On first meeting Jennifer we knew she would look after our boy Lupin very well , she’s a very caring loving person who absolutely loves animals and Lupin took to her straight away which made us feel very confident that he would be happy in her care . Jennifer had kept up his grooming routine ( being a bearded collie he needs regular grooming) while away she sent us regular updates including pictures which we very much appreciated and it was very reassuring. Communication was very good before hand and during our sit . On our return the house was spotless and Lupin was very happy. It’s was also lovely to meet Tiny Jennifer’s companion she is the most adorable little dog who is as good as gold and was great company for Lupin I would not hesitate to recommend her . A simple review seems trivial compared to how grateful we are for Kim and Jim! They took such wonderful care of our pets and our home. They were flexible, accommodating, and stayed in touch with us the perfect amount. Our poor dog had some stomach issues while we were away and they took such excellent care of him, and updated us regularly. We also came home to an immaculate apartment. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them back and wholeheartedly recommend Kim and Jim to anyone in need of fabulous pet care.

Sandra was the best and such a good cat sitter. I truly felt my babies were very well taken care of and given lots of love while i was away.

Erum was a fantastic sitter to my dog, Griz! I’m always worried when I leave him, but Erum put me at ease. She asked great questions during our initial visit, which showed her thoughtfulness and professionalism. Erum sent lots of photos, and gave me updates throughout the weekend. It was clear Griz was very comfortable during the stay! She also took care to leave the house clean, even washing the bedding. We recommend Erum for all house sitting needs, and would be happy to invite her back.

Robyn and Dave were fantastic sitters for our pup and 3 cats! They were very responsive before our trip and were very reliable. They sent updates and photos while we were away and we could tell they truly loved animals and took great care of our pets. Our home was super clean when we returned and our pets were obviously well-loved while we were away! We would welcome back Robyn and Dave any time!

Leslie and Tucker were fantastic house sitters. They kept our home neat, were warm and loving to our pets, and they even made sure to water our plants. They were communicative when they had questions but were sensitive that we were on vacation! I highly recommend them and would have them back to houheartbeat. Trish is a pet sitting super star. I am surprised my dog did not try to leave with her after her marvelous stay with my pup. She also did a smash up job taking care my chickens. My house was left immaculate and her sit definitely made my trip so much easier and less stressful than it might have been with a kennel. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure to have Alan in our house when we went away on holiday. He looked after our cats really well, in fact Eddie may have put a bit of weight on! Alan gave us regular updates about the cats and sent photos. When we arrived back the house was clean and tidy. We would highly recommend Alan as a housesitter.

Lisa was our first "zeewoi" and we found her to be quite extraordinary: responsive, reliable, neat, organized, and communicative. We asked her to stay with us the night before we departed which provided us the opportunity to get to know her and feel comfortable knowing that we were leaving our home, and more importantly, our beloved mutt "Maxwell Smart," in capable and kind hands. Lisa is warm and engaging, and highly professional with an attention to detail that helped her navigate the nuances of our household, neighborhood, and local region. They made the experience easy breezy! Sheets and towels washed before my arrival home. They answered texts promptly and kept me up to date on my pet’s care.
