This was our very first time having a sitter in our own home to cate for our 3 chihuahuas & Ursula and Robert made the whole process very simple! We were a little apprehensive as our last sitter told us that pur smallest boy had been totally depressed whilst we were away, but it was clear that he was absolutely delighted with Ursula & Roberts company! Our boys can be a very demanding group & Ursula & Robert have clearly kept them well entertained, fed & most importantly stroked! The boys were devastated to see them leave! Communication was quick and we were kept updated with photos via WhatsApp during our time away. We would thoroughly recommend Ursula & Robert as reliable, tidy & caring sitters!
My sit for Lissy was great, communication was so easy, her home was beautiful, clean and grounding. I loved using the yoga studio. and practising piano! The cats were so sweet. Spike and Bindi were very curious and friendly, they'd both sleep with me and be excited about being let out in the mornings. Their feeding schedule was easy to follow. Chica wasn't around but Lissy mentioned that she was shy and hiding out was normal for her. Would definitely recommend sitting for Lissy and her sweet cats.
My husband and I house sat for Mary and Dennis twice at their wonderful home in a great location in Walnut Creek. They have a manual for their home full of any questions you would have which is super helpful to any house sitter. The pet care instructions were very detailed and helpful as well. We started each house sit feeling competent in the cares needed right away due to the great instructions. We also met with Mary and Dennis before the first house sit to review everything...again very helpful. Cassie is a fun pup who takes her pills well, loves cuddling with a blanket, and she's a good little hiker. The cats love to explore outside, but are always good about returning to the house. We enjoyed all the pets and the home very much. Mary and Dennis provided a comfortable space for us and even had the house cleaners come towards the end of our second stay, which was super helpful. We enjoyed this house sit and would recommend it!
I absolutely loved this house sit. The dogs are fantastic, so obedient and affectionate, I miss them so much! I really enjoyed looking after the chickens and ducks too - they are very entertaining. It really suited me being away from the city/town and staying in a house on the edge of a small village. Walking the dogs around the lake every day was brilliant, despite the persistent rain and the mud it generated. I can honestly say this has been my favourite so far, I currently have one dog and two cats, and I am wondering what I am going to do with myself all day! Rebecca, thank you for letting me stay in your lovely home with your lovely animals.
Excellent communication from Elena and very well set up - Tashi was a sweetie!
My partner and I are so grateful for the opportunity to stay with sweet Coco and Willie. Coco, initially a bit shy, quickly warmed up to us. She has a talkative, playful, and sassy personality, balancing independence with a love for couch cuddles. Willie, on the other hand, is equally sweet but much shyer. We discovered that spending time on the back patio was the best way to win his affection, though he mostly preferred to stay outside, only coming in for a quick bite. We believe he would have become even more comfortable with us with a few more days. We encountered a raccoon trying to come in through the cat door, which has since been closed off. The raccoons scare the cats, possibly leading them to start marking territory. I noticed a strong cat urine smell, but my nose may be more sensitive than others. Linda's home is exceptional, with a perfect location for walking downtown or visiting the local San Francisco bakery. Her gardens are beautiful, and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. We even enjoyed sightings of deer, including a mama and her babies, right in the backyard. Enjoy your stay here; it's a lovely and serene place!
