like a part of their extended family. Sparky's pet parents had created a nurturing environment that allowed her to flourish. Their attention to detail in providing for his needs was truly commendable. From his favorite toys to his cozy sleeping spot, every aspect of Sparky's well-being was carefully considered. You will love to see that love! Sparky, the cat, initially seemed a bit reserved, as most cats are, but she quickly warmed up to me within just one day. She showed her playful side and enjoyed my company. Sparky's shy nature gradually transformed into a blossoming personality during our time with her. Through patience and gentle interactions, I witnessed her gradually opening up, revealing her playful side and allowing me to share in her joy. Karmina and Van's home was a haven of comfort and tranquility. The amenities provided were exceptional, ensuring that both Sparky and us had everything we needed for a delightful stay. The attention to detail in creating a welcoming environment was evident in every corner of their home. The location of Karmina and Van's home was also a highlight of the experience. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, there were numerous local attractions (try the Vietnamese café!!), restaurants, and places to explore. I particularly enjoyed visiting a lot of local places and restaurants around there, which was just a stone's throw away from their home. You will see how it's too close to downtown Seattle but has a very local vibe! It's a really nice neighborhood! Karmina and Van's dedication to Sparky's well-being extended beyond their home. They shared valuable insights about the local community, providing recommendations for nearby establishments and activities. Their knowledge and enthusiasm added an extra layer of enjoyment to our time with Sparky. Our experience pet-sitting Sparky, this lovely shy cat, was nothing short of extraordinary. Karmina and Van's unwavering love and care for Sparky, coupled with their warm hospitality, created an environment where both Sparky and I felt cherished and at home. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of Sparky's life, even if only for a short time. The bond we formed and the memories we created will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Karmina and Van's dedication to their beloved pet and their genuine kindness and generosity have left an indelible mark on us, reminding us of the profound impact that pets and their pet parents can have on one another. What a great experience to get to know this family and her lovely little dog Alba. Don’t miss out this opportunity. After a video phone call online, we got to know each other and shared more information about the sit and us. The communication was authentic and easy, so both sides confirmed the sit directly. We have been invited for dinner and spend a wonderful evening with Emers family. We enjoyed each minute and felt welcome and home right from the start. And her husband knows how to cook a delicious dinner ;) Alba is a pure package of joy and makes it easy to connect. We had great walks with him outside, enjoying the fresh air, the sun and the beautiful landscape around. The house is a nice and cozy place and has all the facilities you might need. Alba is well educated and listened right from the start. Most of the time we could walk her without a lead. All responsibilities about her food are not complicated, playing and cuddling was much fun. And we would look after her any time again. After the sit finished, we spend another great evening with Alba and her family ;), watched Rugby, enjoyed another dinner and shared some of our life stories. We can highly recommend this sit, the dog, the family, the place and house, everything. Apply for a sit and experience it by yourself.
This was a lovely and peaceful sit. The dogs knew their schedule and were easy to keep company. Mickey, queen of the castle, loved staying close and enjoyed snuggles. The bigger dogs Khan & Luna are big babies and large bodies, they are learning as they are still very young. They played well with one another outside for the majority of the day as it was the perfect temperature outside during my sit. (70 degrees) The neighborhood is calm, quiet and safe. The home is tidy and well organized. I was able to find things when needed. Erin is an excellent communicator and was very available to answer any questions.

