We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Helen is fantastic, jackson loves his days with her. She has an amazing group of dogs and Jackson is always super tired when he comes home. She is flexible and reliable! Would highly recommend!

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. I’d highly recommend Helen and couldn’t ask for a better dog walker.

We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. Helen is always responsive and keeps us informed while we're away. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional pet sitter.

I can't recommend Natalie enough! She is warm-hearted and incredibly caring in her approach with animals, making her perfect for even the most sensitive souls. Our dog Maya was in an accident which left her with severe anxiety, and made her too afraid to leave the house for many months on end. With Natalies help, we are quickly overcoming her fears and getting her the support she needs with her progress, whilst getting Maya back out on normal walks again! Apart from all the fantastic services that Natalie provides, I would say that her communication and punctuality are her top talents and I could not ask for a better carer for our special pup.

Natalie was absolutely amazing. She was thoughtful, organized and responsive. Most importantly my two cats took to her so quickly! She provided me thoughtful updates and pictures regularly. Can’t recommend enough!

Natalie (at Cuddles + Reiki) is diligent, caring, respectful and trustworthy. She was a wonderful find on Rover (pet sitter platform) and has delivered a great service. I have already rebooked for further visits. I had booked Natalie for a "Drop In" service to check up on my indoor cat as I was away for a couple of days. We caught up through a brief meet and greet where she met Luna (my indoor cat) and I quickly ran her through various tasks that would be needed (food, litter, play). Natalie was then trusted to visit independently and manage Luna on her own. Natalie excelled here and provided regularly updates (incl. pictures and videos) during her visits. Especially during one time, where Luna had been sick and Natalie provided clean up and light nursing following! All in all, I am very impressed by the service provided. Christi has been a godsend for us. We just relocated back to London and I desperately needed daycare for my two pugs. Christi was super responsive and helpful. She was punctual and was so attentive and caring with the Boys during the day. We all love her and her little shi trzu Pep! I highly recommend her and am so happy I found her!

I had never been happy at the thought of putting my dog, Toby, into kennels, so I was delighted when I was recommended by a friend of Christi’s small dog service. We arranged for Toby and Christi to meet up. Now Toby regularly stays with Christi when I am away with work. I feel very confident that Toby is well looked after, well exercised and happy during his time with Christi and would have no hesitation recommending Christi to other dog owners.

Highly recommended! It was first time leaving my little chihuahua for such a long time to someone and Small dog daycare was the best choice! The best dog walkers and trainers in the whole of London! Both my pups were brought to the UK from South Africa 2 years ago, completely new environment and rules to follow...we didn't know what was up or down. With Kelly's training we got them both walking off lead within weeks. Kelly and her team truly care about your pups comfort levels and needs! They are the best!

Kelly and the team at HIMYD are wonderful - we’ve been sending our golden retriever Nala to group walks (which she loves) every week for the last year and it’s so helpful having someone we trust look after our dog while we manage busy work schedules. As a dog photographer I’ve been working with Kelly for more than 2 years now. She is very punctual and professional, treats all dogs with love and respect and is a really genuine person. She is very laid back but in the same time strict with her duties and never lets her attention slip when she is with a dog. We’ve done many photo shoots together, where she had to use her magic powers in assisting us in the studio, which is not an easy task! Dogs don’t always like having some strange bearded man holding a camera in their faces, and this is where her abilities come into play. Kelly relaxes the models until they get acquainted with the studio surroundings and turns the whole session into a fun activity for them. I can recommend her services to anyone who needs proper dog care and training, 5 stars all the way!

