Freedom Pet Service did an awesome job taking care of our cat at our home while we were on vacation. They gave a very detailed description of everything they did during every home visit on their very efficient portal with corresponding pictures. It was like a kitty report card every visit. They also kept all of our plants alive and picked up our mail. We will definitely use their service again in the future.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. They’ve been walking my dog for a year. Always on time, reliable, flexible, they have NEVER let me down. I also have them dog sit when I’m away. They send pics so I can see his happy face, and my dog Boone absolutely loves these ladies. Jessica is obviously a very hard working person, and she does a great job hiring good staff people. Their rates are spot on as well. On the days my dog doesn’t have a walk from them I can tell when I come through the door lol. Don’t hesitate, hire these guys to take care of your pet. That pet will be in excellent hands.

Excellent communication! Jess is like a dog whisperer, I have a GSD chow that is skeptical of anyone new, and when they met for the first time it was like our pup had met a long lost friend. Jess was also very patient about us being a bit nervous to leave our dog for over a week and she really took the time to listen, understand, and alleviate our concerns. A+

Free Dog is honestly the best. I am not typically the kind of person to leave a review one way or another, but I feel that this place genuinely deserves it. I have used them a few times now and they are consistently amazing. The staff there are so friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. The facility is clean and has a very cozy feel to it, which I truly believe makes my dogs feel more at ease when I board them. They are extremely thorough in getting to know your dog's from everything to health issues to temperament to how they like to play best. I feel that my dogs are safe and very well taken care of while they are there. I had tried countless places before finding free dog and now I will never go anywhere else. I even changed the dates of a planned vacation once because they did not have availability. I love getting to see photos of my dogs everyday and I can tell from the photos and from their behavior when I pick them up that my dogs are happy here. I would also like to add that I highly recommend Free Dog to anyone with dogs that need one on one play instead of group play. Other places I have boarded my dogs have very clearly not given them any real play time. At Free Dog they will actually play with your dogs and your dogs will go home tired but in the best way!

FreeDog is our favorite groomer! I have a 100 lb Doddle who is very spirited and nervous. He starts wagging his tail as soon as we pull in. Once we get inside and he sees Emily he can barely contain himself! He always comes back to us looking and smelling great and most importantly, very happy! Emily is the best!

This was our first time using Free Dog for boarding our two dogs, Guinness & Bailey. We were so nervous leaving them due to Guinness' cancerous tumor & seizures. The loving care of our pups & your compassionate, dedicated staff was incredible. And the facility was perfect. You helped us relax more knowing both were in such special place & you can tell they really loved their stay with you. You helped our Guinness enjoy his last boarding experience. We will definitely bring Bailey again. What a blessing it was to hear about Free Dog!

First time for my senior dog at a kennel. He was taken good care of at Free Dog and even had play time with other seniors. He has some medical issues. They were great in tending to his needs and giving his meds. Felt so comfortable leaving him. I’d highly recommend Free Dog.

We’ve used Free Dog for boarding twice, and they were absolutely amazing both times! I love that you can text with the staff to check on your dogs, and there is someone in the building 24/7, so your pups are never alone over night. They even fed my dog chicken and rice and transitioned her back to her regular diet when she was recovering from an upset tummy. I highly recommend Free Dog. Our dogs will be thrilled to return for their next stay this fall!

I cannot say enough about Cindy and her staff! They’re wonderful and my dog is full of excitement the minute we turn on the street to go to Free Dog! I would give 5 starts except there’s a set schedule and limited days to use daycare. This is understandable due to small groups needed to match dogs with different temperaments. Cindy puts a lot of care into matching each group member. It’s not a negative unless you need certain days or FT daycare. Highly recommend!!

Cindy is wonderful! She has been helping me with my dogs for over 20 years. Currently I have a very fearful female rescue who I would never take to anyone but Cindy. She comes out looking great and happy with her clip. Cindy is a true dog person and can handle any aspect of dog management - walking, boarding, grooming and overall loves what she does.

First time at Cindy’s with my toy Aussie and she did an amazing job. Not only was she able to get me in the following week, which was perfect because he was overdue for a groom. Cindy cut him down perfectly he is so cute! Pictures speak for themselves thank you Cindy! We will be back, might try doggy daycare one day.

Cindy has the best doggy day care around! She is attentive, responsive, and friendly, and her day care is set up and run perfectly. Best of all, she loves dogs. She always take fun pictures of them and sends those to my wife and I, which we really appreciate! I don’t know what we would do without Cindy.

