This was one of the most delightful sits I’ve ever been on. Could be the kid he is very shy at first, but once she warms up is a delightful companion. Deborah’s house is very comfortable and attractive, And she took care to make sure I had everything I needed. And of course, Asheville rocks. I hope she invites me back.
Juno and Bonnie are lovely pets who are well behaved and loved their walks and runs through the woods. Juno made us laugh with her love for fetch with pieces of wood and her never ending energy flying through the woods at great speed but always coming back on call. Bonnie is a little more laid back and liked to stay close. They were popular with the locals and loved by everyone. After an energetic day they insisted on cuddling up to us for the evening. We had fun together. There were lots of great places to walk and a few nice pubs nearby which the girls were happy to hang out in. Overall it was a great sit, thanks Chloe and Chris for inviting us.
I had the pleasure to look after Cleo the cat and Karoo the much admired dog for a few weeks in October. Karoo enjoyed a long walk down to the beach or in Pacific Spirit park each morning, and a shorter walk around the neighbourhood park in the late afternoon. Cleo spent much of her time finding sunny spots to sleep in or curled up on the couch next to me. Both Cleo and Karoo are on medications but Noel left such wonderful instructions and post-its that they were very easy to administer and schedule. Communication with Noel and Theo was clear and enjoyable and it was my pleasure to have dinner with them a couple of times after the sit also. I would highly recommend sitting for Noel and Theo and look forward to being able to sit Cleo and Karoo again.
It was a pleasure to housesit for Kathleen and her three boys! All three cats were very lovable and had unique personalities. They really enjoyed human interaction and were so playful. The boys were so much fun, and easy to care for! Kathleen gave us all of the information that we needed during our stay. She was even kind enough to FaceTime with us since we would not be meeting in person before the sit. Throughout our stay, she was available by text to answer any questions we had. Kathleen‘s house is beautiful and spacious. The guest room and bath were quite comfortable. The area has lots to offer and is very convenient to all of the Charleston attractions. However, the house was so cozy and had such a lovely backyard, that we almost didn’t want to leave the house! We hope to be invited to sit for Kathleen again. It was a 5-star experience!
