I cannot say enough about Denise and her commitment to not just the animals she takes care of, but to their owners as well. Her company name says it all.... her 'clients' are the luckiest paws! Hank was a rescue and a skittish boy but Denise won him over. She would send me photos while I was working and it would make me so happy to see my boy having a great time and staying safe. Denise made Hank so happy so when we lost him, she made a point to continue to stay in touch. I trust Denise wholeheartedly and recommend her whenever I hear people looking for assistance. Someday I will own another and Denise will be the first person I call!!

We LOVE Lucky Paws! We were fortunate enough to finally find Denise after a couple of bad experiences. Since then, Denise has taken care of us thru two generations of large "packs"! Starting with a bunch of carin terriers and a chocolate lab, which slowly turned into several labs and a scotty! We will not travel without Denise taking care of our crew! And her famous walks are always most appreciated! Our dogs truly love her! She has been a blessing in many ways!

Denise and her Lucky Paws crew are amazing! Denise was incredibly professional, trust worthy, and loving to our XL pups. She always made sure we were matched with the perfect walker and had a meet and greet with each walker if she could not be available herself to take care of our pups. The Lucky Paws crew always sent the best pictures and updates too! We have lived in many places as a military family and I can say with 100% certainty that we have never been able to find any dog walking service even close to the level of service and love to our dogs that Denise and her team provide. WE LOVE LUCKY PAWS!

We love Lucky Paws! Our dog is loved and well cared for. As a social dog, she is thrilled when it is time for play group! Denise obviously loves our dog as much as we do. (Actually, it is clear she loves all her dogs!) She understands our dog's personality and considers it when scheduling groups. We love that we get photos of our dog playing and interacting. Denise even catches her personality in photographs! We have have used Lucky Paws for over 3 years. I think the best evidence of our satisfaction is that we will continue to do so. We and our dog are very lucky that we found Denise and Lucky Paws!

Denise is one of those people that once you meet her, you wonder how you ever got through life without her. She and her team are absolutely wonderful and I don't think I have ever seen my dog as happy as when Denise pulls around with the "pup mobile" to pick him up. My golden retriever has only been going to Lucky Paws for a few months, but Denise already feels like family. You can tell she and her team truly love every one of the dogs like they were their own.

Lucky Paws is amazing! They are loving, thorough, dependable, passionate, flexible and experienced! My dog would probably best be described as curmudgeonly, would light up like a Christmas tree when Lucky Paws came to get her! She knows that when Lucky Paws is on its way it’s going to be a joyous day! Receiving pictures of Winnie gallivanting in nature warmed my corporate office cubicle. Lucky Paws was able to work with her on social skills and also assisted me in ways to better her relationship with other people and other dogs. After my partner passed and I became a single dog mom, I’m not sure that I would be able to work and give my dog the experiences that she needed without Lucky Paws. I am forever grateful to Denise and Lucky Paws.

Denise and her team offer exceptional service to our 15 year old dog, Lucy. We could always rely on Denise for walks, always at our dog’s pace since she is elderly, and an appropriate level of socializing with other dogs given her age. From one dog walker to another I can say that Denise is the absolute best! I met her almost three years ago at a Pet First Aid & CPR class. I was just starting my business and she had so much knowledge to share...and was so willing to! Denise is a class act and has run a successful business for a very long time. Sheila was recommended to us by a friend and we knew from the first meet and greet she would be a great fit with our puppy. She took amazing care of our girl while we were away for a long weekend. Our puppy loved playing with hers, Tupper, and we appreciate that she was able to be socialized and get some training done while we were away. It is evident that Sheila loves her work and all dogs in her care. We will definitely work with Sheila again!

