I loved staying in Mike's house with Friday and Tito. They are well behaved dogs who enjoy their walks. There is an open space for dog walking, hiking, and/or mountain biking just around the corner from the house. The house was perfectly set up and Mike and family were very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely come back.
We were very warmly welcomed to Mel and Marc’s lovely home. This was our first time looking after either ducks or geese and we thoroughly enjoyed it and also enjoyed the duck and goose eggs. Delicious. Meg the gander had been hand reared and was very tame and happily accepted strokes along his back and head. He also enjoyed dunking his head in fresh water which was fun to watch. Zac is a lovely cat and was much more relaxed than we expected, loved his cuddles and was always up for play with one of his toys, ate well, and was full of fun and purrs. We slept like logs in the comfy bed and really enjoyed the scenic views from all the fabulous windows. It was great to see the red kites too. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, would love to return. Thanks for choosing us.
Nothing not to like about this sit. Lovely, welcoming family, spacious, clean house, large, comfortable guest suite with ensuite and superking bed, loveable and well trained pets and a superb location with lots to do and explore. Truffle made us laugh everyday by pinching our shoes and slippers. She is ball mad and we enjoyed playing on the various beaches and in the lovely large garden - it was great to be able to let her off the lead. She also travels in the car extremely well. Tiggy pinned us down several times for the best cat cuddles we have ever had, Nibbler was no bother at all and quite entertaining munching on the various vegetables we gave her. The chickens were fun to watch too as they roamed and ran around the garden then frequently visited the kitchen doors to try and gain access to the house. They provided us with some tasty eggs too. We also had some unexpected guests in the garden - Muntjac deer. All in all we had a great week and would be happy to sit again in the future.
Everything was lovely: the view, house, and of course the animals. The set up was well thought out, especially for the horses, and the dog was a delight. Easy drive to Temecula if you need. Family was very welcoming and instructions clear.
I had a wonderful time sitting Mars in the heart of South Beach! Everything was walking distance (i.e. restaurants, beach, cafes, etc). I was able to work remotely at Michelle's apartment with super fast wifi and at near by cafes while Mars was happily playing and lounging outside in the front patio of the apt building. I had to pop up to the apt every 3-4 hours to feed him and I enjoyed this schedule since it kept me productive. Michelle was so helpful and patient with me by replying to all questions I had about Mars since he was getting used to me the first night. We became best pals at the end of the sit. (Mars, Michelle and I) Overall, it was a great and unforgettable stay. I miss them and the ocean breeze already!! 10/10 would recommend sitting for Michelle.
This is a very belated review (reflecting only my travels and nothing to do with the experience!) Ronni is a absolutely lovely person with the sweetest and most kind dogs. I had an amazing experience in Tucson, just outside of the city really. Ronni’s road ends at the Saguaro National Park, and it is truly an exceptional and beautiful part of the world. The dogs were a joy to look after and provided great companionship... For anyone looking for a relaxed and peaceful place to stay in the wonder that is southern Arizona I can not recommend Ronni enough. I am sure she will treat you with the same respect and trust she did me.