Kelly and the team are incredible, and we are very grateful that our paths have crossed. Our dog, Vic, goes for a walk in the park twice a week, where she can roam freely in the fresh air, safely and well cared for by the team. It's impressive how they care for each dog individually and are always focused on the well-being of our furry friends. Whenever we need to travel, we also leave Vic with them, and I trust them completely. I know she is safe and well-treated (sometimes even having a better experience than at home due to the daily park walks!). Furthermore, Kelly is also an experienced dog trainer who understands dogs very well and has helped us a lot with Vic's behaviour (and ours!). I have the utmost trust in this team and can't recommend them enough! Thank you, Kelly and the team, for being a family to Vic and our support whenever we need it.

Could not recommend Kelly and her team more. They looked after our cocker spaniel for almost 3 years for dog walks, day care and holidays. He was so incredibly happy to see her & the team whenever they were at the door - barking, howling and spinning round and round with delight. They are reliable, friendly and super flexible - even when I went into labour and my sister unexpectedly couldn’t look after my dog - we text Kelly at 5am and she was happy to take in Milo! And most importantly Milo would return from the walks absolutely exhausted and ready for a big snooze. Very sad we’ve moved from the area - we will all miss Kelly & Kasia & the team very very much.

I have been sending my dog for daily walks with HIMYD for almost two years now after having tried several other walkers in the area and I can confirm this is without doubt the best dog walking company around! They are incredible with the dogs, they do collections twice daily and take them to big fields in the countryside to play and have a swim in the ponds. And you get regular instagram updates so you can see all the fun they are having. They are fairly priced compared to other walkers and especially for the top-tier service they provide. Kelly who runs it is an absolute star, she is extremely trustworthy and responsible and always puts the dogs happiness and safety first.

Kelly is the most responsible and caring person I know. She always takes great care of the dogs, making sure they are safe and feeling good in any situation. Jeannie looks after our dog Iriska for a few years now. She walks her and looks after her in her house during our vacations. We trust Jeannie not only with the dog, but also with the house keys and when Iriska hears the keys in the lock she races to the door at her top speed. Iriska is a Hungarian Vizsla. She is very loud and boisterous and she needs loads of exercise and sometimes she can be disobedient, especially in the parks, with a lot of squirrels around. With Jeannie she gets all she needs - loads of fun in a good company of other dogs! After walks with Jeannie she comes back tired and satisfied:) We can enjoy our holidays in peace knowing that we will find Iriska happy and healthy on our return! Thank you, Jeannie!

Our dog Griff has been a regular with Jeannie for the past few years, for day care but more frequently for extended stays over a weekend or 1 or 2 week holidays. Griff LOVES his time with Jeannie and we love him being there as we have the complete peace of mind knowing that he is extremely well looked after whilst we are away. Jeannie is an absolute delight. Trustworthy, reliable, responsive and you just know that she has the best interests of the dogs at heart. Jeannie ... you are the best 🐶 ❤️

I cannot recommend Jeannie enough, my 1 year Jack was struggling with being sociable with other dogs, sometimes becoming aggressive needlessly. Jeannie took her on as a socialising exercise and the results are showing like she's a different dog entirely, having been taught quite nicely how to play properly. Jeannie is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable, and leaving Ripley with her is never a worry, we know she's going to have the best time!

We have used Jeannie to walk and board our dog for a number of years. Our dog loves her and is always thrilled when she sees Jeannie. She also has groomed Lulu beautifully. Jeannie is responsive and completely reliable and totally professional and also kind and helpful.. We feel very lucky to have found Jeannie.

I recently had to travel to Greece in order to spend some family time during the holidays. I am glad I found Mrs Holly who has been very helpful and quick when it comes to planning her visits to my appartement. I have two cats that seem very fond of her even though they don’t get along with people they don’t know. I am happy to receive pictures of them everyday and I am also happy to receive detailed messages of how they are doing. Thank you very much for everything and will also be in touch in the future !

Chris is such a lovely young lad , he takes care of my puppy a lot shows him a lot of love like he does his own animals. Always taking him out and mixing him with other dogs so he’s become very social now to be honest Chris has done all the toilet training for me so just made my job a whole lot easier, I would highly recommend Chris as your go to dog walker .
