Vanessa did an amazing job caring for our home, which included two dogs, fish tank and chickens. She sent us regular updates on how everything was going with pictures of our dogs. She was a great house sitter and we will not hesitate to ask her to sit for us in the future. When we got back, everything was in order, pets were well cared for and our house was clean. Highly recommend!
Danny and Rocko are two absolute sweethearts. It was a pleasure looking after them for four days. We all went for a walk together and Rachel and Ruairidh explained the dogs quirks and needs really well. The dogs are both very well behaved and get top rates for cuddles and cuteness. We'll get in touch should we be back in town.
We had a great time and would highly recommend. There are quite a lot of animals but they are easygoing and friendly; mostly requiring food and cuddles. The separate cat sallon gave us the feeling of having our private cat cafe. Our boys loved running around with the dogs and looking for eggs. There were even some ducklings when we were there. All the animals are very good around young children as well. Our 1y old daughter had the time of her life :) We were welcomed with diner, making us feel welcome immediately. Wendy provided us with a list making it very easy to not lose track. The house is really big and comfortable, with lots of light. It has a large yard and the rural location helps you relax. It is still a short drive away to some lovely sights and stores though.
I dont know where to start! Ari and alvaro were so sweet and welcoming. I visited them the day before the sit and the conversation was so open and genuine. You could tell that both of them wanted me to feel welcomed! Max and kiki are maybe one of the most social cats ive ever come across - espcially max! It was amazing to know max would be near me when i woke up and kiki would follow along in the moments maz wasnt there. The house is beautiful and ari and alvaro were super generous, offering me to extra perks during my stay - thank you for the cheese cake. And snacks !! I recommend 100%
Alex had fantastic communication and even left me many video descriptions of everything I needed to know. I found that incredibly helpful. His home was very clean without clutter and super comfortable to stay in. Frodo, well he is the absolute best. I would house/pet-sit again for Alex anytime.
Jane was great with her communication prior to our sit as we didn't have the opportunity to meet. Her home is very clean and perfect to explore the area. It was only a short stay for us but we enjoyed our time. Ziggy is very shy, we were able to get some pats in by generally Ziggy liked to chill in hidden places and pop out to grab food when we weren't watching. Thank you Jane for choosing us.
I've just spent a lovely week and a half with Toby and Lily in Robert and Tina's very comfortable and clean home. Communication was excellent throughout with the sit being arranged some 9 months in advance. As we were not going to meet for a handover, we had a video call shortly before the sit and they showed me round the house so I immediately felt at home when I arrived. Toby and Lily are a delight. Toby shared the couch with me and Lily shared the bed right from day one of the sit. Toby was always up for cuddles, whereas Lily was more reserved, accepting cuddles but not asking for them until the very last day. They are easy to look after as they have a cat flap so they can come and go as they please. The house is situated in a quiet area with very friendly neighbours. It is ideally located within a few minutes' walk of the city centre with many places to visit within Worcester and also within easy driving distance. All in all, I would highly recommend this sit and hope to visit again if dates coincide. Thank you, Lily, Toby, Robert and Tina!