Oh my gosh, Sheila is an amazing pet sitter, walker, and care giver! We just returned from a week away and Sheila sent us daily photos, and video messages so we felt connected to our 13 year old pup. She went above and beyond our expectations and was very professional in all aspects of our experience. Right from the start we knew Sheila was a true dog lover. She arrived and within minutes formed a calming but leader type friendship with our dogs. Sheila is amazing!!! I met Sheila when my dogs were puppies. I have two miniature long haired dachshunds that are now 5 years old. They are so well behaved and well rounded. She provided us with the tools to work with our pets and made the process fun and enjoyable. Her love for our babies was evident from day 1. Sheila was amazing with our puppy. Sheila started training our puppy, Mack, soon after we brought him home from the breeder. It was wonderful to have someone come to our house for one-on-one training sessions. Sheila is passionate about dogs, is very experienced and definitely has a way with dogs. Mack loved it when Sheila came over! Sheila taught Mack the basics as well has some fun tricks. We have also hired Sheila for some dog walking too – it is great to know that our puppy is in good hands with someone who really cares! We will definitely Sheila for more dog walking and dog sitting!

Sheila is absolutely phenomenal! She cared for our Standard Poodle, Abby,, while we were on vacation and Abby and she had quite a connection. Sheila always sent daily pics and updates while we were away, so we had peace of mind that Abby was well loved and always tired after her outings with Sheila. Abby adored her and Sheila was so kind, thoughtful, and supportive when Abby passed away at only 5 years. Sheila is like a “dog whisperer”- not only that, she is a wonderful human!

Sheila was a great resource when we went on vacation to watch our aging Bernese Mountain Dog. She would always put together a video of their time together and bring him out for a ice cream dog treat. We always felt relieved and able to enjoy our vacation knowing Simon was in good hands! I highly recommend Sheila, she is fabulous!

Sheila was the perfect dog sitter! She was super easy to communicate with leading up to dog sitting and was very communicative when she was watching my dog. I got a lot of photos and videos of my dog throughout the night, and she even made a cute video collage at the end. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, and would have her on speed dial if I lived in Newport!

Tail n trails is great! Amy has done so much work with my puppy I rescued who was very timid and did not like woman. We can now take her out and she does so great plus she loves the group walks with her furry friends! Very professional business and true animal lovers!

Alexis Rodriquez, is a great dog trainer. she takes her time to work with each & every dog she works with, & she actually cares. i’ve personally learned so much from her. i got a gsp puppy in September & Alexis has taught me so much with training her. she keeps me updated when she has my pup. she talks to me about what i should work on with her. and some tips and tricks that a personal to my dog, because every dog is not the same! absolutely would recommend her to anyone!

Alexis. Wow. Not only does she take care of her dogs, she knows every dog’s individual needs and adjusts her behavior accordingly. She’s beyond knowledgeable when it comes not only to training but just with the dog. You can tell she actually cares about her job. She’s overall just an amazing and genuine person to work with. I love Tails N' Trails so much! So much!!!! Chrissy is beyond fantastic! Not only does she take my 11.5 year old terrier mix Maddie out and dogsit, they do hiking, walking and exploring the woods! She is an excellent dog trainer! She is the boss and the dogs know it. My dog behaves better now...even at 11.5 years old! You CAN teach an old dog new tricks! She goes anaverage of 2x a week and we could not manage without it. My dog gets the exercise and the fun she needs. She comes home tired which is wonderful. It also is great for her to be around other dogs for tolerance purposes. Always picks up and drops off. I never have to worry about my dog when she is with Chrissy! I very highly recommend!!!!

We use Petscort for a weekly Dog play group for our dogs. They come and pick them up and then drop them back off. The dogs love going! Always very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

We have been using Petscort since 2017 and Michelle & all the Petscort team have been amazing with our pups, both for daily afternoon walks and pet sitting overnight in our home. So caring and thoughtful, they all have wonderful relationships with our dogs. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!

We have been using Petscort for 3 years and loved their service. When we received orders to move my first thought was how do we move Michelle and her family with us?! They took care of our pups and cat like they were their own. You will never regret using them!

Michelle and her team did a great job looking after our 3 kitties while we were on vacation. They asked questions during the meet and greet to make sure they understood our cats' needs, were easy to get in touch with throughout the process, and even sent pictures during the trip so we could see our kitties were happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Petscort and would use them again!

