Pet Sitters in Nokomis, FL

This was the second time Olga helped me with my pets. No known issues first time. This time, she was to pet sit my cat & lizard for a week. She diligently sent photos every couple of days & remained in touch. Upon return, I messaged her I was nearly home. No response. The cat was somewhat frantic and clingy, which was odd. The house was as we left it. Still no response from Olga. I locked myself out the following day and when scrolling through the smart home records to reset the lock, it seems Olga stayed a few hours after I left for the week, then left herself, not to return until the day we got back, then for about 30 min and gone again. Explains frantic cat, which thankfully was not dead cat. Lastly, did not return a $50 garage RFID, despite being asked before I left and reviving two texts after I returned, requesting it back.

Jack and Isabella were great sitters. Everything was the same as when we left. Went above and beyond taking care of our cats. 💗

Colby left our house in good condition. Upon arrival, however, Colby reported having had a bicycle accident two weeks prior that had left her with a suspected but undiagnosed fractured arm, which rendered her a less-then-ideal person to handle our active silky terrier on a leash, or, we feel, to administer the eye medicine that was suddenly required twice a day, since after our 10-day cruise, we returned to find his eye still infected, despite the availability of two neighbors who could have assisted. We feel that Colby should have notified us immediately of her accident, so that another pet-sitter could have been secured. We also believe that Colby is better suited to house-sitting than to pet-sitting.

Cici is terrific! Can’t say enough good things about her. She bonded with my babies, showed up early, and left my house neater than she’d found it. With her ready smile and cheerful attitude, she was a pleasure to work with. I would welcome her back anytime.

Sophia is a lovely, warm lady who we connected with immediately. She was very patient with Jazz, our 2 years old very energetic dog. We invited Sophia to come a couple of days early for both her benefit and Jazz’s - this turned out to be a great idea as there was a problem with Jazz barking nonstop when first left alone together. Sophia was very patient and proactive in deciding on a solution. Thanks to her patience Jazz settled down and they became friends with lots of cuddles. We would recommend Sophia.

Boy, did I gey lucky with Rachelle and Lou! I am so happy with their excellent care of our home and our pets. They both went above and beyond. Lou performed a few repairs. They organized my cupboards, creating order out of chaos. They tidied up and left our home cleaner than when they arrived. Our home sparkled. And we were treated to home made chocolate chip muffins. Written communication and pictures were excellent. Our pets, Poshie and Leo, were well fed, loved up and contented. Did they miss us? I doubt it. Rachelle's stated goal was to get my skittish and grumpy cat, Leo, in her lap . It worked, even if it was only for a minute for a start. If they were here longer, he would have made himself at home in her lap. Poshie overcame her skepticism of stangers in the house and cuddled up to Rachelle and Lou. I sincerely hope to have them back for future pet sits. Any time!

Cathy and Tim were great house sitters, arrived right on time to get them settled in and sent a daily update with photos of the boys. I’m glad they enjoyed my area and great location near the stadium they were able to enjoy a Nationals Baseball game. They left my condo perfectly clean and washed the sheets and towels and all dishes. I would gladly have them stay again!

Deidre was our first ever sitter on zeewoi, so we were probably a bit more anxious about leaving our girls than other veteran users. Deidre was great about checking in 2x a day with photos, communicating any questions she had about our home, and left the place as clean as it was when she arrived! We felt SO much more at ease during our 7 day trip knowing that they were in good hands. When we got home, our kitties did not appear stressed out at all — while happy to see us, they were much more calm than when we would use drop-in sitters. We would definitely recommend!

Val and Stephen were wonderful! I couldn’t have asked for better pet sitters. They are very friendly, patient, clean, communicative, and really cared for my pets and plants. My one cat was trying to outsmart them with the food she wanted, but they honored my wishes and in the end my cat ate how she should. They also were very easy going when my A/C broke towards the end of their trip. I felt terrible they had to deal with the heat, but they were very gracious about it. Overall, they are great people and I’d highly recommend selecting them as your pet sitter!

Sanchia was loving and adoring. Took care of our doggies and our home. She was fantastic and friendly. We would love to have her stay again anytime!

Alena is caring and observant. She took care of my Charlie so well. When she noticed Charlie was a bit down she let me know and suggested we facetime . She was right on spot. Alena is well organized and planned ahead, she wanted to learn the feeding, walking schedule right away which showed me she is a very responsible person. Grateful for her help with Charlie while I was away. Thanks to her I didn’t worry about Charlie.

Mayra did a great job caring for our pets and home. Quick and thorough communication, left the house clean and tidy.