Olya is by far the best cat sitter Violet and I have ever had. She clearly loves cats, and my very picky cat loves her. She is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and I get plenty of pics of Violet playing, being bridge, and snoozing so I never have to worry about Violet when I am away.
Olya takes the best care of my gorgeous young Holly and sends me photos of how she’s doing and the walks she’s enjoying in her care. I couldn’t be happier with the service Olya provides and I’ve never had to use a kennel since getting her at 8 weeks old. Holly is always excited to go and stay with Olya and pulls to her door without hesitation or crying at being left which makes me very happy. Excellent service and highly recommended.
Can’t rate this service highly enough. This was the first time we had left our dog anywhere and we were anxious about doing it but Treacle loved every minute. We were sent regular updates with pictures which we really appreciated. So happy to have found a safe and caring environment and will definitely use this service again.
Olya at Fluffy Paws has looked after our pets several times over the years and she is amazing. From a few days break to a week away I always know I can trust her to love and care for our cats and dogs. It's not an easy job with older pets and young nervous ones but Olya is thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable which means the pets have a great stress free time whilst we are away. She will adapt her care to their differing needs, give medication where needed and sends lots of updates- this helps so much and allows you to enjoy your time away with peace of mind. I can't recommend Fluffy Paws enough
Olya, is very accommodating with meeting the owners needs, and the dogs. Jazz took to Olya straight away, and responded to her instructions well, firm but fair. Her love of animals was obvious, and appreciated by Jazz who loves being stroked and having tummy rubs. I would certainly use Olya again.
Olya came to the rescue when another sitter cancelled on me last minute. She was very gracious and stopped by the same evening I contacted her! She is a pro -- she provided wonderful care for all 5 of my cats, sent lots of pics and communicated regularly, and can even tell my three black cats apart! They all adored her and you can tell she truly knows how to understand and handle their distinct personalities. She has really put my mind at ease -- she is reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to book her again and again to care for my babies!

I've booked fluffy paws a couple of times when I've been away and my cat needed someone to give him his meals and, very importantly, spend some time playing or just hanging out. He usuehas outdoor access but when we are away he needs to be locked in so some company and activity is really important. Fluffy paws was brilliant and I would recommend to anyone. Also great at sending lots of pics and videos, which I always value greatly.
My dog Molly had a fabulous time. She was well looked after and we loved getting updates about her day. Would definitely recommend.
Diane has boarded our chocolate Labrador, Bentley, on a number of occasions now and he absolutely loves his holiday. We always know that he is in safe hands when we leave him and Diane keeps us updated with photos. She also provides home visits for our cats to feed them and spend time with them so that they don't have to go into a cattery. Would highly recommend.
Cannot recommend Diane and family highly enough both for dog walking and boarding. Sadie loves her yearly 'holiday' where she is treated as one of the family. We have no worries leaving her, safe in the knowledge she will be well walked, looked after and cuddled! The regular updates whilst we are away reassure us she is having a fantastic time.
I Have been taking my springer spaniel dog Cooper here from been a puppy he has always settled in well and when we go to pick him up he cant make his mind up if he wants to stay or come home with us they treat him like there own dog it's well run business and keeps everything up to date we can go away with piece of mind knowing he will be safe and loved in home surroundings not in kennels. .
Probably best pet service I’ve used. Anita is a lovely lady & definitely knows her stuff! She was keen to know what training we had been doing with our pup so she could continue with it and keep his structure. Our pup definitely enjoys his time with her & she wears him out! Our dog Ozzie has boarded with Sandra and her family on 2 occasions now and will be making a third visit. He love it there getting to play with all the other dogs. We received daily Facebook videos and information txts when needed. A invaluable service to any dog owner.

