Her home is so lovely in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood of Seattle. It’s a spacious, charming house with a gorgeous back deck and yard. Sadie and Benji are absolutely adorable, affectionate, sweet, calm, and happy pups! They love walks and hanging out in the beautiful backyard. It was such a joy to care for and spend time with them. I had a great week with Rafa! Charlotte’s flat was exceptionally clean and comfortable and I felt at home right away. Such a fab location to explore Northcote road. Rafa was very sweet and often around for company when I was working. Highly recommend the sit!
We had a lovely time sitting for Colleen and Jim. They greeted us warmly and welcomed us into their home with open arms. Jim and Colleen provided us clear instructions about caring for their home and dogs. The dogs were adorable. Annie is mature and loves to lounge about and be cuddled. Ollie is still a puppy and offsets Annie's demeanor with loads of cute puppy energy. 🫶🏼 We had a great time playing with both dogs and taking them for walks to the dog park or around the neighborhood. The outdoor area by the pool is fantastic for swimming and lounging. The home is well located in Palm Desert and provides easy access to the surrounding area and all that it has to offer. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this sit to anyone looking to spend some time with cute dogs in the desert! ❤️
What a beautiful place. This was one of the best housesits we’ve ever done. Carol’s house is slightly remote, but as Costa Rica goes, not really. 15 minutes from Samara, the last 10 minutes or so are up (and down) a gravel road. You don’t really need four-wheel drive but it probably helps. The house is lovely and cool, no AC needed while we were there even though it got pretty hot mid-day. Jump in the pool is the solution for that. June and Sadie were just as sweet as they could be, very obedient and quite dogs (well, Sadie barks excitedly for her food, but that’s pretty much it). At the bottom of the gravel road is Carrillo Beach, one of the prettiest we’ve seen anywhere. The restaurants in Samara are all good, the people friendly, and Frank’s Secret Beer Garden has the coldest Imperial in town! It never hurts to speak Spanish, but you don’t need to - everyone there speaks some English, usually a lot better than your Spanish! And don’t miss the little town of Carrillo just past the beach, good restaurants there, too. We would go back here in a minute.
This was a really lovely sit. Lila was friendly and easy to talk to from the very first message and super welcoming in person too. Our video chat prior to officially agreeing the sit was informative and everything Lila covered in that chat was then explained again in person when I arrived, meaning I didn’t have to bother her with any questions while she was on holiday! Caring for Captain was very simple - he’s an easygoing little sweetheart (though despite his age he is still capable of doing mad zoomies around the room, which is quite entertaining 😂). He was a bit shy at first but if you go slow at his pace he’ll warm up to you in no time. He just wants food and cuddles 😊 Lola’s apartment is in a great location - super close to Montmartre and only a few minutes walk from a metro station. Though Paris is very walkable if you’ve got decent shoes - I walked from the apartment to the Eiffel Tower very easily (no major hills anywhere) in about 1.5 hours. It’s so lovely to walk through the bustling parisien streets and really get a sense of the city. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this sit and would happily come again if the stars align! ✨

Paws VIP has been an absolute blessing for my one-year-old dog, Rocky! The staff treats him with so much patience and care, and he genuinely loves going there. Every time we pull up, Rocky gets so excited, which says it all. The team is fantastic—they even remember little details, like making sure Rocky uses a slow feeder during mealtime. I also love the social media updates; it’s so reassuring to see Rocky having fun and socializing with other pups. Paws VIP truly lives up to its name, providing VIP treatment every time. Highly recommend!
HANDS DOWN The BEST daycare! I’ve been taking my Daisy baby here a little over 4 years and she absolutely LOVES it! This is the only place we board our two adopted dogs. We found Paws VIP for our older pups who is dangerously afraid of fireworks and loud noises. Being near the airport they aren't allowed and its the only place he feels safe on holidays like 4th of July. When we adopted our second dog the great things about Paws VIP continued. She gets anxious when she's not near our other dog so their sibling boarding option is perfect - and we get a discount! I recommend Paws VIP to all my fellow dog owners and will continue to bring our pups to their location for as long as we have them. Thank you for loving our dogs as much as we do!
I was nervous about leaving my energetic and playful pup, Max, in someone else's care, but from the moment we walked in the door, I knew we were in good hands. The staff was warm and welcoming, and they immediately made Max feel comfortable and at ease. We have been working with CJ for over two years with our Bernese Mountain Dog (100 lbs). We have consistently had a fantastic experience and CJ makes traveling in and out of SEATAC very seamless. He is great at communicating updates with daily videos and always has pick up and drop off details nailed down. Most importantly, our dog looks forward to his time here as he spends the weekend playing with the other pups all day, with CJ supervising for safety. He takes great care of our boy!
