James is a great sitter! Thoughtful, communicative, responsible, and tidy. He was enthusiastic about staying at our home and looking after our dogs. From the moment I was able to connect with James via video chat, I felt confident that he would be perfect for our sit. Communication before and during was great. He sent us little updates of our pups while we were away. The house was neat and tidy upon our return, and the dogs were well taken care of. What more could you ask for?
We really enjoyed looking after Maverick for a couple of days! The most friendly, adorable and smart kitty! He’s so fun and easy to take care of. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Santa Barbara. We highly recommended this petsit and we would definitely come back again! We did a FaceTime with Cece before the petsit and she was so lovely and explained everything very well!

I really enjoyed this sit - it was a great experience! Lisa is a wonderful host and did a great job explaining everything. The property is beautiful and serene, the accommodations were very comfortable, with great internet. The dogs are adorable!!! Very loving as explained. I totally enjoyed their company and found them to be very endearing. They were like my sidekicks for the days I was there. Really appreciate the experience!
From the first initial contact Tapan was super nice and responsive. We kept in touch leading up to the sit and learnt lots about Bagheera before we even met him. We were forewarned he was a big lovable softie but we really fell hard for this lovely boy. He is literally the sweetest dog, loves a smooch, trying to get on your lap and his mad 10 minute sprints in the park and playing hide and seek. He really was a petsitters dream dog, he is also a bit lazy! Tapan and Pallavi were a pleasure to house sit for, the house was so clean and comfortable with drawers emptied for us which makes such a huge difference and is very much appreciated :) their house is ideal for popping into Auckland (it’s super close to the train line) or exploring the immediate local area with lots of nice reserve walks, parks and the beach about 25-30 minute drive away. We were really comfortable here and saying bye to Bagheera definitely wasn’t easy :( thank you so much for having us!
We really enjoyed our time at Kelly and Mike's farm. First and foremost, Maya is an absolute delight! She is funny, cute, and loves spending time with people. She always followed us around the house and outside, loved to play, be petted, and was overall super sweet and adorable. The cats are very low-key. They just need to be let in and out when they want food. They are also very friendly, love to be petted, and always come to people when you are outside. And we all got a kick out of watching the chickens as they explored the yard. They are super entertaining, curious and chatty. And the eggs are delicious. The house itself is a historical landmark with its own unique charm and a sense of history. The location is excellent, close to Luray and Grand Caverns, and situated near beautiful rolling meadows. If you prefer high-rise style accommodation, this sit might not be for you. But we truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to take care of Maya, the cats, and the chickens again. Thank you for an amazing stay. I had a wonderful time taking care of Tucker! He's such a sweet boy who is an absolute joy to spend time with. We had a nice time exploring the beautiful neighbourhood on our walks. Would highly recommend if you ever get a chance.