My rabbits were looked after by Sally for a week while we moved home. My bunny stayed with Sally for a week this Christmas. We just picked her up and she was so happy and full of life. Sally clearly took very good care of her. Im new to Norwich and We Love Pets were recommended to me by a colleague, and now I recommend them to everyone! I was initially sceptical about using a company because I thought they’d be too expensive and I had an individual dog walker before. But their prices are really reasonable, and it means there’s never any last minute cancellations because of holidays or sickness. Steve and Jake are really reliable, flexible, kind and professional. I get regular updates and pictures from their walks, and my dog was so tired when I got home from work the other day he took himself to bed 3 hours early! I can’t recommend them enough.
I recently used Steve and his team for drop-in calls during the working day for our English Bulldog. Having never used a similar service before I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and care given. They kept me in touch regularly and Calli thoroughly enjoyed all the fuss and attention. I will certainly be using their services again soon.
We have had an amazing experience today, which is all down to Steve from We Love Pets Norwich! We needed a dog sitter whilst we attended my son’s graduation at UEA. Our plans changed more than once but Steve was flexible and accommodating. We met Lyn and Keith today, and our Standard Poodle Phoebe had the time of her life at their lovely home for the afternoon! They also helped us to get to the ceremony on time and even gave us a cup of tea at the end of the day! I would not hesitate to recommend these wonderful people with regard to looking after dogs!
Steve is brilliant with our menagerie - dog, cat and chickens! Always sends pictures and a message when he visits, which is very reassuring, and is very punctual.
I cannot recommend We Love Pets Norwich enough! I contacted them at very short notice after being let down with my previous arrangements for my dog Sophie, and they responded immediately, came to meet Sophie, and established exactly what I required. Steve set up a WhatsApp group with the lovely young lady Sydney who would be walking Sophie so that I was in contact at all times, and Sydney kept me updated with plenty of photos and updates whilst I was away. Sophie was relaxed and happy when I returned, in fact I think she was disappointed I wasn't Sydney! Great service, great choice of services, and fabulous team! Thank you!!
Can’t thank Steve enough for taking great care of our German Shepherd. It was a one off as we don’t live locally, and it enabled us to attend a funeral. Great communication prior to the day, a quick meet and greet to fit our schedule, and then activities and care appropriate for the length of time he had her and temperature of the day. Well informed throughout by pictures. Would recommend. Thank you
Steve took my lab Archie out for a walk every day for two weeks He played ball with him and sent me plenty of photos If Archie could talk I’m sure he would say that he had the best time
We used this home boarding service for the first time earlier this month when we attended a family wedding without our ageing two Jack Russells (both 14) In the end they had such a great time and were so well treated that they almost didn't want to come home. The couple with whom they lodged are in high demand so we're already planning our next break for 2024. Thanks to everyone involved.

Darcie is so well cared for with Steve and Anita.. have already done two years trips for vaccinations etc groomers and home visits and park walks with their own dogs. Darcie is getting lots of attention and socialisation which is great especially as being with me 24/7 during the recent lockdown and at home. I am returning to work albeit part time and was anxious about leaving her. Having lost my previous support I found We Love Pets and Darcie is happy so I am happy...very reliable and will always try to fit me in if an emergency. I get lots of pictures and videos too when she with them which is such a bonus as I know she is in safe hands. Can't praise them enough.
Tracy and her husband took care of my cat for 5 days, and he absolutely loved them! He normally doesn’t like strangers, but he seemed to warm up to Tracy from the first day, and he was very happy to see her every day! It definitely allowed me to relax knowing he was being taken care with such great care!
Tracy looked after my cat and rabbits while we were away for 10 days. It was not ideal timing because we had builders there while we were away and my cat is very wary of strangers at the best of times. Although Tracy didn’t see my cat every day she reassured me that he had been coming in for food every night. She also did a brilliant temporary repair job for me when one of my rabbit homes developed a hole in the bottom of it. She kept in regular contact and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
We have two female cats with very different personalities and like any pet owner, we are anxious that they are fed, watered and cared for while we are away. This was the first time that we have used Maccy G Pets service and we can report that we are very happy with the service. Tracy visited us to meet our cats before we travelled which was a nice touch. Tracy kept us updated with daily videos of her interactions with the cats and when we returned all was well with them and our home. Thank you for the care. We would happily recommend their service.
We could not be happier with the service provided at such short notice. Our two elderly cats absolutely love Tracy. Sadie, our eldest at 18 with failing kidneys is a hard nut to crack and very hard to please but the daily photos showed us that she was very happy in Tracy's company, along with Jinx, who has suffered with separation anxiety previously. She took the time to come and visit and introduce herself to the cats prior to starting to care for them. We have booked again as they have been so well looked after.
Having Tracy to look after our Maine Coon kittens for a week meant that we could go on holiday without worrying about them. We had daily video updates to show all the strokes and attention they were getting! And they were bright eyed and bushy tailed happy kitties when we got home :) We would recommend Maccy G Pets without hesitation!
It was the first time we used Maccy G and they were fantastic We went away for a week and Diane was absolutely wonderful. Our cat Archie is very shy but Diane was so patient and managed to help him overcome his shyness and I could see from the photos she sent that he looked so happy and content. It took away all our worries about leaving him. They are wonderful and we will always ask them to look after Archie when we go away. We really would recommend them. 😀
Tracy is a very experienced and trustworthy person who has a real gift/talent in looking after pets. Everything from pre-visit to regular updates whilst on holiday was brilliant. The pets were extremely well cared for and we didn’t have to worry at all whilst away. We would highly recommend this pet sitting service.
We booked Tracey to come twice a day for 5 days, to feed our 2 cats, while we were away. She came to visit before hand and meet them, the paperwork was quick and easy to complete and as she'd already looked after other family member's pets, we didn't have any concerns about the care she'd provide. She wanted to keep their routines as similar to normal as possible and was happy to spend time with them on her visits, brush them, play with them etc. Turns out, as our cats are total wimps, they didn't want to spend much time getting to know her, but Tracey made sure we knew they were safe by contacting us with photos or video of them when she popped in. Although this is her business and it would potentially reduce her profit, Tracey offered to cut back from two to one visit per day, due the cats having access to inside and outside space and eating dried food. We did take her up on this and saved ourselves a few pounds - thanks Tracey. Our cats, Percy and Archie, would not have coped well in a cattery, so this was a great option. Although they were probably a little miffed with us going away, they were both fed and watered and happy to see us in our return. Photo of Archie who was pretty illusive while we were away.
Had a fabulous experience with Tracy looking after my two turtles. You can tell she cares greatly about keeping animals safe, happy and healthy and wants to learn about their personalities. I felt super comfortable leaving my turtles in her care, she sent me daily updates with photos which really put my mind at ease while I was away! 💚 Cheap and friendly service that I will be using again!