CJ has been taking care of our furry trio for years now and they love going there. Whenever we make it to his driveway, they seemingly forget that we exist and sprint to his backyard. Being able to drop our dogs off with someone who is professional and capable has been a blessing. Also being able to park our car and shuttle to the airport has made going on trips easier for us. One underrated perk of letting our dogs stay with CJ is that he posts daily videos on IG/Youtube so we're able to see our dogs while we're out of town! 10/10 would recommend!
CJ has taken care of dogs for our family for many years, since December 2019. He is professional and considerate in his planning whether boarding our dog at his home or crafting a regular weekday walk schedule. Our first dog, Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge in summer 2023. I've been taking my puppers to Fur Babies since I moved up to this area (4 years now). I trust him implicitly with our fur baby and also consider him a good friend now. I can't tell you how easy it makes traveling for us, reducing any worry that can come from dropping your dog off with a kennel or someone you don't fully know. Our dogs have always had a great time, and I know that because he also takes time to send us hilarious videos (nearly daily) of our dogs having grand old times playing with his own dogs or some of the other pups he may be watching at the time. I've already recommend his services to my good friends and coworkers and they've all had great experiences as well. Can't recommend enough!
This man is a lifesaver. He’s punctual, flexible, trustworthy, communicative, sweet and so much more! I have a tiny little shih-tzu who was a COVID baby and didn’t know a life where I left the house for work because I had been remotely working for all these years. But when my new job required me in the office everyday, I was so stressed how she would do without me. Insert Jefferson here giving her the best lunch time walks of her life and then sending the most adorable updates to me to ease my little overprotective heart 😅. I feel lucky to have snatched up a slot on his calendar. I feel so relaxed knowing he’s taking care of my baby girl. I couldn’t give any higher of a recommendation for him.
Love it. My dog loves it. We all love it. The people are very nice and it is right near the airport and a parking lot. They even send you photos of your dog every few days. It is great for crazy dogs too. You should definitely take your dog the next time you go on vacation.
Just as everyone posted here, they are amazing!! Left my dog here for a week, I was at peace knowing he was happy and getting the exercise and attention he needed. It was a little too much for my budget, but at the end, it’s worth every penny! To see him relaxing in their home, getting love and playing with his well matched friend group. Easy drop off, pick up and payment. And they send photos, and you can text any time (decent hours) and they give you an update on your pup. You can tell they love what they do. They really care about all barks of life!
Our Olde English Bulldog Henry always has the best time! He always comes back very tired and happy after seeing his friends. Also a very convenient location right next to the airport. Pickup and drop off are super quick and seamless. Great experience so far and we will continue to send Henry as long as they will have him!
I would love to start by thanking the whole crew for taking care of our benny. He was well taken care of and happy throughout his stay. They are great in communication and sending beautiful and memorable pictures. Benny got to make friends and have the best experience. He will for sure be back. We boarded our dog Pocky for almost 2 weeks with all barks hotel. It could not have been a better, safer, peace of mind, experience! Setting up his boarding was fast and professional and I appreciate that all dogs require vaccines. We dropped him off and they updated us DAILY with pictures and news of our dog! He had such a fun time, you could see it on his face. Pick up was just as easy, Pocky was washed and had a bandana! They go above and beyond. Cannot recommend them enough and will absolutely use them again.
I love this place so much!! Tamar and Amy are always so accommodating for when I need to bring my Corgi for daycare! Plus another added bonus, they send REALLY CUTE pictures during their stay. The All barks of life hotel was a great dog kennel we used it while my husband and I were out of town! the attention to detail is amazing! They made me feel comfortable dropping shadow off. I would use them again!
Boarding our dogs at All Barks Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience! If you’re looking for a facility that will love your dogs as much as you do, this is the place! Both my partner and I received daily pictures from Tamar and Amy that captured just how well they were able to bring out our dog’s personalities in such a short time :) Tamar and Amy were SO gracious when our flight was canceled and they had to keep our boys for a little longer than expected. They even had our boys washed and ready to go home with bandanas- we got our dogs back in better condition than we left them! We feel a lot more confident going on trips now that we know we have a place to take our boys where they will be genuinely taken care of.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this All Barks!! Hera absolutely loves getting to mingle with the pups and doing her favorite squeezing between legs. She’s always sad to leave, antsy to go back. Thanks for another top notch stay. There’s no place like it in the area!