These are the only people I would ever trust with my cats in my home. Since my sister moved out west I haven't been able to find anyone that I feel comfortable leaving with my three cats. One of the Cats needs medication and the other two try to sneak out the door. Michelle ( petscort owner) and cat sitter Megan came over a few days before my trip to go over everything. They were professional, attentive and caring and I knew right away that I could trust them with my 3 kitties. Megan sent me pictures and little updates while I was away and when I came home the cats were relaxed and everything was perfect. I know other cat owners know is very hard to find someone to take care of your cats. They really need to stay in their own home and finding someone You trust is very nerve-wracking. Finding Petscort is such a relief. I was able to go on my trip and relax and not worry. I'm planning a two week vacation out of the country in the winter and it's such a relief to know I can count on them. I can't recommend them highly enough

Michelle and Troy are excellent in their communication, pricing and most importantly the care they provide for your animals. I would recommend them 100% to any responsible pet owner. Plus, they have a huge backyard for your dog to run and play - so your pup is having FUN with other dogs while you are away!

We have entrusted the care of three of our dogs with Michelle, Troy and their terrific Petscort team for nearly 15 years, which is a good indication of how much we endorse their services! An all-around wonderful company that provides great care of our four-legged family members. We have primarily used Petscort for our dogs' playgroups (which they absolutely love), but we have also relied upon Petscort for petsitting while we are away and individualized dog walks. They truly care about our animals and always give professional and reliable service. I can't say enough about them!

Perscort is great. I highly recommend. They come to my house to clip my 2 pugs nails once a month. 2 pugs that DO Not like nails cut. The woman are so sweet and patient. Very reliable. Very well run and caring staff!! ❤️❤️❤️

The Wiggle Room is one of the best grooming salons I’ve taken my dog to! Layla absolutely loves her groomer Vanessa and we love how caring and loving she is to Layla. Not only does Vanessa do a wonderful job with her haircuts and baths she’s super talented in dying Layla fun colors as well! I highly recommend The Wiggle Room.

We’ve taken Middle School and now Summer School classes and have had so much fun learning new skills. Rae is such a fantastic teacher, and always works with the dogs’ personalities and quirks to individualize training. My scared Pittie mix rescue has become so much more confident and we’re looking forward to more!

The Wiggle Room is just a happy place for my dog! He loves the kind, caring, and fun staff there. Brooke also does his grooming there. She is amazing. She is patient and sweet. I follow so many doodle accounts and groomers on social media, and I think Brooke, by far, is the best Goldendoodle groomer out there. My dog always looks great and we get compliments wherever we go, but all the doodles (and other dogs) always look amazing! I highly recommend the Wiggle Room for daycare and Brooke for grooming!

We took our bernedoodle here while we lived in Newport for two years and have nothing but great things to say about Brooke as a groomer. They took such good care of our boy and he ALWAYS had an amazing haircut, no nicks or patches like we have had at previous groomers. We are so sad to be leaving Brooke and her skills.

We noticed the wiggle room shortly after we moved here as we were driving around. After looking into their grooming services and talking with the owner multiple times we booked an appointment for our two pups. When I say our dogs have NEVER been so fresh and clean, I mean it. The products and services they provided were exactly what our stinky pups needed after all the traveling we did moving here. Needless to say, we won't be going anywhere else for their grooming needs other than the wiggle room!!

I’ve brought my dogs to the Wiggle Room for years; senior dogs, dogs with medical issues and rescues and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my babies!

Our English Bulldog gets the highest level of loving care from Maia and her staff. He also gets the best exercise and socialization from his fellow Wigglers! Each member of the pack gets evaluated before joining, needs to stay current on vaccines and if he/she displays anything concerning, the owner is notified. We really don’t have a bad thing to say about this establishment. Our pup truly loves it and sprints inside every time we drop him off. Get your dog into the Wiggle Room!

I just picked up my dog after boarding her for a week while on vacation. It was so nice to know she was playing and socializing with all the other dogs during the day and then had free roam with one of the staff members at night (they even let her sleep in bed with them!) The thought of her being in a kennel just didn't sit well with me. The wiggle room is by far the best doggy daycare/boarding facility/groomer on the island. I wouldn't send my dogs anywhere else!