My dog has been going to Cindy for over 5 years. He looks forward to going on his daycare days. Her yard is large and spacious with fun things for the dogs to play with. Her basement is air conditioned and has several crates and beds where the dogs can take a break from the fun outside. She also does grooming, which my dog typically hated before going to Cindy. She always shares photos of their fun and even gives them presents at Christmas (owners included). Highly recommend her daycare to anyone looking.

Cindy has the perfect environment for dogs to safely play with a large fenced in yard and plenty of shade, she is an experienced groomer and I will not bring my Pomeranian anywhere else! My dog comes home happy and smelling good for weeks after being pampered! Highly recommend!

I love my dogs like they are my children. I never thought I’d find a kennel that met my standards and I could completely trust but I did with Bed and Biscuit. The kennel is a nice size, roomy pens, clean and in a charming, farm setting. The owner and staff love the dogs and welcome them like they are their own. This is the only place I would leave my dogs.

We’ve tried different boarding options in the past and the dogs never seemed happy but I can tell they LOVE it there! And it’s comforting to know they’re in good hands while we’re away!!

We have been using Bed and Biscuit Country Boarding Inn for many years! The owner is fantastic! The place is warm and welcoming. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Simply the best!

Boarded my dog for a long weekend. The owner and people were all very friendly and nice. I had called to check on Harry and received a phone call back to ease my nerves. Harry seemed fine after picking him up . So I am sure he had a great time.

Bed and biscuit is great! Kathy and her team do an amazing job with our 3 year old golden, Goose, whenever we are out of town. He is always super eager to go inside when we get there and I know they give him so much love!!

Wonderful place,my min pin had a great time ...he had never boarded since we rescued him 4 years ago and like typical min pin has anxiety and we thought he didnt like people..we picked up a changed dog,who was relaxed and happy.He loved taking 3 walks a day,and even gave Kathy a kiss the night before we came home...he has never kissed anyone else! I think he would highly recommend staying here...woof 🐾

Our pup has the best experience at DRL - it’s like being at summer camp! She runs around, goes for hikes, and plays with friends. We also love that she’s not kenneled when she stayed overnight. The owner is lovely & posts lots of pics so you can see what your dog is up to while you’re away!

We’ve brought our dogs on multiple occasions and they come back exhausted and happy as can be. It’s amazing and for such an great price. The staff are knowledgeable and good with our two dogs and make sure to do slow introductions with other dogs. They even send you pictures throughout day of your fur baby having a blast to ease your mind. I highly recommend

We send our 2 dogs there a couple days a week. They absolutely love it and come home completely exhausted. They go on hikes and play all day with many other dogs inside and out. The “home/farm” atmosphere for the pups is so much better than the kennel and small yards that other daycares tend to offer. DRL is highly recommend! ❤️

The Whisker Haven is such a blessing! It is because of them that we were able to enjoy our vacation time knowing that our baby Horacio was in the best hands ever. Trina is the sweetest person I have met, she is so caring and pays attention to everything detail about your Kitty and its needs. Our cat stayed over for 2 weeks and during this time Trina kept us updated on his stay and sent us super cute pictures that made our day brighter every time. We will for sure come back to The Whisker Haven for future stays because of the peace of mind we felt and their level of professionalism. When we picked up our kitty, Trina surprised us with a bag of kitty toys that our Horacio loved so much and enjoyed upon returning home. He was so well cared, we are so thankful that The Whisker Haven exists. Best place ever!

I recently boarded my cats at Whisker Haven for 5 nights, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the owner was incredibly pleasant and made the process smooth and stress-free. I loved receiving picture updates. She was very accommodating to their needs and made them feel as comfortable as possible. The facility itself is immaculate and exudes calm vibes, making it a perfect environment for cats. It’s clear that the well-being of the animals is a top priority here. As a nice touch, we received a goodie bag at the end of our stay, which was a thoughtful surprise! Whisker Haven is an amazing boarding facility just for cats! Our 2 cats spent almost 2 weeks there and I don't think they wanted to come home. The cat condos are all unique and thoughtfully designed for all types of cats. We loved the daily updates and pictures. Trina did such a great job making sure she knew the personalities of the cats and what would be best for each. We will definitely use Whisker Haven again if the need arises.

I cannot thank Trina enough for taking such excellent care of Cleo. We traveled about an hour from MA as she was recommended to us by a family member. We were nervous to board her, as it was our first time, but Trina offered so much reassurance by sending daily photos/updates to us. Clearly Cleo loved the playroom/watching birds from the window. We will definitely be using Trina's services again when we travel in the future, and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to board their kitty!