We would gladly recommend All Barks of Life Hotel to anyone that is looking to board their dog. They are perfectly located near SeaTac Airport for a convenient drop off and pick up. Tamar and Amy are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. The pictures they sent to us of our dog while we were on vacation brought us comfort in knowing she was being well cared for while we were away. The pictures also captured her personality and are some of our favorite pictures we have of her!
Brittany is wonderful! She is a great communicator which helps a ton. All of our animals loved her instantly, even the 20 pound kitty. Our pup does the weekly field trips and LOVES them. We know where they are going ahead of time, and always see photos of her in action- happy as can be. Our pup cannot wait for Brittany to come for her weekly field trips. We also have an escape artist kitty, and that hasn't been a problem, which is a huge relief. Sit'N Stay has been a great asset for our (furry) family.
Brittany is extraordinary at what she does. I can't praise her enough and highly recommend her to you. Because of a fall outside my building that took me away from home for 7 weeks, I engaged with Brittany under emergency circumstances. She felt the need to be there for me and my precious kitty and did not hesitate to start seeing him right away. She had great compassion for his emotional needs and provided many strategies to help him stay calm and have fun. Every time she saw him, I received a report card from her along with a photo of my Cheeto. She shopped for everything he needed since I was unable to do that. Once again, Brittany saved me! Or, my dog actually. Brittany is a good friend of mine, and when I have a dog issue, she gets a crazy and panicked message from me. One of my dogs has had an issue for a few days and I sent Brittany pics and a description. She told me what to do, and what she thought it was. She also told me it was time to get her to the vet. Brittany was spot on. She believed it was a GI irritation and told me Coco needed a probiotic, a specific bland diet, and that the vet would likely prescribe a certain antibiotic. The vet basically said, word for word, everything Brittany said, down to the exact antibiotic. I live in a different state, but if I were near Burien, I wouldn't hesitate to have Brittany care for my dogs. Not only will she love them like her own, she's incredible during an animal emergency and knows just what to do, even long distance :)

We were out of town when our pet sitter experienced a family emergency which left us scrambling to find someone to watch over our cats. I called frolic and explained the situation. We set up an interview call immediately and was guided through the process with ease. Molly and Alexis came by in the evening and took excellent care of our cats by giving them tons of love and playtime. They really showed a deep love for the well being of our pets. Prices are reasonable, reports are thorough and service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Frolic to anyone.

Professional, friendly staff along with detailed reviews and pictures made our first week of dog walking so easy. We used frolic for the first time last weekend and were very happy with the care our pets received! We were very apprehensive about using a dog sitter but we are very glad that we were able to find a reliable and professional service. Everyone was fantastic and customer service was friendly and easy. Justin and Dylan were so sweet with our boys and we greatly appreciate the effort they took to play with them, clean up the backyard, and bring in packages. Frolic Pet Services is fantastic. I've used them on trips out of town to help keep my pet family well cared for and they've done excellent. They took pictures daily, communicated well throughout the whole process, and honestly just went above and beyond. I will most certainly use their service again.
I usually have terrible panic attacks and anxiety leaving my cats, one of whom needs insulin injections 2x a day, when I've gone away to visit my elderly father. I usually set up a kitty cam and check it rather obsessively while I'm gone. Since I found Frolic Pets, it's a whole different feeling! I don't even need the anxiety medication I usually take when traveling! They give you updates each visit on their super convenient pet portal. Really detailed and thorough notes on everything that they did or noticed. They even attach pictures of your pets from each visit and they respond immediately to any inquiries. Their staff are kind, competent and really care about your furry family members. I asked a friend to stop by my apartment mid-day in addition to Frolic Pet's visits the first time I used them. I didn't even bother my friends the next two times I hired them. I felt 1000% confidence in their staff's care and dedication to my cats specifically. I swear my home was even more clean after their visits than I usually leave it! They're absolutely amazing. You won't ever worry about your beloved pets when you travel again!
We just used Frolic for the 1st time for our 2 cats. I was a little anxious leaving them for 2 weeks with a new sitter, especially as one of my cats requires medication twice a day. We had 3 different sitters take care of the cats, and after each visit, we received a detailed report of medications dispensed and care given, plus numerous photos. The sitters exceeded my expectations, even taking the trash out (we didn't ask that this be done). I would definitely use them again!