Wonderful experience! My Golden Cavalier came back after a board and train much less obstinate, and trained to heel, sit, stay, come, down, place, and to hold down and place. There is no more whining, he rides calmly in the car, he is now the best version of himself. He listens to me above his impulses. I cannot say enough good about working with Cyd! She works calmly and with restraint. The dogs she trains adore her, as do the dog's owners! I would do it all over again! Thank you Cyd!

Cyd took great care of our two Aussies when we were away for the weekend. She kept us updated with pictures and made sure we felt at ease leaving our furry family members with her. The girls got lots of outside time and were happy when we came home!

Our 16 month old Golden Retriever Luna went to Cyd at Hamilton Hilton for a 2 week board and train recently. She had no control of her crazy high energy. I was truly no to rehome her but thought she had separation anxiety. Cyd thinks it was a problem with over arrousal. After training, Luna is a whole new Pup! Cyd has taught us how to handle Luna to keep her under control of that energy. She’s a dream to walk with in heel for my 4 mile walk each morning. She loves to work on recall off leash, she is doing great! She is very relaxed inside and outside the house. She seems very satisfied to hang loose in our yard while I am gardening, rather than locked in her fenced yard. She is working so well with her E-Collar. I am amazed that just saying the word “settle,” and she lies down and chills inside. We still have more work to keep her settled daytime when we leave her crated during the day, but we see great improvement there too. Luna is a whole new lovable family member that we enjoy spending time with. Thank you Cyd for training and loving our pup, Luna! Heather

Our dog Teddy loves this place. We have tried other locations but they are filled with barking dogs which makes our Teddy unhappy. Cyd is very careful to make sure our Teddy has plenty of human interaction and he feels like he is home. When I pick him up he is in good spirits and well adjusted. In a few words.....I drop off a happy dog and he comes back a happy dog. Cyd loves all animals and is passionate about keeping your pet safe and happy.

This was the very first time leaving our dogs, age 16,&8 with any one else then friends, I highly recommend Cyd, she is very friendly and take looking after your pets like family, send pictures and emails to keep u informed how they are doing, Snowball & chloie enjoyed there time with cyd,, Will use cyd again when we need it Ty cyd, for caring for our dogs Julie & john wellington

I highly recommends Happy Tails Pet Lodge. I have a dog that is very difficult with people. Anytime I drop her off, she happily goes back to her kennel without any problems.

Our dog was happy there and that is very important to us. The outside run is great and the sleeping quarters are big and not cramped.

Rhonda does a great job with the pets we have been here over 50 times dogs always seem happy...fenced in yard pets have a stall with plenty of room ..

Laurie at Lucky Dog Resort is incredible! We recently got married in Newport, RI and knew we wanted to have our dog Bentley be part of our wedding ceremony. We booked Lucky Dog’s wedding valet service to escort Bentley to and from our wedding and we cannot recommend them more! Bentley is a very nervous dog and has a lot of separation anxiety and so we were worried he would not do well being away from us all day and night, but when he arrived with Laurie at our venue he was extremely calm and happy. Laurie knew exactly how handle Bentley to ensure he felt safe and protected all day. Lucky Dog escorted Bentley back to the resort and took such great care of him all night until we were able to pick him up the next day. Laurie even sent us beautiful photos she took behind the scenes. We highly recommend booking Lucky Dog and Laurie for your wedding! Your pup will be in excellent hands!

This was my first time leaving my dog with anyone other than family for an entire week and Lucky Dog was truly the best, I could not have asked for a more caring and attentive staff. I knew my dog was in great hands. They truly take unique care to each and every dog. Laurie would even send me little notes or emails throughout her time there that were so special. My dog has separation anxiety as well, so I was worried how she would be for the duration of her time there, but to get updates throughout the week that she was warming up to the staff and making dog friends was so reassuring. My travel plans back home changed as well and I needed to extend her stay and Lucky Dog was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend Lucky Dog, I will most definitely have my dog stay here again for future trips!