Our lovely Milo has just enjoyed another two week stay and looks like he’s had great fun at Two Acre Kennels. He always gets very excited when he is on route there and they look after him and all the other furry guests so brilliantly. They sent us regular updates while we were away, we cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks to all the Team at Two Acre Kennels 🥰🥰 photo taken on his return home this morning looking happy, loved and well cared for. They offer a collection and drop off service and Milo loves his journey home with Steve who looks after him very well in his air conditioned van.

Our daschund is very nervous after bad boarding experience somewhere else last year , but with 2acres He comes home happy relaxed We can tell he had been cared for they understand him and he stays in Ruby quiet lodge

Great place for my cats to stay. They gave a little outdoor area for them to play with too.
Have used these kennels twice now, both times very reassured that my two dogs are really well looked after. We request that they put in a kennel together. The kennels are lovely and spacious even with two dogs. We take our own bedding, toys, food etc but the kennels will provide if you wish them to. Dogs are exercised together or separately if you wish and very regularly. One of my dogs isn't great at being away from home but the kennel staff are lovely making a fuss of her and even hand feeding her! We booked a tour prior to booking our dogs in. Would highly recommend you do need to book well in advance as they get really booked up.
My dog is always happy to go, and not bothered about going home, staff are wonderful!, she could do with a brush though, after a few days she is a mess.
First kennels that my dog has seemed happy at. My dog came out of this kennel happy, and healthy, she wanted a cuddle from the front desk staff before she left! At all other kennels she has lost significant amounts of weight, smelt bad, wanted to get out as quick as possible without seeing anyone, and clearly not enjoyed herself. Can't recommend 2 acres enough.
My 2 dogs age 4 and 2 have gone here since puppies both in daycare and when we have been on holiday. They have thrived in this environment and are so happy to go!They are seen as individuals and it is a home from home environment ❤️

Our Lab puppy Ellie absolutely LOVES it here, when we pull up she goes crazy with excitement, which in turn makes it so much easier leaving her knowing she is so happy and well looked after. Caroline and Dave have been great and can't do enough for her... she is one very happy pup who never wants to leave when we pick her up. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Horseshoes Doggy Day Care!