Our neighbors use Froloc pet services, and we've watched the employees walk and interact with the neighbors dog and they do an amazing job. But, we see this one employee walk the dog, and I've never seen so much love and compassion. That guy absolutely adores this dog like it's his own, and always taking great pictures of the dog, even getting on the ground for the perfect pic. We've noticed this for over a year. I finally told him today how great we thought he was with the dog. I think his name was Thomas and the house (area)is located on 7th in Puyallup. That man deserves a raise for going above and beyond.
My pup gets anxious and isn't super great socially with other dogs, but I know I can rely on Carol and Frolic staff to ensure that she is safe and taken care of when I need it. They took great care of her when I couldn't after my double jaw surgery. I even talked over surgery options with owner Carol before going through with knee surgery for my aging pup, she is so knowledgeable and wants the best for all the pets she/and Frolic cares for. The daily pet reports while boarding puts the minds of my kids, my husband, and I at ease when we have to be away from our canine baby. Staff always write the nicest things about our pup. We will drive out of our way to make sure our pup can be cared for there (even after we moved to Eastern Washington) because of the quality of care we know she recieves.
I use Frolic for walking my dog. They are very professional and have come across as trustworthy and knowledgeable. Every time they walk him I get an email with pictures and status of if he peed or had a BM, if anything unusual happened, anything you can think of they give me a status of. Their app is easy to use to schedule walks and the price is comparable to Rover but without the stress of potentially cancelling. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a walker (they have other services but I have not used them).
DO NOT BOARD HERE! Has gone downhill! Beware of hidden boarding fees! I first contacted Frolic a few years ago upon moving to WA as Frolic seemed like a great option as they were close, with a flexible schedule, and a large number of staff. Dog walking seemed to go pretty well, and they also offered boarding services, which for our first few vacations, worked great. Recently I had my dogs stay with Frolic while my wife and I were on vacation and expected things to go as well as usual. To my surprise I received a message from Frolic On the first day of boarding that I would be charged a extra fee for one of my dogs barking....um, you own a dog business? Why am I being charged for a dog being a dog? I was also charged because Frolic insisted they knew better than me when it came to medicating my senior dog, I had specified proper dosage three times by the time the our vacation was over, and the owner suggested she knew better, and charged me for over-medicating my dog despite repeatedly telling them to stop. Luckily, an overdose for my dog isn’t fatal, but for yours it could be! As the staff and the business owner will not listen to the dog parent when it comes to dosing instructions. By the time all was said and done, we could’ve boarded a third dog for what we paid in hidden fees, which is outrageous because Frolic already charges more than an animal hospital with 24/7 care. Also, these extras are subjective, and therefore non-negotiable. I was of course I was not told about these extra fees until Frolic already had my dogs. Beware, if you care about your pets, please avoid this place at all costs.

My pup had a layover at SeaTac so we booked boarding though PJs. I was a little nervous at first because this was the first time I have had an animal flying plus we would be flying at the same time as her. I was really reassured when the airline said they work with PJs all the time. We then also had the airline try to contact us while we were in the air, which was terrifying, PJ was able to talk to the airline for us to help figure out what was going on. This was so amazing! PJ was quick at replying to emails, picked up the phone when we called, and replied to texts when we had an emergency during our flight. Would definitely book through PJs again! The one thing PJs can improve is their website I found it different to navigate on mobile. You need to change your browser to 'desktop mode' to be able to access the drop down menu and find the content info.
Due to the heat Embargo, going from North Carolina to Hawaii. We had a hard time rerouting our pets to an airline that could fly them. We ended up having to go from North Carolina to Seattle, but it had a six hour layover. They gave us three options for a kennel service that could feed water and let them potty And PJs pet ranch was absolutely amazing. I know my pets were terrified in general, but she did an amazing job. We were so worried and so tired, lol but she was beyond amazing. One less thing to stress over. Beyond recommend
I take my dog here for boarding regularly now. I haven't needed to use the airport services but it seems that is what PJ's is best known for. My dog is happy and well cared for when I pick her up. The price of services is hard to beat.
I used their services for my puppies layover in SEATAC. PJ was awesome and so communicative throughout the process. She even sent pictures of the pup! She was on time for pickup, despite me sending her a later time, and drop off. Our dog arrived home safe and sound. Thank you PJ! I would absolutely kennel with them in the future!
This has got to be one of the best kenneling/transport/etc service I have ever had the pleasure of working with for my dog! I had a few issues with flights, and PJ's was more than accommodating and able to adjust the dates and times to ensure my dog was at the airport before his new flight. I am incredibly grateful for all their help because I had peace of mind the entire time my dog was on his layover. I especially appreciate how adaptable they were. I would highly recommend them for all your pet kenneling needs!
