Craig
Everything about our stay with Fia was incredible.

Before our stay, Hayley and Craig made sure there were food staples in the house and even bought some special vegan chocolate just for us! Craig also made a Google Map list of all their local recommendations for places to eat and drink which was super thoughtful.

When we arrived we were greeted by Craig and Hayley and offered drinks and snacks as we exchanged backstories in the garden sun.

After getting settled in and discussing Fia’s needs, Craig and Hayley took us on a walk with Fia to show us their usual route through the park and teach us some of Fia’s favourite commands.

After the walk they showed us the local area and we enjoyed a drink at the hare and hound and a pizza from Poli.

Over the course of the evening we were made to feel incredibly welcome and at home in the area. We even played a board game and shared a special whiskey of Craig’s!

We felt fully equipped to handle Fia and knew that if there were any questions we would be able to get a hold of Craig or Hayley over the phone at any time.

The house was well stocked, beautifully furnished and has all the latest mod cons you could ask for! Craig showed us an app he had on the fire stick which literally had every film and TV show you could think of.

Fia was outstandingly well behaved for the week and we made a real bond with her - she’s a very intelligent dog who will do anything for a chance to play with a ball. She was incredibly easy to care for, she takes no notice of other dogs (only interested in you and her ball) and practically never barks.

She’s passionate about being outside and loves sharing her joy with you.

We miss her already and hope to stay again!

Thank you for letting us stay in your home and introducing us to your sweet fur babies. They were both very easy to care for and gave great cuddles. Your home couldn’t have been a better location for us and I must admit the bed was very comfy. Please keep us in mind if you need us again.

Marsha
Marsha’s home is absolutely lovely! Our family of four felt right at home, with plenty of space for us to rest after our day time excursions. The dogs are very sweet, we loved snuggling with Rhett and Nymeria, and Crockett is simply a goofball. The bunnies are also very sweet, although Marsha’s daughter popped home and took care of most of their care. Downtown Fort Collins is about a 17 min ride from the house, but there’s many little restaurants and stores very close to the house. I highly recommend going g to Totally 80s Pizza if you have kid!! We also had an amazing breakfast at the Original Pancake House.