We were going to be away for about three weeks and were looking for a place to board our cat that would provide her with plenty of human interaction, ample space to climb and play and long hours at huge windows. We found all that and more at Trina’s Whisker Haven! It’s such a welcoming, cozy yet enriching space that was specifically designed for cats in mind and our cat made herself at home the moment she arrived. The room we opted for our kitty had a huge tall window for hours of birdwatching and creatively used the vertical space to allow our cat to climb to heights she’s never experienced before! The playroom our cat had access to three times a day for play was amazing! There were even more windows to sit by and so many nooks and crannies for our kitty to explore, toys to play with and interesting structures to investigate! And the best gift of all the hugs, care and affection she got from Trina! We also received detailed updates with the cutest photos via email (since we were traveling) and it helped us feel more at ease. We’ll definitely be back when we next travel and our kitty is already missing her time at the Whisker Haven. We highly, highly recommend Trina’s Whisker Haven to all cat owners! 👍👍

Never have I been so impressed. Trina cared for our fur-baby Fluffy while we were away on vacation. We received daily updates complete with pictures. Trina is kind-hearted and clearly a true cat lover. It was so nice to have no concern about Fluffy's well being as she was in loving hands. Trina's facility can best be described as Cat Heaven. Fluffy's space was tastefully appointed, complete with a window view!! Rather than being called Whisker Haven, Whisker Heaven is more fitting. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Thank you, Trina, we so appreciated everything you did to make Fluffy feel both at home, and more importantly, to feel loved!

Ok, look, The Whisker Haven is hands down, the best place to send your feline family member on vacation while you go on vacation. Our Smokey was only 6 months old when we had a 2 week vacation planned, we were worried that 2 weeks of being ignored would permanently change her sweet and loving personality, we were so thrilled when we found Trina and The Whisker Haven, I am firmly convinced Smokey had a more luxurious vacation than we did. Trina excelled at communication, we received updates and photos and best of all Smokey is the same sweet cat we dropped off, how could she not be with Trina giving her love for 2 weeks. Thanks Trina! We will be back!

Trina is the best kitty caretaker! I was very worried about leaving my two girls for a week since they rarely leave the house, but Trina treated them like her own. I received thoughtful daily updates and pictures. I would most definitely leave my two fur babies at Whisker Haven again.

Whisker Haven far exceeded our expectations! Trina was fabulous and it was evident she loves fur babies! I received daily updates with photos and I could tell my cat was so happy and loved while there. I feel so lucky to have found The Whisker Haven on Google. Our experience was a My baby was very well taken care of during her 2 week boarding experience. Trina would send us the cutest update photos everyday showing how much fun our cat was having playing and window watching. When we came to pick her up she was brushed, smelling fresh and we received a bag of goodies with new toys for our baby. Our cat also clearly got super attached and loved her. Super happy to have a trusted person to take care of her. We will be coming back in the future.

We absolutely love Preppy Paws but more importantly so does our pup Tucker!! He runs right in to Courtney and other staff members and they are always just as excited to see him! They really get to know your dog and provide a positive, safe place for them to have fun! Preppy Paws is very clean, welcoming and an overall great facility! I highly recommend them!

A doggy daycare in my very own town! Convenience! This place is clean and well kept. My dog is excited to get there in the morning and practically leaps out of the car when we arrive. The staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and treat my dog like their own. When I get home the dog is so tired from her day of play, she curls up on the couch and takes a nap. She just plays with her friends all day! I trust these people and the facility completely. I know my dog is safe and happy when she is there. We are so lucky to have this great place right in town. A place you can call home away from home! Preppy Paws is by far the most welcoming, playful, and trusting doggy daycare my pup has been to! Piper is so excited to go every time that she drags me to the door so she is the first face they see! I’ve had Piper at a previous daycare and she had never come home so tired! Instead of her helping me cook dinner she is in bed sleeping! Hyper Piper has never had as much fun as she has at Preppy Paws Stay & Play! I highly recommend Preppy Paws for your loving pup! Our lab, Paislee, has so much fun at Preppy paws and is always so tired after! She seems to get along great with all the dogs there. The staff is friendly and responsive to calls and emails. We are new to the area and were happy to find a great place so close to us!