Took care of our dogs during their layover at SEA-TAC. Picked them up from the airport, notified us, sent pictures, fed/watered/cared for them, then got them back to the airport at their check in time early the next morning. We had our dog stay here for 5 days and he seemed very well taken care of! Each dog gets its own area which put our minds at ease because our dog isn’t used to other dogs and we didn’t feel very comfortable with other kennels or dog hotels that keep them all together. It is very reasonably priced, we will definitely be using PJs pet ranch again.

They were great! I put my phone number on my kittys crate so I could get pictures throughout her travels because I was worried about her and pjs texted me as soon as they got the call to pick her up, once they picked her up, and even sent me a video of her once they got her to her “hotel” for the night. I really appreciated them being so sweet and caring and understanding that we worry for our animals when they are not in our care. 10/10 would reccomend. Thank you guys so much!❤️
Elizabeth is wonderful with my dogs, and love her!! I trust her so much with my fur babies that she’s actually dog sat at my house for several days. She has an amazing attitude about taking care of my babies. Can’t ask for more.

Elizabeth is absolutely amazing! She took great care of my Guinea pig for a few days while I was out of town! She followed all of my instructions and gave my furbaby all the care and attention he needed. She had a great communication and was a pleasure to have her help! 10/10 I recommend to anyone that wants to make sure their pet is in great hands.
Elizabeth is amazing! First time trusting someone other than my mom with our precious baby girl Cotton. Cotton is our cat fur baby. She is 1 year 8 months and Elizabeth went above & beyond to make sure she was taken care of while we were away on vacation for 10 whole days. She sent pictures daily, voice messages with updates, and checked in everyday. She changed her water and food daily plus cleaned her litter box too. Discarded liter in the garbage and really took over for us fully while we were in a different country. We fully trust Elizabeth for future vacations and it has truly provided us with ease knowing we have someone who will love Cotton close to as much as we do. We love Janice's Critter Care! We've used them several times to take care of out cats while we were away on longer trips. They take excellent care of our cats and promptly reply if we ask for an update.
We started to use Janice’s Critter Care when we moved to Federal Way in 2019 to care for our cat. The peace of mind that her team provides while we are away is most wonderful. Her communication, responsive, and loving care she provides is beyond amazing. This past December we went away when a snow storm arrived and she kept us in the loop on conditions and still made it to see our diabetic cat. Even when the road wasn’t plowed and had to walk to get down to her house, she still made our cat and his health a priority. We are beyond grateful for her dedicated care and services. Janice is extremely reliable, always willing to work with my requests.we had to be gone for a week, I had 4 cats, (one diabetic requiring shots in am/pm) and an aquatic turtle. I had notes on everyday, they were willing to continue services if needed. The cost of the service very reasonable. I would highly recommend Janice’s Critter Care! This company is very personal and professional when it comes to onboarding and caring for furry loved ones. My pupper loved his carer and I'm so happy we went with them!! They left notes after their visits, and were very thorough when taking care of my old boy. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them at every turn.
Tim & Janice have been watching our pets for 10 years now. They not only take care of feeding & exercising our dogs (mostly Newfoundlands, but we got a Rottie mix last year to add something new!), they bring in the mail and check the houseplants to see if they need water. Even better, they are able to look after our chickens when we are gone; managing their food, water and treats and giving them a little time and human conversation while gathering eggs. Our four hens are my "Birds with Benefits" and I would not trust them alone or with someone who would scare them and cause them to stop laying those delicious eggs. We have been using Run Spot Run since 2012. We formerly had two dogs (a Bichon and a Mini Aussie) who both loved Susan and her facility. Now we have a Maltipoo, Lily, who loves to go there to play. She has no clue she's in daycare...it's just a play day. Susan has also rescued us on several occasions when we had family medical emergencies and called for her assistance, which she provided without hesitation. Susan has become a friend and we highly value the service she provides to our family. Sometimes we just need a helping hand with Lily, and she is there to offer it. Thank you, Susan!