Shocking company, they don’t walk your dog, they park up near a dog walking area and stay in the van drinking tea and reading a book while the dogs are locked in cages in the back of the van. I have witnessed this several times over the last few weeks, poor dogs.
K9s and Posh Paws - Wakefield. The lady who ‘walks’ these poor dogs, does not walk them. We see her almost every day parked up in a local car park for well over an hour, sat eating and reading a book. She is always parked here, you can hear the sounds of the poor dogs barking in the back of her van. She even does this on hot days when the conditions inside the van will definitely not be suitable for the dogs. This lady does not care for your dogs, she does not walk them. Please please stop leaving your dogs with her because they are not getting walked, please save your money and use another business, for the sake of your poor dogs. It has been months now we have observed her doing this and quite frankly it’s disgusting.
K9s & Posh Paws Pet Care is the most sincere and thoughtful dog service within West Yorkshire! When you know that the owner of the business has four of her own pampered poodles, that speaks volumes to me! You know you can trust your loved pet within in the care of Glenis, if you're planning a holiday, shes a dog lover through and through, so why trust anyone else? Also her dog training classes are well executed and well thought out, its also a good reason to partake as all dogs need to socialise with other dogs - happy life for your pet and a happy life for you! Only one word for K9s and Posh Paws Pet Care - fantastic! I cannot rate Glenis highly enough. Nothing is too much trouble. We use her for home boarding for our dogs. Each time we arrive outside Glenis' house, our dogs get out of the car with wagging tails as they are happy to be there. That says it all... if our dogs are happy when we are away, we are happy!
Old School Barbarism. I took a week off work to train our new puppy when we got him at 8 weeks. In a couple of days he had totally got sit, stand and wait using positive reinforcement, no pushing prodding forcing training and just words/food/hand actions. We just followed videos on the web 4 times a day for 2-3 minutes at a time (you soon know when). After 5 months we opted for proper training as we have specific issues we needed to iron out and got in touch with k9s and posh paws in Wakefield. So we paid 100 gbp (seemed too cheap) for 'personal training over 5 weeks'. 'Personal training' consisted of 5 other dog owners there as well (that was a shock) and just doing basics with no personal training. If a dog barks Glenis yanks the dogs lead upwards to startle the dog. To sit, she pushes down on the dogs bottom. To lay down similar unneeded manhandling. We previously followed Victoria Stillwell's videos that taught in a loving way with no pushing, proding etc and the dog learnt to do what was needed and was rewarded when he got it right. This 'Training' is really going back 30 years to Barbara Woodhouse. We have seen owners almost in tears as their dogs are yanked/pulled/pushed. The days of fear training should be over but seemingly not. We certainly would not let our dog board there. Now it is over, we feel we have learned very little as we had the basics and needed 'Personal Training' for specific issues which we have NOT got. The training with others is good training with many distractions and shows what it is like in the real world rather than 1 to 1. So that is useful as is the use of a dog whistle for recall! Avoid unless you like old school which may be fine for some.

This is the 3rd time Jane has looked after my hamster Bertie and the first two times seem to have been fine but I cannot even describe how upset and angry I am when I have returned home with him this time after leaving him for just over 2 weeks. There was mountains of wee in the corners and his litter tray, his bed was dirty and all wet with mould at the bottom. The water was stagnant and had scum in it. My poor baby has been living in these conditions. I wouldn’t normally do this but this is a living creature who needs and deserves the best care and this was not it.

Absolutely fantastic service, Louise is a natural with dogs and will tailor to your specific needs. I am always happy to leave my 2 dogs with her and enjoy my holiday. I sent an email regarding dog sitting for our honeymoon for two weeks and also popping to look after our cats with home visits which I received a reply a day later to say yes she was free for them dates which was brilliant so I sent an email back saying to book us in and I would pop through with the deposit and never got any reply! So I gave her a ring and nobody answered so I left a voice mail saying I had sent an email and to give me a ring back please. . . And never heard anything back so I rang the next day and no answer I tried once more the day after and nothing again! I give up! I know people live busy lives but how some people manage to run a business is beyond me.
Louise is so good with my Japanese akita willow.,Always able to fit her in for my weekends away. Willow always comes home very happy and I'm sure she cannot wait for her next visit.I would be lost with out you Louise. You are a top lady who I so trust with my furbaby. 100 percent. So relieved that after years of looking I have finally found someone I can trust to care for my dogs when I'm away other than burdening family and friends! I have recently been abroad and left our 2 lurchers with Emily and was thrilled with the service. Emily is really interested in the individual needs of each dog and runs her business very professionally. When I went to collect my dogs they were happy and well cared for and I will definitely be using Emily again. I think our dogs are missing Emily's dog Archie now they're home - he's a lovely natured dog that got on really well with ours. Highly recommended!!!
The test of a good dog service is the manner in which your dog greets you when you return. My dog is so happy, I wonder she doesn’t wag her tail right off. Emily is totally reliable, very efficient (she has a key and picks up), and at the end of a day with her, I am returned a very happy dog. What more could an owner wish? Carey is very accommodating, understanding and flexible when it came to pet sitting my dog and my parents dog. She was thorough with paperwork which helped ease my anxiety of other dogs passing on illnesses so I knew all vaccinations were up to date. When my dog fell gravely ill, she was very thoughtful and kept checking in with us. Lola loved her time with lead the way, and hopefully one day when she recovers she can return. Thanks Carey.