I am not sure who loves Preppy Paws more - me or my pup Suka! My shy pup jumps in the car when I say "time for school!" She is consistenty greeted by the friendly, dog loving staff! She plays ALL day with other pups, I see pictures of her each day, and she is tuckered out! They go the extra mile with a treat bag and a sign welcoming her on her first day to Suka bringing home flowers on the Friday before Mother's Day - This has been the best!

I gave this kennel a top review shortly after the new owners took over. I was very, very impressed with them then and now, a year later, I wanted to update my review to say that they're even better than I expected them to be. We travel a lot and we're always able to enjoy our trips because we don't need to worry about the furry members of our family. Our two dogs are so excited to be there when we arrive and they always receive lots of love and attention from the staff. Truly Balanced is fabulous!

Tori, Genevieve and Dylan are wonderful staff, every time I drop off my girl Maggie she is ecstatic to go in. Clean environment. You can definitely tell that the staff puts a lot of time and effort into making sure that your pup is as comfortable as possible and stays active and sociable. On nights that I’ve had to be away their boarding is absolutely amazing and is by far one of the most comforting places to leave my pup. Maggie has had multiple training sessions and after only a few sessions with TBDC you can definitely see positive improvements. If you’re going to place your dog anywhere for boarding, training or daycare, this is definitely the spot to go!

We feel confident leaving our dog Lady at Truly Balanced Dog Care while we travel. They have been great with her and our experience only gets better each time. They keep us updated and informed if any issues come up during her stay. Lady is always excited when we pull into TBDC which is a reassuring feeling. When I leave my boy there I am confident in the great quality training and care that is provided, I never have to worry that my boy isn’t being taken care of! The training Dylan gives is great, he works with me to see what issues I might have to work on and is always at the forefront of what is best for my dog! The progress that my boy has made is tremendous and I get comments from my friends about how well behaved he is compared to before!

I am actually blown away by my experience with truly balanced dog! I was a little bit skeptical at first, because my dog was really out of control, and I had doubts about his ability to be trained but this training service came highly highly recommended from a friend of mine, who has had phenomenal results with her three very out of control dogs and I trusted her referral. I’m so glad that I did. I boarded my dog for three weeks, and when I went to pick him up, it was like he was a different dog in the best of all ways! I truly can’t believe it. He is obedient, he is far less hyper and so much easier to live with and manage. The biggest challenge for me is getting myself trained to maintain the training that he received but I was given excellent advice in that regard, and I was told that I can come back at any time for further instruction. I would highly recommend their services to anyone! It was worth every penny!

We love TBDC! My rambunctious labs have attended daycare, boarded for a week and were groomed. They are sweet boys but are a handful and the staff accepts them as they are which gives me great peace of mind. After speaking with Dylan and him agreeing to watch my parents’ dog, he ghosted us and we never heard back from him again despite reaching out multiple times. This is an extremely unprofessional way to run a business and left us hanging last minute.

We LOVE Playtime Pet Resort!!! And Moose does too! When we get off the exit, he knows exactly where we are going and the tail doesn’t stop. The staff are so wonderful and take such amazing care of all the pups. And not to mention, they take photos daily and it makes my heart so happy to see our baby having the best day!!! We feel so fortunate to have such wonderful people caring and looking after our pup.

Playtime Pet Resort is a safe, wonderful place for our little pup Nova. She loves it there and we love the staff! Always willing to go the extra mile for us because our schedules are so crazy! Our dogs go there and they love it. They know exactly where they are going when they’re on their way and get so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. The facility also has a ton of extras for the dogs (ie bacon bubbles, one on one playtime, and other fun treats). We love taking them, and they come home pooped everytime !!

We love Playtime Pet Resort in Salisbury. We have sent our dog, Sniper there for about 3 years for day stays and for over nights too. Thanks for always loving him when he visits.

Unfortunately, this daycare does not know how to work with high energy dogs, so if your dog is high energy, I would not recommend bringing them here. They told me via email to never bring my dog back. That should have been a phone call and was a bad business decision in my eyes.

Meghan went above and beyond for my dog when she stayed there. My pup had a bladder infection and Meghan took time out of her day to bring her to the vet. My pup gets all her puppy energy out during the day and is sound asleep by the time we get home and gets so excited to go there. We love A Walk in the Bark!

My Rocky spends an avg. Of 1 week when he goes there and he comes home happy and not stressed. Worth every dime.

I have trusted them with my lovable boxer for 3 years now while away. Never have been disappointed when picking him up.

Freat olace for the dogs when we need to be out of town, really nice, caring people.

My dogs best friends all hang out there!
