Wow! What a super fun housesit! This house is more like a historic estate in a quaint village, and the animals are all so precious. The four horses are very easy going and sweet to care for. The three dogs are happy and excited to see you all the time, each with wonderfully unique personalities. We loved our time in this family's home getting to know all the animals (although we never actually SAW the cat, but she came to eat her food every day at some point!) We would definitely recommend this housesit to others. If you love gorgeous country scenery and small villages, walking big dogs and loving horses, this one is for you!
You will really enjoy your stay at Natasha lovely home. It is clean, organized, and has terrific energy! As for Cozmo and Capri, you will be sure to have fun with these two cute Frenchies. They love to play and sit with you while being pet and cuddled. They are fairly easy to take care of and did I mention they are such CUTIES!
I had a great stay in Alejandro's home! Tachi and Titi are both so well behaved - Titi is completely independent and stays lot of time outside. Tachi is very active so keep in mind that he needs quite a few walks during the day. But he is such an awesome dog - really well behaved, good on and off the leash, he loves playing with his ball in the parks. Alejandro's flat is nearby a train station and you can get to the city center quite easily.
Thumper is a natural comic. He will literally throw himself onto his back at your feet for a tummy rub. Lexi is a more refined and super cute lady. They are both very cuddly and like to be near you and they adore being brushed (which turns into a competition if the one you're not brushing sees what you're doing!). Pauline is absolutely lovely and very relaxed and helpful. She took me out to an excellent local restaurant the night before she left and also introduced me to her friends. I met up with them while she was away which was an added pleasure as they’re all such good fun! Her house is absolutely lovely and comfortable and the pool was very welcome in the hot summer! Maroni is really convenient for visiting other places and is right on the coast. I’m very much looking forward to the opportunity to look after Thumper and Lexi again. A highly recommended pet and house sit.
Jodi's correspondence was above and beyond for detail and clarity. She included videos and I told her I was considering moving to Santa Fe and she provided a plethora of information on the area. We will definitely have to come back to check more off the list. Freddie and Opie were just as described. Opie was a little more social, laying near us on the couch and chairs, but Freddie gets his playful moments and loved chasing the cat toys. Especially the feathers. Jodi and Chris' home is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Bringing together vintage items with more modern decor. If you love to read and relax, there is no shortage of areas to sit-back and read a book or just soak up the welcoming Santa Fe Sun. Thank you Jodi and Chris for entrusting us with Freddie and Opie and your home.
Adorable and well behaved dogs.
