Patrice and Stephen were excellent house/pet sitters for us, going above and beyond expectations. At our request, they arrived the afternoon prior to our departure so that we could go over instructions and answer any questions. They were extremely conscientious and accommodating, asking important questions regarding our house and dog. While we were away, they took excellent care of our dog, walking him daily, and providing all of the care he needed. On the day before our return, they texted to let us know that dinner would be waiting for us in the refrigerator. After a long day of traveling to return home, that was definitely and added bonus to not have to stop and shop to prepare dinner on the way home. Upon our return home, the house was clean and organized, and our dog was happy. We were definitely in good hands with Patrice and Stephen, and would welcome them back any time, given the opportunity.

SuEllen

Suellen was an awesome house sitter and pet sitter who went above and beyond. We were overseas and had a water issue at our house. SuEllen contacted us immediately and handled the situation with the water company, including forwarding us a video showing the issue and the explanation from the water company of what was going on. SuEllen was reliable and easy to communicate with. She left the house clean and tidy, and we had a happy cat when we returned. I would recommend SuEllen to anyone who needs a sitter. Thanks SuEllen for doing such a great job taking care of everything while we were away!

Ryan was an excellent fit for us. He was easy going, friendly, organised and we returned home to a clean house, chilled and happy pets. He communicated well, asked all the right questions and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend Ryan and would have him back any day!

Sara and her partner Michael were stellar in their communication as well as their care of our dogs and home! They took care of my 2 high energy and somewhat needy dogs for about 3 weeks and I had peace of mind knowing they were in really good hands the whole time.

Terrianne and Ray were available for a last minute sit for me. We had a great conversation beforehand to make sure they were comfortable with everything since we weren’t going to get a chance to meet. Terrianne had a great list of questions. While they were only here for a little more than 24 hours, they kept me well informed and my pups were happy and healthy when I arrived home! The house was also spotless!!

Kendra was very communicative and I knew my furbabies were in great hands! I could tell my cats were loved and well taken care of. She sent lots of pictures and videos! In addition, she kept me up to date on maintenance requests that needed to be attended to and kept my place very clean. 10/10 recommend for a pet sitter!

Sheida really connected well with our dog the moment she came in the house. She updatet us regularly with pictures and stories. When we came home the house looked well taken care of and the dog and cats looked happy as ever. Sheida is reliable and loving housesitter

I was so pleased with Kaitlin as a house sitter! I would definitely have her again. She was incredibly resource and self sufficient even when my shower was broken and she had to deal with the maintenance people in my building! I was nervous about such a long stay but everything was perfect and Mango was well looked after. I am very grateful.

Lauri and her daughter were great! We kept in touch leading up to the sit so communication was clear. They arrived on time, immediately comfortable with my girls, and sent daily updates with photos. I arrived to a clean home! The girls clearly had fun and my house was vacuumed, towels washed, and clean sheets on my bed!

Liz was a joy to have as a pet sitter. She was very communicative and kept me entertained with photos and videos of my boys playing and snuggling. It made me feel very confident that they were happy and being well taken care of. She arrived as planned the morning of my departure and we reviewed my cats feeding schedule and their sometimes-quirky behavior. When I arrived home, my apt was super clean and tidy and she had stripped the bed for me, as I had requested. (This always makes my re-entry easier.) I would most certainly have Liz back for pet sits and hopefully she will be available for future sits. She's a lovely and engaging person and I highly recommend her. Thanks, Liz.

Our experience with Laura as a petsitter for our 6 cats, 2 dogs and turtle was 5 star! Laura committed to the sit for us a couple of months in advance and she was very responsive and communicative from beginning to end. We arranged to meet in person prior to the housesit and we were impressed instantly with her relaxed nature and comfort level with our menagerie of pets. It was very reassuring to travel after seeing how the pets took to her. A few of our pets have issues but Laura managed everything perfectly.  Denise epitomizes the saying, leave the campsite better than you found it. Though we worked really hard to make sure the house was super clean when we left everything about our home was in better shape when we returned. The house was cleaner. I am tall and notice dust in places most people don’t see but Denise must have gone over every surface before we returned. . The dogs had better new behaviors. Denise is a dog whisper who when on a zoom call before her house sit learned that we had a dog that we had some concerns about and suggested we order a special collar, which we did. We returned to dogs who barked less, seemed more confident and were eager to please. And the garden was flourishing. Before we left, I pointed out an especially pesky weed that was ubiquitous. When I came back I noticed that she had definitely made an effort weeding. While we were away Denise was faced with a bit of troubleshooting. An alarm on our well was going off and our iRobot vacuum cleaner stopped working. Both things she dealt with successfully on her own. We were away on a camper van trip with very little cell coverage.

Next time we leave town, we'll be seeking out Jerilyn & Mathew to care for Bread & Butter. They took thoughtful care of the house, garden, and our kitties. We really appreciated the updates and pictures via Whatsapp. I highly recommend them.
