Joanna was very welcoming. Her home is lovely, in a great area, close to the high street and with lovely walks nearby. Winston is very friendly, a big softy with a stubborn streak. He likes to know where you are indoors but is happy just wandering around the garden on his own. He was a pleasure to look after.
We had a blast spending time with Charlie and Pearl in their quiet neighborhood of Shady Hollow. Megan and Derrick went above and beyond with prepping us for the sit. The Welcome guide was very detailed with all the information we could possibly need and the food for the pups was pre-prepped and already portioned out so breakfast and dinner was a breeze. The house was very cozy and welcoming, with lots of space to work and cuddle up with the doggos on the couch in the evenings. Pearl is an absolute angel, very well mannered and is always happy to be in your space. She is like a fluffy white shadow! Charlie is full of spunk and LOVES to cuddle, he'll bring you his favorite toys for a little tug of war and will pass out on your lap if you let him. All in all, 10/10 recommend this sit with Charlie and Pearl, we would be more than happy to keep them company again! - Anna & Grant
Cafuné is a very sweet and playful cat. He made me laugh a lot and showed me how to play his favorite games! He was easy to look after and loves birds, snacks and string! Gabriela prepared everything so that the sit was easy and comfortable, and if I needed to know anything I could message her. It was also really nice to get to know her more at the end of the sit as my flight left the next morning. The building and location in Geneva are great - not far from the station and just a little further to the lake. I recommend this sit!
We completely enjoyed the time we spent with Muppet and Merlin, both wonderful dogs with unique personalities. We enjoyed our walks, exploring the area and its exceptional beauty - wonderful winding roads, small villages, parks, a historic pier, majestic homes and interesting history. Our accommodation was comfy and cozy and we slept soundly each night surrounded by peace and quiet. The fireplace was delightful on the colder evenings. The tears on departure were an indication of our connection with Muppet and Merlin. They will be missed.
Melanie and her family were so welcoming. I had everything I needed and their space is so peaceful! She left plenty of suggestions for enjoying the area. Everything was clean, directions were clear, the dogs and cat are super sweet and easy going. It was a really nice, quiet retreat!