We’ve used The Horseshoes for a few years now. The dogs absolutely love it. They get so excited when we arrive. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and always put the dogs first. Would never leave my dogs anywhere else. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Really wonderful people who clearly love dogs. My little pup has been coming here for a few weeks now and she gets so excited everytime we arrive. She has a great time playing with the other dogs and is always snuggled up fast asleep when I pick her up. There are great dog facilities - space to run, games to play and a dog proofed caravan for the dogs to get out of the bad weather if the day is miserable. They understand our dogs needs and make sure that as a puppy she doesn't get overworked as she's still growing. The Horseshoes has become our pups home away from home, I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else or anywhere she could possibly be happier to go to for what now refer to as playgroup :)
Amazing! My dog Phoebe absolutely loves it here and is so well looked after, I am so happy that I have discovered the horseshoes - I wouldn't take Phoebe anywhere else. She has so much fun with the other dogs and it is great to hear all about her day when I pick her up. Would highly reccomend - absolutely amazing place and people who clearly are passionate about the dogs they look after.
Absolutely amazing! We've been taking our Ziggy to the horseshoes for a few months now and I can honestly say he has the time of his life. Once he arrives he cannot wait to get in and involved! Caroline and Dave are lovely and take such good care of him. So glad to of found the Horseshoes daycare I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Absolutely fabulous! The team at Horseshoes are wonderful. My dog comes home from Doggy day care so happy and contented. Just moved to the area and have been looking for kennels for my 2 beagles. Called to try and make a booking and was told no we can't take them we're fully booked for the rest of the year! Sorry but I don't believe that. Not at all friendly or helpful.

Being new to the area of Taverham and my girls previous lovely dog walker not covering Taverham, I nervously hunted around for a new dog walker. My girls are Romanian rescues, that have their quirks and very different personalities. I contacted Danielle at Good Dog Pet Care Services and explained what I was looking for and what the girls walking requirements would be. Danielle instantly reassured me in answering all my many questions and I felt at ease when Danielle offered to do some ‘getting to know them’ visits. It was great to see how the girls took to Danielle and how patient, kind and calm she was. The girls now greet Danielle with delight as they know that they are in safe hands and happily go off on a walk with her. The pup updates and photos are a pleasure to receive too. We've been really impressed with Good Dog Pet Care Services. Tim our walker has been calm and generous with our anxious spaniel and all communications with the team are good, from member reminders to summaries of the walks and how our girl got on. Would very much recommend.
So glad we found you. Our dog walker Tim has been brilliant with walking our nervous rescue dog, taking things at her pace and letting us know how she's getting on, they are now best pals! We really value the excellent communication and updates, and the online portal makes it really easy to schedule walks and make payments. Would 100% recommend.
I cannot recommend this service enough. Without Tim, I wouldn't have been able to continue at my job after I had some situation changes. My dog Obi is pretty nervous but took to Tim instantly, and the walks have been an absolute lifeline, meaning that Obi gets to have adventures in different places and with different dogs than I would take him with. Tim is fantastic with communication, always lets me know when he's going to pick Obi up and gives me an update if there have been any issues or unusual behavior. The 'pupdates' are super cute, to the point where I use his pictures when people ask what my dog looks like! :') The rates are great, and they also do weekends! (for a higher fee which is totally justified and I have no issue with) I contacted so many companies before finding this one that just didn't do weekends at all and you had to have a set day every week, the service is the most flexible out of any Norwich provider I could find which has been essential as a shift worker. I only use the dog walks but they provide loads of different services which you can book/cancel/edit online and then view in a calendar. I trust Tim 100% and am so grateful to have found such an excellent dog walker. They really care about the dogs and it shows. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Good Dog Pet Care are incredibly reliable, kind, and professional: - They are considerate and flexible to my (ever changing) schedule, have always been 100% reliable - Staff are extremely natural and kind to my dog - I employed Danielle as she has a degree in pet care showing hard work/dedication. Our rescue dog has behavioral issues and Danielle has gone above and beyond with support and advise to help us - The company have meet-ups so you can get to know them better if you wish - They also give text updates after they visit your pet which is great when I'm at work!
Helen was amazing caring for our young pup while we had to go to work. She was very reassuring and we knew both the dog and the house were in safe hands. Helen communicated with me throughout her visits how our puppy was getting on, which was really reassuring! With very short notice, Helen was able to walk our son’s collie (Boo) every day for 10 days, during Boo’s stay with us. We were delighted that she was able to help us out. We were delighted with our dog- sitter, Saskia, who looked after our black lab, Rufus, whilst we attended an afternoon event. Now quite old, we were worried to leave him alone and made enquiries with Good Dog Pet Care Services. Danielle put us in touch with Saskia who made sure he had drinkies, a potter around the garden of our holiday let, treats and lots of TLC. My pampered cat Hetty is treated like a queen at home. I would not trust her care to anyone else except Follyfoot Cattery. She has stayed 4 times before and I dropped her off for her spring break this morning. The staff at Follyfoot care for her as I would. She gets treats and her food prepared like she has it at home, sprinkled with parmasan cheese (that's how pampered she is). It is my opinion that Follyfoot is the best cattery in Norfolk. I can't recommend it enough. Hetty loves it, it is her holiday where she can run in and out whenever she wants and when she gets home she is a relaxed happy cat. I am a very very satisfied customer who will be returning to Follyfoot when Hetty needs her next spa holiday.... Five Stars just isn't enough... Follyfoot Cattery is 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 out of 5 !!!