I’m still a little bit speechless at the wedding valet service provided by Laurie and team at Lucky Dog. They made our wedding weekend a literal dream. We didn’t worry about our pups for second. The communication was incredible. They were organized and prepared. They brought our two large dogs to our photo location and then to our ceremony and then took them back for the night to stay in their gorgeous facility. Everything was the seamless. They had treats and toys and helped the photographers pose the dogs. They sent us a ton of BTS videos after. Our dogs were clearly SO comfortable with the team. I will be singing their praises for….ever probably. 1000000/10. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Laurie and all the staff at Lucky Dog Resort are incredible and made our dog Bella one of their own. Lucky Dog Resort is the only facility that not only treats your dog like family, but ensures the unique needs of your dog are met. Bella is able to have individual accommodations and has access to all of the outdoor play areas. Lucky Dog Resort is the only place we go for all our boarding needs and gives us such a peach of mind Bella is in the best care. We were so impressed with how involved they were from the very beginning, even at orientation, to make sure that Bella would be most comfortable in their care. With every successive visit we are truly amazed with how much Bella has grown in her socialization with others, which is a true testament to the patience, professionalism, and love that each of the staff brings.

Awesome boarding facility for dogs! Dogs get lots of play time with dog friends but the staff also ensures they get nap and rest time. They are careful with foods as my dog has an allergy. Best of all- counselors stay overnight with the dogs to cuddle with them. Worth every penny for the piece of mind this place offers me when I board my dog!

Laurie and Rob are amazing!! Laurie and Rob are very high quality dog handlers and worth every penny. Choosing them was one of the best decisions I made. I used them for handing the dogs at my wedding and for boarding over the weekend. I didn't want to leave my puppies (2.5 year old and 1.5 year old) with just anyone. It was the dogs' first time boarding, and my youngest one is still a little unsure about other dogs, so I was nervous. I had nothing to worry about. Laurie gave me multiple report cards the entire time and pictures of them hanging around and playing with other dogs. They even snuggled with the pups at night! Laurie and Rob really cared for my pups like they were their own. On the morning of my wedding, as I was getting hair and makeup done, they sent the cutest pictures of my pups and got rid of my wedding jitters. Also, my FAVORITE pictures and videos of the dogs from the wedding were taken by Laurie and Rob! Laurie and Rob are like dog whisperers. I was a little nervous to have the dogs around my 150 guests (they still get excited and pull and jump around people) but Laurie and Rob really knew how to control them. My guests even mentioned how great Laurie and Rob were with the pups. I wish I was close enough to use them for boarding my dogs while I'm on vacation. If you are lucky enough to have them care for your pups when you are away, definitely go with Lucky Dog Resort. Thank you Laurie and Rob!!

Grace loved her time at Lucky Dog and my husband and I were at ease while on vacation. We really enjoyed getting her reports and photos. Fantastic staff!

I can't say enough on how absolutely WONDERFUL Laurie and her staff are at Lucky Dog. My Archer, a Standard Poodle, attends doggy daycare 3 days a week which is full of enrichment and play! Archer also boards when we go away and the staff treats him with the upmost care and love. I am so grateful for Lucky Dog and would HIGHLY recommend then to anyone looking for a home away for home for their fur baby!

My puppy had a great experience at the Lucky Dog Resort. The owner was amazing to deal with. My dog sitter bailed on me last minute, so we had to find a place for my 7 months old pup that has never boarded before. Laurie, the owner, made sure that I felt comfortable and kept me updated during his state. She was just amazing and I feel so grateful for having this place close by. Our husky had a wonderful stay at Lucky Dog Resort. We loved that they were staffed 24/7 and they sent us report cards with pictures so that we could know he was safe and cared for. It was important to us that he not be left alone or crated, so their overnight option where he could sleep on a bed or couch near a staff member was perfect. Highly recommend!

We have never used a service to take care of our animals while away but we decided to give it a try for our two cats. We found Lexi via Facebook and were glad we hired her to watch our cats while away for two weeks on vacation. Lexi did an amazing job caring for our cats and it is evident she truly treats pets like they are her own. She communicated frequently with messages and videos and made us feel at ease while away that our cats were doing well. Lexy is hands down the most caring dog sitter I have ever had. She takes such good care of our Australian Shepherd. She took the time to get to know him and what he likes...apparently less walks and more fetch!...and when he accidently broke out of our home while we were away, she contacted me immediately and even offered to go out and check on him at 11pm. You're not gonna find a more competent and thorough caregiver for your furry family than this amazing crew!!

