We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Stevie. He was so fun to walk with to the park. He knows exactly how to get there and will lead you, but is also happy to follow if you go off his usual route. Geri and Rob were extremely hospitable and we would definitely sit for them again if the opportunity arose.
This pet sit for Vicki and Angelo could not have been better. Vicki and Angelo are the nicest, kindest and most gracious hosts a person could hope for. The house was spotless, my room comfortable with an en suite bath, and a view of pastures out my window. Kitty Ruby is so very sweet and loves a lap sit and pet. Buddy the dog is very friendly. He took a few days to adjust to his people being gone --moped about and kept his walks very short. After that he was my constant companion in the house and took me for longer and longer walks in the neighborhood. Local markets are easily accessible on foot and larger supermarkets are 15 minutes by bus. Vicki's parents live close by and graciously made themselves available for any assistance I might need. The local area is full of history and many lovely places to explore a short bus ride away. I highly recommend a pet sit for Vicki and Angelo. Do yourself a favor and arrive a day early to visit with these lovely people.
What a great sit! Louise and Manny are so nice and communicative. They picked me up from the train station the night before to familiarize myself with the house and routine. I also like that they left a detailed welcome packet. Pepe and Louis are two sweet kitties. Very well behaved and were good about coming inside when called. They both have fun personalities and are so loving once they warm up to you. Also enjoyed meeting the neighborhood squirrels, birds, and hedgehogs. The home is very comfortable and well stocked. Loved cooking in their lovely kitchen and spending time in the back garden. Very conveniently located as you are under 20 minute walk to get to grocery, village, and train stations. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away as well. Was easily able to take day trips to Liverpool, Manchester, and Chester. Thank you for this wonderful sit!
The beauty of doing HouseSitting isn't just about the opportunity to enjoy the love of pets but also to meet wonderful people. Mary and Pei are exactly these kinds of people—kind, generous, friendly, and attentive to us at all times. Meeting them was lovely. They provided us with all sorts of advice, and communication was very smooth. Their comfortable apartment is located in a fantastic area of the beautiful city of Munich. And what can we say about Pann and Charlie? They were the best doggies! So affectionate, well-behaved, and easy to care for. Charlie might seem a bit reserved at first, but within a couple of hours, you'll have all his love and trust. He's good-natured, calm, and very entertaining when playing with Pann! Pann loves to play and is incredibly sweet and affectionate. From the first day, she slept with us and adores morning cuddles! She is absolutely adorable. This house sitting was a beautiful experience for us. We walked, played, and spent time together with Pann and Charlie. Thank you so much, Mary and Pei, for trusting us. Hopefully, in the future, we can cross paths again and take care of these wonderful doggies whom we will always remember with love! We miss them!
A really great sit! Excellent communication from Bee, both before and during the sit, with very clear instructions provided. The house is extremely pleasant and comfortable, situated in a beautiful area, with excellent transport links to the city. The two cats, Beppie and Tiny, are totally charming and characterful. It was a genuine pleasure to look after them. We would definitely recommend this sit!