Our cat is diabetic so we were concerned about leaving him anywhere. We need not have be at all concerned. Chris is happy to inject him twice a day. Bertie is not a people cat but adores Chris and is reluctant to get in his carrier to come home. Would not want to leave him anywhere else. Cannot remember how many times he has stayed there but it is quite a lot. Thank you Chris for your excellent care of our boy

Very happy with Follyfoot. We are boarding our cat here while we wait for our new home to be completed. We were worried about her long stay, but needn't have been. A call to Chris to see how she is settling in revealed that our "elderly, one person stay at home cat" is perfectly settled, safe and happy! One less thing for us to worry about.
Was able to get my cats in here at very short notice just before Christmas when the place I'd originally booked cancelled on me. Glad we could too as my cats don't normally like being in a cattery but this time they came back relaxed and content.
Have used this cattery on a few occasions, over the past 10 years. Both Clive, and his son Chris, always provide a fantastic, and easy, service. One of my cats had diabetes, and needed extra care. Follyfoot were brilliant, with her, and it seemed she didn't want to leave, when I came to pick her up. Highly recommend this cattery.
Do not go near this cattery. We discovered that the license for this cattery appears to have expired in 2019. The business was originally owned by a Clive now by a Chris. Pippin was booked in for two weeks by our daughter, after checking it had good reviews. We phoned every day as he was a young cat.we didn't like the answers and suspected we were being fobbed off. We went to pick Pippin up after five days. Our first impression was that it was run down unlike the pictures. When we went into the cage area to pick up the cat he smelt of pee his fur was matted he was highly stressed and he was underweight. The instructions given by our daughter had not been followed and Chris was obviously lieing about what went on. On leaving we went straight to the vets. He was highly stressed needed observation for the next few days and might need drugs to calm him down. He was be all accounts in a terrible state.
My ginger and white cat Marmalade has been to Follyfoot cattery on several occasions over the past 4 years. As an indoor cat, he is anxious around new people and is scared of other animals. Despite this, he always comes back from the cattery very happy and has clearly been well looked after as his white fur is still as white as when he left! Chris clearly adores the cats in his care, showing them great fuss on both arrival and collection, and often tells us stories about the other cats and their characters. As someone that gets upset having to leave my cat, it’s great to have such trust in this cattery!
Follyfoot is fantastic, my cat loves it there with a heated shelf to sleep on, he always comes back supper chilled. He gets cuddles and a fuss made of him. I always feel happy leaving him here and can go away safe in the knowledge my cat is happy and looked after.
The best cattery in the South Norfolk area. The lady is just lovely & I trust her with my cat explicitly. The pens are heated & there's scratching posts and beds in all of them. Each pen is immaculately clean. She's so thoughtful & there's a small room at the back of each pen with a bench so the cats can feel safe in tbeir beds underneath until they're settled in. She's thought of everything!!
Alfie loves coming on holiday here. He's walked twice a day given plenty of fuss and has his own warm cosy space for sleeping with his own ensuite outside. Would always recommend this hotel for dogs

Very accommodating, friendly and a good price. Very useful if like us we needed to go away for a couple of days without the dog.

Fantastic, they have helped from the very start with our dog. From 2 visits a day as a puppy all the way to group walks and introducing him to the other dogs in the group. Helping him massively. Not only that but when our dog had an accident and cut his leg even accommodated and offered to do single walks with him. Have been a massive help and couldn’t recommend more to anyone. From puppy to older dogs they are fantastic! There is no one else I would want my dog to be taken on walks with!
Elaine and her team take their responsibilities of walking other peoples dogs very seriously, they are professional, kind, compassionate, responsible, honest and trustworthy. I would not leave or trust my babies with anyone else. I would highly recommend Elaine and Pawfect Steps Dog Walking