Lexi recently did drop-in visits for our cat while we were on vacation for a week. It was our first time using her services and we are so grateful we found her business! She made the process very easy and is extremely personable and communicative. In the brief interaction we had, it was clear how much she truly cares for each of the animals she tends too and respects their individual needs. Even though our cat is not exactly friendly towards new people and will hide, she managed a few glimpses of him and shared updates - which gave me great peace of mind to know he was ok! My dog Finn has been going to daycare at Paradise Paws for the past few months, and he absolutely loves it already! I feel so great knowing he is having a blast with his friends while I am at work. Meg and the rest of the staff have been so wonderful to work with. I look forward to his report cards each weekend. Can’t recommend them enough!

The Best! Our boys love it here. Teddy & Bear are pretty high maintenance and the staff at PP does an exceptional job caring for them. They have boarded and go to daycare on a regular basis. Fun fact: They also get very excited every time I drive around the corner and they know that we’re headed to PP!

The staff at Paradise Paws is so amazing, and are always excited to see our dog. The individualized attention he gets when he is there is one of the reasons we keep going back and recommend them to everyone who asks. And he loves the pool.

My dog loves this place and so do I! Every time I bring him he runs inside and is so happy. I love that they send photos as a “report card” which is so cute and shows the friends he makes. This place is also very reasonably priced and couldn’t recommend it more!

My dog loves going here and the staff love him. We walk in, and the staff immediately light up and greet him. They're fantastic for boarding and doggy daycare. My dog isn't fixed yet so they have him separate from the other dogs but he has just as much fun. Completely recommend this place!

Paradise Paws has been the best social experience for my pup since I started bringing her there. The whole staff is great, you can really see how much they care about the dogs and they treat them as if they were their own animals. For the energy my little girl has she comes home tired every time because of how much attention and play time they get. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a quality dog day care.

My dog Liam and I love Paradise Paws! Everyone is so kind and they treat the dogs very well. Liam is excited to go and exhausted when I pick him up. He loves being around the other dogs. I've used their daycare and some grooming services and I'm very pleased with all of it. Very easy to schedule everything. I highly recommend this service!

We have bringing our Pomeranian Mix, Bruno, to Paradise Paws since 2019 for both daycare and boarding, and would recommend them to any dog owner. This is a true Mom & Pop shop where the whole staff is personable and knows & cares about each dog. Their 7-days-a-week 7am-to-7pm hours for dropoff/pickup are much appreciated. Bruno appreciates their mix of indoor and outdoor space, and is always excited to race to the door to go in and play. We also really appreciate their organization and diligence with making sure Bruno takes all his prescribed meds. I can go on and on about how great Paradise Paws is, but you'll just have to find out for yourself!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with the care my mini-poodle mix, Poppy, receives at Paradise Paws! The staff is incredibly attentive, and I can tell they truly love the dogs in their care. Poppy always comes home happy, well-exercised, and soooo tired, which tells me she's had a great time playing with her doggy friends! The facility is clean, safe and I love the peace of mind knowing Poppy is in such good hands. Highly recommend this daycare!

Kojak gets so excited to going to Doggie Daycare. He loves Carissa and the other Ladies and his Dog friends. He is looked after.

We have been taking our dog here since the first week they opened and we couldn’t be happier! The staff here is super friendly and take amazing care of our very high energy dog while we’re at work. They monitor all the dogs very well and give feedback daily on how your dog is doing. Prices are the best you’ll probably ever find for full day doggy daycare.

Love APOD daycare! Carissa and all other staff are awesome! My Bella loves going there. They make sure their facility won’t get too crowded. Bella always comes back home happy and super tired from playing her heart out all day. Wish they could do boarding too, but maybe in the future when they get full staff. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience for me and my dog. The facilities were good but the staff was excellent. They were very good with my anxious dog and it helped me focus on school while TAD here. Highly recommend if you are coming and thinking about bringing your pup.
