I had the most wonderful time housesitting for Erika, Jon, Pinky and Obi Juan. Their house is absolutely lovely with every modern convenience and very comfortable as well as tastefully designed. The bedroom was super comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring the west side of the island - full of beautiful beaches, snorkeling and dolphin/whale watching! Erika and Jon are amazing hosts, super responsive to any needs I had while they were gone and just fun people to be around! <3
Frosty and Jack are the most adorable poochies and I would highly encourage you to get to take up the opportunity to sit for them. They have very distinct personalities - Jack the more subdued of the the two who loves to snooze and also patrol the street from his couch. And Frosty who is high energy and loves anyone who will play with her squeeky toys. They are both loving and cuddly and the best is when they hop up onto the couch with you while watching a movie or snuggling up in bed. They both give the best hugs! Shaggy is a fascinating pet to sit. At first I didn't think he did much except sleep. That was until he spruced up when he realised there were worms on the menu. Such a fascinating creature and easy to take care of. So these adorable animals coupled with their lovely home, quiet neighbourhood and warm and friendly hosts, Shauna and Jeremy, makes this a delight of a sit. Highly recommended if you get the opportunity. And please give Frosty and Jack an extra cuddle from us when you get there!
Very pleasant and relaxed sit with Cookie, who is a very sweet old lady. Christine and Myles’s home was lovely and comfortable and they stayed in good contact while away.
My fourth and final sit in the UK was enjoyable.
Beautiful home with great company! Simon is a love bug who sheds a bunch. He is easy to take care of, and the house location is in a nice neighborhood super close to a bus stop.
We had an amazing time with Layla during our sit. Melanie and Jesús were extremely kind and welcoming. They showed us around the local area and let Layla get familiar with us. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Layla is extremely well behaved. She is incredibly affectionate and playful in the home. She can be a little nervous outside but as long as she can sit between your legs she is happy and a bit more confident. The neighbourhood is residential, with a few nice coffee spots and tapas restaurants dotted around. Overall we had an amazing start to our summer here and we’re very lucky to have been selected. We miss Layla and her dancing. Thanks so much. Ian and Daga