I can't say enough good things about Susan, the owner of Run Spot Run. We have a miniature dachshund (who also happens to be called Susan!) and she LOVES going over to play with her friends at Susan's place. This is the perfect setup for us because Susan is an amazing caretaker who cares for our pup just like we would, and also because our pup enjoys smaller crowds than typically found at a doggie daycare so she really gets into great play habits and loves coming back again and again. We'll be lifetime customers as long as Susan will have us :)
Susan is the best! She is truly the most loving dog sitter i've met! She truly enjoys everything about dogs! We love that we can always rely on her and feel so comfortable sending our pup to her house. She is always so nice and wonderful with being flexible if we are in a pinch or need to extend the stay! Susan has welcomed our family dog Lily into her home for many years. I appreciate that Susan determines the temperament of each dog before she accepts them as part of the pack. I never worry that Lily is getting bullied by another dog. Susan goes above and beyond to provide a safe, clean, fun "home away from home," a place Lily loves!
Susan is a phenomenal dog walker and has come to the rescue of my partner and I on numerous occasions. She was so sweet and loyal to our pup that when it was time to put him down she even came to say goodbye. It was a true testament to how she cares about all pets. Our dog was not just another client needing a walk - she truly cared about him like he was her own. Wonderful lady, wonderful business she has.

After searching for the best fit for our dameranian, we chose Run Spot Run. Susan is very personable and knowledgable about each dogs needs, and treats our dog like her own. Service costs are very reasonable. Her dogs are compatible with our dog and they enjoy playing together. We live in a condo, so bringing our dog to Susan's is a real treat, as our dog is able to run freely within a large fenced area. We highly recommend her business.
Run Spot Run's owner Susan is the most kind and caring pet sitter you can possibly imagine! When you leave your pup you KNOW that they will be attended to in such a way that you are completely confident that she is taking care of your "family" with nothing but love and respect. Her website list dogs under 20lbs are accepted, my initial email stated that my dog is 18lbs and she replied that he was too big. Please adjust the information on your website to align with your policies.
My dog was covered in poop but his bed and toy wad super clean. Its as if they never gave it to him. I paid for the suite as well so it was supposed to be with one on one play and the condition he was in when I got him back looked like he was completely neglected. I provided bowls as well and those were too clean to have been used while my dog lost nearly 3 lbs in one week (starting weight 13lbs small dog) which is A LOT! Was pooping blood the moment I got him home. Was very weak and was shaking all the time. In the other petsmart pet hotel there is a progress report while this did not have any. I am very displeased with this place. And this is a 7 day only stay! Have i gone longer my dog would come back dead! Absolutely unacceptable!
Fabulous experience again. Both of our dogs enjoyed their time (8 nights) and got lots of love from the staff. I appreciate that we can bring our own food easily and schedule grooming appointments during their stay.
Great experience! I recently returned to Seattle and am so glad this PetSmart Hotel with doggie daycamp is here. My senior dog loved coming here (2016 - 2018), and my younger dog enjoys daycamp and boarding here too (2023). The staff is kind, patient, and gentle with my dogs. They gave my younger dog a quick tour to help him acclimate. He's returned from camp and overnight stays very happy, which gives me great peace of mind. They even provide a paper report card (which our PetSmart in NC stopped doing) which helps me track how my dog is doing. Very pleased.

We've had our prepare on our trips and he is always so happy to see us. He is also not stressed out when we pick him up which is amazing.
They always spoil my puppers. The staff are friendly, thorough, inquiring, and most importantly, loving to my dog. I feel comfortable leaving my puppy here when I have to go out of town. She's often more excited to see them than she is to see me!
My dog Arya stayed here for a week while we went on a cruise, she was a happy exhausted pup when we came back haha. We have no complaints at all. They didn’t mind us checking in almost every day to see how she was doing as it was the first time we have ever left her anywhere with out family and associate Amanda was so nice. Definitely will be using them again.
My pup stayed there for 6 nights and he was perfectly healthy when I dropped him off. I picked him up and he now has the flu. We have no other pets at home , he obviously got it from being in the kennels there. I called their front desk and they claim that no other dogs are sick. It doesn’t add up. I also paid for their platinum package which includes a bath just for them to charge extra for the bath and they only took $2 off their regular priced bath. Their website gives false advertisements. I would not have paid for a platinum package if I knew I would be ripped off and my puppy would be returned to me with the flu.
Love love love love petshotel and the daycare!! I’ve been having to work nights so I’ve been getting my Aussie, Theo, boarded here and he goes to daycare on occasion too! He loves coming in and always leaves happy and the entire staff recognizes and loves him and he’s spoiled coming over here!!! Always willing for my last minute schedule changes and very accommodating.
5 Stars ALL THE WAY! Our dogs love, love, love this place, and so do we. Super grateful for all they do. There is no doubt they care very much about our dogs, Star and Skye, along with all the other pets in their care. We are super impressed by this operation and so grateful to everyone there.
